I flew across country to buy a car from them and they were great. They even picked me up from the hotel and had the car cleaned and ready Togo. I was In and out of there in about 30 minutes. Mario made sure he gave me the key as soon as I got there. The issue is now I can't get ahold of them. I want my title to my vehicle!!! It's been almost a half year. At least return my call! I shouldnt of had to pay a lawyer. This is unacceptable. Not a single employee will answer my call or email. They stole 33k from me. Unbelievable. Attached is just an email with the sales women on it. I have all these documents that nevada dmv said was not correct that there Invoices were not valid.

My husband and I had such an amazing car shopping experience with Neil and Ike. Their hard work and dedication to work out a deal so that both parties are happy was top notch. They really went above and beyond as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to our friends. I've been looking for a specific larger SUV and this place had one. The intro call to see if it was still there and open on the holiday started rocky with a lack of professionalism, but it happens and who knows who answers calls at dealerships (corporate or other). Pulling up, we didn't get great feelings, but proceeded. Felt and looked like it could be sketchy, but willing to look past and be open for what we wanted. Maybe was a detailer/mechanic that assisted us right away and the SUV was pulled for us to drive. He was nice, respectful and heard our concerns with curb rash on 3/4 wheels, dirty interior (manager had been driving it with his dog in it) and scrapes. He went to get the manager after driving it to talk about the concerns and price. It was priced on the high end with just above average miles driven (10/12k a year). We pointed out passenger seat concerns, rip in leather on the arm rest and ripped leather on the lower part of the driver seat. Manager assured the curb rash black wheels and scratches/rough door scratches could be paint touched up and would look better. Nothing to do about the leather rips. I asked if the price was flexible or as is considering the concerns brought up and it being on the higher end price wise with those concerns. He says as is with no discussion. They had the car for a year the first guy said and online I could see they have been dropping the price in increments for over two months by almost 4K. We went elsewhere right after and had a much better experience on all aspects, but most importantly lower miles, a great trade-in offer and no need to fix anything for a few thousand less. Proceed with caution and I hope your experience is better than ours!

Bought a 19 ford from here and I m satisfied with the truck. They let me test drive for 3 days. They didn t want to fix the door issue on the truck but they were willing to fix the leaking oil plug on the truck. Over all happy with my the experience

Well, I am sad that i can only give 5 stars! If i could I would give 10 stars! University Ford Service is awesome! Sandy in the office and Will the technician totally helped me when my vehicle had to be towed in on a late Saturday afternoon. I was reassured that everything would be okay. Then after I arrived, after the shifter was replaced, Will the Technician came out and explained everything to me that was done and Sandy contributed as well! Wow! That was awesome, I certainly will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else but University Ford!!!!

We had a fabulous experience!! It is so refreshing to work with a car lot that gets straight to the point. There were no hidden/unexplained fees, no feelings of pressure, no back & forth on price... they are upfront and real! We are very grateful for the fair price on the vehicle we purchased and the offer they gave to purchase my old vehicle. I will recommend them to anyone!

Mario and Mike took such great care of me! I felt so spoiled and the customer service was beyond when Mario brought me not one but two cars to test drive at my home! As a working mom of young kids It made the whole thing painless and fantastic. I was able to get an almost new car for a really good deal in two days. They also gave me more for my trade-in than I had expected! I highly recommend this dealer

I met the nicest people here today! My cat got stuck under my passenger seat and people here came to the rescue with no questions! I am so grateful that they didn't even expect anything in return and this place will definitely be my first choice if I ever have to sell my car in the future! I don't know their names but I appreciate everyone there!

We bought a Ford here 7 years ago. We've been taking it back here for service since. We've had a few quirky issues with the car, but the service team here has handled them well and they have been supportive with after-hours dropoff and pickup.

Report this business to the BBB too many of the same complaints similar to what I've experienced. They hide the vehicle history, and the overall sales experience was horrible. Mario the salesman became aggressive/yelling and followed me into the assistant general managers office because he didn't want to provide customer service anymore after completing the sale. All of this is on camera and the general manager was present and did not intervene. Not only did the salesman withhold information that would've prevented us from buying the vehicle they are now refusing to release the service history of the vehicle. I am working with an attorney as this place does shady business. Hopefully the owner will make some changes but I do not recommend purchasing vehicles from here. If your favorite vehicle ends up here contact a salesman at one of the network dealerships and get the vehicle transferred and inspected.

Had a fantastic experience with Mario and Chris. Straight shooters and they went above and beyond to get us a great deal on a great car. After some bad experiences with other used car dealers in the area, I will refer anyone looking for a used car to go through this company. We were shown multiple options in our price range and all of our questions were answered and explained so well.

We are from out of state Lynchburg VA and purchased a 2013 infinity G37 convertible for this place about a month ago they said everything worked on the car and it was in excellent condition . As soon as we started using the top it had issues . Took it to a certified mechanic and the hydraulics have been leaking in top for quite a while and will need to be replaced along with hydraulic cylinders . . So the repair Bill is 9100. We called to try to talk to the General Manger Michael Cook Jr. we were told by one of his managers that he would call us back next day before lunch . Wasn t surprised he never called back. I am sure this is normal business practice for him . I definitely do not recommend doing business here . No morals or honesty or integrity.

