So glad I trusted Elite Auto Body with my repairs! My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear-ended and Elite, especially with their local partnership with Enterprise, made this process as seamless and easy for me as possible! They did have a month wait to get in, when other companies quoted me two weeks, but it was so worth the wait. At pickup, Kevin was meticulous in showing and explaining all the repairs to me and ensured everything was in working order before I left. I really hope I am not a repeat customer, but if I am in need of auto body repair work in the future, I'll definitely bring my vehicle back here! Thanks guys!

Elite Auto Body is the absolute best! My car was hit in a parking lot and it dented my bumper pretty good. I hadn t even had the car one year yet, but they made it look brand new again! And in a very timely manner. As a female who came in alone, I knew I was easy scam bate, but I can honestly say they were extremely honest, professional and very nice. They walked me and my mother through everything, insurance and all. He took his time making sure we understood the process and how much each part was going to cost. Anytime I called, they made sure I was completely informed and all of my questions or concerns were answered. Very friendly people! I love my new clean car! It s beautiful!

In February of this year I hit a deer with my almost brand new Explorer. I was so heart broken that it was so new and looked so terrible after the deer. On a recommendation from a friend, I opted to use Elite Auto Body after having a prevoious problem with a different auto body shop with another vehicle, and IM SO GLAD WE BROUGHT THE CAR THERE. They worked with my schedule to get the car into the shop and were quick to get their jobs done, aside from a part that was delayed which was out of everyones hands (supply chain issues). But the guys at Elite kept me up to date on my car and progress with the repair and when it was done, it looked like it was brand new rolling out of the showroom again! I 100% would recommend this shop to anyone and would bring another vehicle back if I had another issue. It was a great experience working with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My trusted mechanics (AutoLogic) recommended Elite Auto Body after I collided with a deer, and I'm so glad I took the recommendation. The staff at Elite are top notch: organized, careful to explain things, and incredibly thorough in the work they do. My truck was returned to me looking absolutely amazing - truly, even better than the day I got it! What a relief to have found a body shop where the staff are completely trustworthy and beyond skilled at what they do. If I need help again, this is the only place I'll go!

Elite did a great job making repairs to my 4Runner after I got rear-ended. It literally looks like brand new. I couldn t be happier. Kevin and the team at Elite were easy to work with and they do excellent work. I would absolutely use them again!!

The Elite name says it all. Kevin and his staff are service oriented, trustworthy, knowledgeable about handling insurance claims and, most importantly, provide exemplary auto body repair services. I have dealt with Kevin for more than 25 years and I would not think of taking my cars, from our Lexus to our Kia, to any other shop.

In November (2021) I was just outside of Chapel Hill on Hwy 54 westbound. A deer ran out in front of me, i hit it and i just knew my truck was totaled. The adjuster came, made his assessment and told me of a few body shops he knew folks used. Because I live 3 hours away, i started doing some research and asking several of my local to Chapel Hill friends on who the best body shop was. Everything I looked up and was hearing, kept leading me to Elite. So i made some calls and went to a couple different shops, Elite was by far the best looking and my friends spoke highly of them. I worked with Kevin from beginning to end. He helped me understand how things would work, how getting some parts were tough, kept me updated on a couple hard to find parts, and just communicated very well throughout the whole process, especially knowing I lived so far away. He let me know it could take some time but would get me back on the road asap. I picked my truck up today and am truly impressed with the way Elite made everything look just like new. At this point, if i need body work, i will bring my vehicle from where I live 3 hours away! Thank you Kevin, for the professionalism, communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail. out of 5 stars, i give Elite a solid 10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience with an auto body repair! Kevin and his team are very professional and thorough! From the estimate, dealing with insurance, and rental car, I had full confidence in them! They communicated through the process, and delivered a great job on time!

I had some damage to the bottom spoiler/bumper of my 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe. Other than for this, the car was in pristine condition. I am new to North Carolina and did not know anyone at any body shops. I spent several days going around and interviewing about four to five shops to determine who I would have work on my car. I have been around many body shops over the years and have a good sense of who knows what they are doing. In all fairness, several of the shops I went to did very nice work. Elite stood out amongst them. Stephen Matthews, the shop forman, at my request walked me throughout the shop, showing me numerous vehicles in different stages of repair. I could see the quality of their work right away. Stephen answered all my questions and volunteered additional information which let me know he was very experienced. In August of this year (2023) I decided to leave my car with Elite. They had my vehicle for approximately 2 weeks, less time than they thought it might take due to the nature of working the complexities of the insurance industry. When I came to pick up my car, it was immaculate. the body work was exceptional, no one can tell there was damage. They were able to use all original manufactures parts, not always easy to do today, and the three stage paint job was perfectly matched to the rest of the car, also not easy to do when the balance of the paint on the car is original and therefore much older. Additionally, as a curtesy they detailed the interior of the car prior to my picking it up. It looked like it just left the dealership showroom. Without question, I would use Elite again should the need arise. They are professional, knowledgeable and no nonsense. They took care of my prized possession like it was their own. I highly recommend them to anyone who treasures their car and wants their car to look like new again after an accident. You will not be disappointed

