We were sent here by our insurance company and they did a great job. The damage from the fender bender has been fully repaired, they kept us up to date on the status of the repair, and everyone was great to deal with and I witnessed them working with someone who didn t understand the insurance process and they were very patient. Highly recommended.

Classic Collision, formerly CarSmart, has been our go-to body shop for many years. They are fantastic! Excellent customer service and great body work. They even detailed the inside of my car this time! It is beautiful work inside and out!

My experience with Classic Collision was a mess. I dropped my car off in September and didn t get it back until November. It took them 2 months to realize they couldn t repair the door and that they needed to order a new one despite all of the steps they supposedly follow to determine what they needed to do. I brought these concerns up with them and asked why this hadn t been done earlier which I never got a response to. It s now January and they still haven t sent all the paperwork to my insurance company which is preventing other steps from happening including getting reimbursed for some out of pocket costs. It s been one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. They are way too backed up and their change in management didn t help the situation at all. If I ever need body work done on my car again, I will not use this body shop ever again.

The first thing I want to mention is that the body work done at the shop is without complaint. The first part of the work was subcontracted out to a dent and paint man who was excellent. The second part of the work, to address a few small dents that were in odd places and couldn t just be pulled out , was also very well done. However, the experience of working with this company was NOT AT ALL satisfactory. While everyone I spoke to was friendly, no one really seemed to have any idea as to what was going on administratively to move my car through the repair process. I believe they have changed hands/ownership twice within the past year and it showed. They never seemed to know who I was or what was going on with my car when I called (each time within a few days), They told me several things related to arranging and clearing the estimate and payment with the insurance company which were patently untrue. And they did not meet the different deadlines that they made in several promises to me. I was not pleased with this process at all. I had to follow up and lean on them repeatedly to get anything done there. This is no way to run business.

Do NOT bring your car here. They had my car for upwards of 40 days and provided me with little to no updates/I had to track my car down. They said they would call me when a final part came in and no one ever called me. The work was beyond sloppy - I received my vehicle with an emblem missing, crews missing, and I still do not have a working side mirror. I also told them my steering wheel needed to be fixed and they did not fix it.

The folks at CARSTAR are AWESOME! Professional and fast, they quickly fixed what I first thought were just some minor scratches from where I got side swiped on the front left side. Paint work looks great too! Check out my pictures. Definitely recommend these good people to fix your car! My Honeybee looks great now!!

Took my son s car in for bodywork after a rear-end collision. No regrets! The staff is professional, with excellent communication to us as the work took place. The bodywork is beautiful!! Car looks brand new where work was done, and it was returned to us, by far, cleaner than it was left! I would highly recommend CarStar to anyone. I hope we don t need them again, but if we have a need in the future, I will not hesitate to call them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unorganized shop. My car just sat for 10 days before being looked at. They never did any work on the car and it took them a month to tell me they couldn't fix it. Nice people, but unorganized. Slow response time. Poor communication. Insurance company was involved so not 100% the shops fault but expected much better. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, I wasn t able to use this business to safely repair my car from an accident. My insurance decided based on the estimate it was considered a total loss.The ladies at front were super nice and warm. I asked if there was a way to fix my car against insurance decisions and told me straight up not safely. My safety was their utmost concern. I do miss my car!

This was going to be my second time using them for my car repairs because they did an amazing job the first time. Well that didn t happened!!! The issue was the labor rate. The shop labor rate went from $65/hr to $75/hr within a week of my car just sitting there. To hear Hayden (progressive adjuster) tell it their labor rate is $53/hr, and we have never paid that much ever. I didn t hear anything from them about the labor rate issue that they were having with the insurance company which was progressive (the worst)! Now I have nothing to do with the labor rate I just wanted my car fixed! I don t know who dropped the communication ball but I was definitely left in the dark about this issue (which now had been about two weeks)! I didn t know anything about this until the insurance adjuster called me and told me that my car was being put on hold because they have never paid that much for labor rates! So I go to the shop in person to see what is going on with my car, just to be told that my car was in body and on the track to being fixed, we have all of the parts here already (which was a lie). The only thing I kept getting from them were email estimates showing where the price of my car kept rising and they needed more money from the insurance company. Now I had to go back down there again in person again about my car (this time I ask to see my car) and of course my car wasn t in body being repaired it was sitting down in the lower lot with only a couple of things removed. At this point I was dealing with the owner of the shop (Meredith) who didn t really know what was going on so she had to get caught up to speed on the issue. Now here is where it gets interesting and frustrating at the same time. The owner didn t understand why I was micromanaging all the estimates that were sent to me. (I was trying to see why they kept asking for more money when the total for them to repair my car was already established). She said out of her own mouth your car is going to get fixed, we never had an issue with Hayden (progressive adjuster) and Money is not the problem I PROMISE we are going to fix your car go an enjoy the holiday weekend ! Did she keep her promise NO! So now this is the first week of July and my car wasn t FIXED! After a whole month had passed, I had to move my car to another body shop because they couldn t agree on a labor rate which boiled down to the MONEY !!! So for a whole month my car sat at the body shop (when all of the parts to repair my car was there) and nothing was fixed because of a bunch of lies they kept telling! So now after all the lies they were telling I had to move my car to another body shop! What a waste of my time!! Before my car even left the shop Ivy (the receptionist who was very helpful and polite) did call Hayden (progressive adjuster) and asked if they would pay $55 for a labor rate? He said no because his supervisor (Dusty) wouldn t approve it! A $2 difference!! Here s the kicker when it came time to move my car they agreed on a labor rate which was (get this) $55 the $2 difference! So wait let me get this straight y all can agree on a $55/hr labor rate to move my car but not fix it!!! So beware of this place and their lies!!!!

