Front desk was amazing at accommodating times and tires purchased. Specialized alignment was not performed as described at this store and was asked to go to another one for this after tires and wheels were mounted. 3/4 brand new wheels were scratched after inspection.I have received message that the location was able to help get rid most of the scratches by replacing the plastic wheel center caps which was very kind of them.

I can t say enough about how impressed I am about the level of service we received recently from Chapel Hill Tire. After moving from Chapel Hill to another part of the state, a problem arose with the seal on the oil pan of our VW during a routine service visit to a repair shop in our new area. Even though it had been nearly a year since Chapel Hill Tire had last worked on our car, they took responsibility for the fact the failure had occurred and rectified the situation to our complete satisfaction. In today s world, it is very unusual to come across a business like this that truly delivers on its promises and stands behind its work. We highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire for any service you might need done to your car or truck.

Quick and friendly service, plus a shuttle ride home and back to the shop, even though we forgot to schedule a ride. Online data presentation on completion of the inspection was timely and clear. All in all a wonderful experience, just as we ve come to expect having used y all for decades. Thank you.

Chapel Hill Tire provides excellent and efficient services, at reasonable prices. I have used this service with different vehicles over some years. When I purchased my first new car, I decided to use the dealer--Southpoint Honda of Chapel Hill--for service. I was a faithful client for several years. But during a recent regular service, they noted a leak and urged prompt attention, which would cost about $2000.00. I went to Chapel Hill Tire for a second opinion and found that no such leak existed. Further, the engine photo given to me by Southpoint was not my car at all; it was fraudulent. I was stunned by this scare tactic, so I will be using Chapel Hill Tire from here on.

I actually did not have my tires replaced at Chapel Hill Tire because I have an ongoing wheel and tire warranty at Subaru. I had forgotten that warranty when I stopped in at CHT.However, CHT s service was extremely generous. They checked all my tires and showed me pictures of the damage on all four. And when I left to drive to Subaru, they didn t charge me for any of their service.

Texted on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment to have a pre-purchase inspection performed on a used car I was hoping to buy pending the results. They did a beautiful job an awesome job they took pictures they wrote up a report. They provided me with a detailed inspection report and I went ahead and bought the vehicle and it runs perfectly so great company. Great people know what they re doing. 5 stars!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

This place is a total scam. Charged $770 for services they didn't do. Broke down 1 hour after getting my car back. And my engine light was on. This was not on when I brought it in.They did attempt to rectify the problem to no avail. 1 week later, I'm broke down again. The change oil light came on and said I had 0% oil life. But I paid for an oil change on 11/20/2023. They made my car WORSE.

Timely service based on appointment time. Ensure you receive all details of tire installation pricing before showing up. In addition to the alignment which I knew about, valve stem and mounting and balancing charges added more than $150 to the out the door price quoted over the phone.Service: TiresService: Tires

My Honda CRV warning system, went biserk. Thank goodness for Jessica and the mechanics at Chapel Hill Tire. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, and made all the warning lights go away at a minimum cost! So grateful, so awesome, and they contacted me every step of the way. Thank you all so much!!!

Super polite, with great customer service. Was able to get a timely appointment for an oil change and a thorough car assessment. We even got a video recording of the review. They identified a couple watch outs for the future but nothing immediate. Wet honest. So happy I called them!

I have had my cars serviced at this location for at least 30 years and have always been happy with the service (maybe not always the prices) provided. And it has been wonderful knowing that I can count on immediate help if I drive in with a small emergency--fuse, battery, heat light, tire, windshield wiper, etc. This is the favorite place for most of my women friends as we know we will be treated fairly. Favorite parts are the knowledgable, kind, and helpful staff and the free tire air fills.$80 to diagnose a car issue though!? No thank you, other places do that for free.Also, the up charge on parts (for a toyota camry) is astronomical plus the labor fees.

Very nice, courteous staff. Found the problem with the tire, replaced it, and rotated the tires. Not a long wait even though they were pretty busy. I was very impressed with Chapel Hill Tire at University Place. From the initial phone call through the service and out the door, they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Christian, Brian and Jessica were so helpful from the service desk. Andy and Jimmy went above and beyond in kindness as my service technicians. I will definitely use them again.