I found the staff at this dealership to be friendly and frank and the atmosphere/attitude was low-key. I bought a 2015 Ford C-Max SEL. I thought the price was fair; it was on sale "Manager's Special," so they didn't lower the price any further than what was advertised, but I didn't feel I was being cheated. I also wasn't pressured in any way to tack on more warranties or take certain payment options. Whatever I wanted to do was fine by them. It's only been a few days, but I'm very happy with my purchase - I have no regrets.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, THEY ARE TRUE! This place is such a stereotype for the greedy and sketchy used car shop. I wish I never purchased from them and I recommend you do not purchase from them! My car was dirty when handed to me and I was told I had to come back for them to detail it , my car batteries both burnt out within two months of buying it and had to replace both, also it has to have a valve repair for leaking valves. The service department is so rude and unprofessional. The sales team only care about commission. STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! You will pay more in the end.

By far the best place dealership I've ever dealt with. They have an excellent selection and the service is phenomenal. The general manager was determined to find me a car that I loved and at a price I could afford. I never felt pressured and they were incredibly patient with me. I seriously recommend them to everyone.

Working with Paul, Chris and Matt was a pleasure. I drove 2 hours to test drive a car I found online. I was not able to arrive until about 30 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday. Each of them stayed and did not seem to be bothered by having to stay. They all worked hard to get a fair deal. I would recommend this dealership to a friend for sure!

This dealership is great. First they gave me the best deal I could find and I shopped around, they didn't pressure me and all the people were very friendly,, especially my salesman Paul Biondich. When I went to pick up the Mustang, which I ordered, they had found me an additional $1,750 in Ford rebates,in addition to the $1,500 I got when I ordered the car. Most times when I buy a car it takes over an hour to do all the paperwork and they put thumb-screws on you to buy extended warranties, paint protection, etc. Not here, about 15 minutes to sign and pay them and when the sales manager asked if I wanted an extended warranty and I said not that was it. I love this place for buying a car, and their service department has always been good also. They do, however, need a better showroom, but the low overhead is probably whey they can give you a good deal.

Charlotte Crone and Chris Hill at University Ford were just great to do business with. My initial contact with Charlotte was pleasant and not at all pushy. In fact, she was so charming and down to earth that I couldn't believe she was selling cars for a living. If they allow her to keep this up, she is going to give car salesmen a reputation for being fair and honest! To make a long story short, Charlotte and Chris found the truck I wanted and went across the state to get it for me. The entire process was fun, never pressured, and honest. I received a fair trade for my car and got a fair price on a new F150. And, the finance manager got me a crazy good interest rate.If you want a buying experience from people who are just people, this is the place to go! They really get it!!!

I purchased my 2016 Ford C-Max about a year ago at University Ford in Chapel Hill. I had gone in to look at another car but was disappointed in that one and eventually looked at, drove, and purchased the C-Max.I have never had such a pleasant, helpful, and pressure-free car buying experience. I did the research and was supported by all staff in the few days I took to make the decision. The salesman, Chris, was a knowledgeable and kind person. We drove around a lot together during the process. He seemed like a little brother to me.The manager, Jason, and the service person, Sandy, were also very personalbe and helpful. I cannot say enough about personnel here. Their friendliiness and genuine support sold the car to me.Again, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had !

I worked with Paul over the phone and my experience was excellent! Paul went out of his way to address my concerns about a car i was looking at and wound up saving me from making a $7,000 mistake. This is a great example of how business should be done! Even though this particular car didn t work out I will definitely recommend this dealership because of their honesty and integrity.

I was completely overwhelmed with purchasing a car for the first time by myself. I had been to several other car dealers and I will say that this place really made the exciting, yet nerve racking experience a lot easier. None of the managers attempted to make me feel pressured to buying anything. Instead they stayed after hours breaking down everything for me and took their time explaining all paperwork making sure I understood it all. They gave different pricing options and broke it all down. I actually felt like they cared, and wanted to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase.

I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership via an auction that was announced as green light but after I had picked it up it turns out they said it was a good running vehicle but failed to announce that it was leaking oil super bad. Turns out it needs a gasket and oil pan. Then to top it off the car was dry on antifreeze. I definitely wouldn t recommend buying a car here if you want to honestly know what is actually wrong with the car.

Great, friendly sales service!! My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team next time you're in the market for a used car in Chapel Hill (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.

I bought good car from here. Car pretty much didn't kill me. Kept going while I was driving around a corner. Everything kept working, all the power and the steering wheel were responsive. I avoided going into the grass and almost into a trench like ditch.Seriously, thanks for the C-Max. It's good and it was a good deal.

Went there to get my truck emergency fixed. Thought the belt had broken. The guys in the service area were on point. Came out and checked it out, they got me right in and fixed the problem and had me back on the road in no time. They did not overcharge me or try to rip me off. Dam good group of people

I went to University Ford Chapel Hill with a particular car in mind. We were greeted by Charlotte who was very kind and set us up with a test drive. I loved the car and decided to purchase it that evening. Unfortunately, the key-less entry hadn't been set up yet. I brought the car back the following week and University Ford gave my a beautiful Ford Fusion to drive while my keys were being enabled. I got my car back quickly and with a full tank of gas. Everyone at University Ford Chapel Hill was very kind and helpful! Charlotte even recommended a wonderful Indian restaurant where my family got dinner after buying my car. I would highly recommend starting here when searching for a car.

I purchased a car from Charlotte in July of 2014. I was first really impressed the nice staff. I wasn't able to come in to the store so it really helped that I was able to text with Charlotte Crone throughout the purchasing process. Through the texts and emails she walked me through the credit application and told me when she found a car that fit my needs. The staff were very friendly and showed me several cars before I made the final decision. They also helped me out when I found a mechanical issue with the car. They helped me get to a repair shop and covered all of the costs and put me in a rental car while my car was being fixed. I don't think you'll find any other deal that will treat you as well and make sure that your purchase is a perfect fit for you and your needs.