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone I talked to took the time to explain exactly what was going on every step of the way. Even when they were waiting for parts to arrive, I was sent updates daily with status, so I always knew what to expect and what was going on. Customer service was great! Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. I love their partnership with Enterprise. Enterprise picks you up at the repair shop when you initially drop off your vehicle, then upon returning the rental car you just leave at the repair shop. Made the whole process very easy. My repair did take a little longer than initially expected. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, however was a little surprised at the duration for a minor repair. When I picked up my vehicle there were a few black smudges on the interior of my car that were not there prior. They did clean them once I pointed them out, but shocked they weren't taken care of prior. Overall had a good experienceService: Body & Trim

My car ended up being totaled but Carsmart held the car while waiting for the insurance adjuster & facilitated all the paper work & dealt with the ins . co. I have used Carsmart before when I was rear ended & they are great! They get the work done & keep you informed. They are friendly & professional!

Very slow in repairing. To do the blueprint it took them almost 3 weeks, that is absurd. Then, multiple times they communicated deadlines that were not met. They can work in parallel as opposed to everything sequenced. Finally, when I picked up my car it wasn't sent 100% complete, so I had to go back.Appreciate that everything is not in your control, but there are some things that are. If you really believe that you provide a perfect service, why are you sending customer surveys? Only to get good ratings? Or to learn from customer feedback?Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had an excellent experience at CarSmart! From start to finish, I knew I was in great hands! Everyone there was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful! They helped guide me through the process. They kept me updated the entire time, step by step. And, they were extremely helpful in working with me and coordinating for pickup before the weekend! CarSmart's staff pulled strings to have my car under repair in a very short timeline despite major rear quarter panel damage. They were incredibly transparent, communicative and friendly. They were quick to coordinate quote and coverage concerns with my insurance and I felt at ease with them working on my behalf. The car looked brand new when I picked it up right on schedule. Would definitely work with them again (although I hope I don't have to)!

CarStar s customer Service people were great. The female that came out to address what I needed repaired was helpful but not friendly. The estimated date of completion was exceeded by 5 days which Enterprise took out of my checking account. It would have been excellent if CarStar car Smart had paid for the 5 extra days. CarSmart repaired the lift gate and rear bumper of my 2021 Toyota Rav4. All staff were professional, knowledgeable, and overall nice. I received bi-weekly status updates on the repair progress of my car. My vehicle was finished on time as promised. It looked brand new! I am very satisfied with CarSmart. I cannot say enough good things about this experience! My minivan was in a major hit-and-run and there was quite a bit of damage. The staff handled everything with my insurance, and kept me informed daily of the progress they were making on my vehicle. They were friendly, efficient, and so easy to work with! I cannot say enough good things about the service from CarSmar and the work they completed to repair body damage on my Lexus. The staff made numerous adjustments to schedule the repairs to accommodate my crazy schedule which I am so grateful for!!! Every step of the way, the staff was courteous, welcoming and very professional. They even completed the repairs earlier than anticipated. And, the work they did was EXCEPTIONAL. you cannot tell the car had ever been damaged. Superb work and fabulous people. I highly recommend them!! THANK YOU, CARSMART!!!!

Upon arrival for my estimate i was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, The entire team was available to help me. The front office explained the estimate, time frame, repair and billing process to me.Later when I dropped off the car they updated me again and advised me of the time frame necessary to complete all of the the work.While the car was in the shop I received email updates on the progress.Somehow they finished three days earlier than I expected.Their work was flawless and complete. In addition, they cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. Quite a surprise!I am thoroughly pleased with the total experience.Great work done by great people. Exceeded expectations. There should be more than 5-Stars available for companies like CarSmart.When my daughter s parked car was hit and run in a mall parking lot, we chose CarSmart to do the repairs based on their excellent reputation in the community, local ownership and reviews. They quickly put us at ease by explaining the process, assessing the damage, handling everything with our insurance company and getting the work scheduled.The professional and friendly service from every member of their staff was reassuring. As expected, the work and paint took several days to complete. They kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and completed the work ahead of schedule.Their work was absolutely flawless! They returned the car in showroom condition (inside and out.....better than they received it). We could not be more pleased.I don t review many companies, but had to share the experience I had with CarSmart.