First off, Elite is truly the right name for them. Their customer service is top notch, the body work on my truck is brand new, and they explained the process clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. My truck is a brand new silverado, I was sideswiped and the team, Brian, Kevin, & Chris made sure to repair it as such. Highly recommend these guys. As I write this, my repair job is still in progress (3 days in), but I'm so impressed with the service that I wanted to go ahead and write a glowing review. Everyone, especially Kevin (owner) and Chris have been so extremely thorough, helpful, professional, reassuring, and friendly when dropping off my car and on the phone discussing details. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is (and feels) informed and confident about their entire process. They are also making the claims process so much easier by working with my insurance company and seem to have been in my court the entire time (they aren't a "contracted partner" with my insurance company, which I believe is actually a benefit). They also have been very expedient in getting my repair done so far. I have observed that they do not over-book themselves so that they can focus on finishing ongoing jobs. Because of this, you may have to wait a bit longer to get an appointment than at other larger/chain shops, but it is WELL worth the wait and actually a benefit (your car doesn't sit on their lot as long). As an engineer with OEM automotive experience, I was genuinely blown away by their disassembly & inspection process and fully expect to be once more by the final repair job. I was so pleasantly surprised at the integrity of this business.I can't recommend them highly enough...In our day and age it is rare to feel trust for a business but I leave my experience with them feeling so encouraged. They were responsive, honest, generous and kind...they provided quality work AND listened to my concerns. They did not even attempt to take advantage of some complications that arose AND went out of their way to accommodate my needs.Service: Body & Trim

We ended up at Elite Auto Body on the recommendation of a smaller body shop who took one look at our car (that had been hit by a bear) and said they couldn t help but they we knew the perfect place.The whole team at Elite Auto Body was communicative, considerate, honest and above all else, did fantastic work.We brought our car in and they immediately did a full walk around to break down what work would be needed and outline the steps we would need to take with our insurance company to start the repair process, deal with rental car insurance reimbursement, and more (which hadn t been made clear by our insurance company). They kept us updated all along the way. Unfortunately, supply chain issues affected a single part and got in the way of a speedy fix but they were incredibly diligent, spending hours looking through different sites and calling manufacturers to hunt down the part. They were also able to offer us a loaner car in excellent shape after our 30-day car rental reimbursement ended, saving us thousands of dollars in rental car fees while ours was in the shop.I hope we won t need their services again, but if we do, it s a relief to know we ll be in good hands! I would not hesitate to return to them for future work if needed, and I would happily recommend them to friends, family and strangers alike!

Awesome customer service and explained everything to me about the service and how insurance works! They did a wonderful job fixing my tailgate and light and the paint job made it look new, I was afraid of being stuck without a vehicle, they eased my mind and dealing with enterprise auto was awesome as well

What a pleasant experience this was! We had a fender-bender with our brand new 2021 Toyota Avalon. It was our first - ever - and we had no idea what to do next. A friend had recommended Elite Auto Body so we gave them a call. From the very first call, we knew we had found the help we wanted. They were professional, patient, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, capable, communicative, and extremely helpful. They helped with a rental, worked with insurance, kept us informed on any changes in their estimate (which was spot-on when they finished). Excellent service! This was my first time needing body repair on my car, and the folks at Elite Auto Body were polite, clearly explained both the damage and what would be needed to repair it, and gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than the other shop I got an estimate from. The actual cost was identical to the estimated cost, and my car came back looking better than it before the damage. They also cleaned the outside and inside (!!!) of my car. Will definitely be returning if I need body repair in the future.Service: Body & Trim

A few weeks ago I scraped a woman's Mercedes SUV in a parking lot in Carrboro. She couldn t have been nicer, and agreed to my request to pay out-of-pocket for repairs to her bumper. I held my breath (and pocketbook!) until she could get an appointment for an estimate at Elite Auto Body, which had been recommended to her. Yesterday was that appointment. Kevin assessed the damage, knocked out the dent, brushed up the appearance...and charged nothing at all! She said he couldn t have been nicer. We are both utterly astounded and grateful. The Carrboro Parking Lot Caper ended peacefully, thanks to Kevin's goodwill and ideal customer service.

So nice. I had a dent in my door that caused the door not to shut properly. My car is old and it doesn t really matter how pretty it looks. He pulled the dent out, got the door to work in five minutes. So nice! And helpful

Elite s integrity, honesty, and support made an extremely stressful situation much easier. When I first called and told Kevin we had been in an accident, his first question was if everyone was okay. After gathering some initial information, he offered to check out the damage on our vehicle from pictures so we wouldn t spend money towing without an estimate. When the damage clearly outweighed the value of the car, he was honest and upfront and gave useful suggestions about other options we should consider. In every communication he was patient and provided clear, useful explanations. Though we ultimately didn t have any work done by Elite, I highly recommend them based on the way they treat their customers. Thank you for your guidance and support!

Great service, great work. We took my RAV4 here because the lift gate wouldn't open - they got the problem fixed slightly under the estimate, and within the time estimate. Brought it back for some tweaking a couple of weeks later and they were able to work us in and get it adjusted, no further charge. Very concerned with doing the job right. I don't want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if i do, I'll bring the car back here!

The quality of work they did on my car was fantastic, and their customer service is unmatched. I had to get one of my doors replaced, and they were incredibly thorough in fixing and checking it, and were great at explaining every part of the repair process to me. Elite did a great job on my car and Kevin was very good to work with. I am very into cars and admit I am very particular when someone has to work on my car(s). I chose Elite because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp and they certainly followed through.Great customer service, good communication and they definitely want you to walk away with a good experience.I will definitely use them again in the unfortunate event I need to have body work done. Call Kevin and staff and they will take care of you.

Elite has done great work for myself and some of my family members cars. This why we keep coming back!Our cars are impeccable when we arrive to pick them up. Clean inside and out!The car is like new again, with no signs of any damage from accident.They walk through the whole process and contact the insurance company if there s something else that needs to be done.They are a great local independently own shop and the whole staff are easy to work.

Elite Auto Body repaired my 2010 Ford Focus and did a great job. The customer service and quality of work is awesome. Kevin helped me with the insurance adjuster and explained each step of the process so it was a breeze. I have been back twice with other collision damage and would not go anywhere else.
