I purchased a 2012 Chevy Impala from this company, and I am highly disappointed in how they do business. I worked with Rahsaan who claimed he was the only person I could deal with. He sold me the car, said it was NC inspected but there is literally no way that this is possible. I finally picked up the car on August 10, 2020 after being inconvenienced by Rashaan twice. I get to the shop, he clearly handles everything which is okay but the story I was told the day before was not what actually happened. I waited and waited and waited just to find out the car was a salvaged car and his response was oh my bad but at that point he already had my money. There was no gas in the car, oil wasn t changed. The next day I m driving the car and the noise that the car was making (he told me it was the axel) was still happening even though I had already paid an extra $100 for them to fix it. I went on vacation and came back, keep in mind the car was parked while I was away... I get in the car begin driving with my 3 sons in the car and the car over heats. So at that point it had been 2 weeks and 3 days that I had the car and now I can t drive it because now the car has over heated. I reached out to Rahsaan on 8/28/20 and 8/29/20 and he had an attitude. As if I SOLD HIM a messed up car. Before purchasing I explained my apprehension, he pretended to understand and because I knew he was a father he gained my trust. Now I have to spend $2000 to get my car fixed after taking it to Firestone and finding out what was wrong with it. The Warranty I supposedly had, is non existent apparently because he never even responded to me about getting the car repaired. I need a new engine, The radiator is cracked, the whole is so big I can t keep water in it to drive it back to the Mt Holly location (45 min away from my home) if I wanted to. I m highly disappointed. After purchasing a used car you expect some hiccups but nothing like this.. not 2 weeks after. I would never refer anyone to this company. I tried contacting owner prior to leaving a review to see if we can resolve this but no luck. Number was changed. Today is 9/2/20 and Rahsaan still has not responded. Smh.

I went to this place and got a good car and a great deal. So far so good. I worked with Rahsaan I found him on Facebook marketplace. This place is cash only for the moment but I'm sure it will be other options in the future. My process was smooth and quick. They have a nice variety of cars from 3000 and up. Go by and check them out. You're sure to find something nice. Keep in mind there's like 2 other guys that runs the car lot with him. You can get an inspection, engine and body work car stereos and all. One stop shop

I got a vehicle from them was told It had to have a 270 inspection and i scheduled it like they said I had to I live hours away drove up here several times to have it done and no one was here to even do it it's a waste of my time my tag runs out in a week or less and they say it has to be done before you get plates but they dont want to make time or be on time to do the inspection needed
