Wonderful experience! I just picked up my car which had front pumper damage after an accident and they did a perfect job, my car looks like new!The whole repair including ordering parts took only 12 days and they sent regular updates to let me know when anticipated completion would be. They were on time with completing my repairs and made the whole process super easy and stress-free!Lisa was great to work with and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable with having my car repaired there. The whole staff were wonderful and very friendly! I can t recommend this place more!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at Carolinas Collision Center were upfront and honest about how long the repair of my car would take. They kept me informed of my completion date, including any delays that came up due to Kia parts shortages. The work they did was amazing, and my car looks just like it did before the accident! Hopefully, I m not involved in any more accidents, but if I am I ll definitely be bringing my car here.

Made an appointment to get an estimate. I never heard back from them despite calling them back. I tried to leave my email, but they refused to take it, so it ended up just being wasted time. The guy who checked out my car was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but they failed to perform the requested service. If CC Chapel Hill reads this and want me to improve my rating, please email me my estimate, thanks!update: heard back, but I had to reach out to the durham location to get my original estimate

Awful communication-- I had to extend my car rental an additional FIVE days with no updates until the day the car was ready.I dropped my car off for front end repair on Weds 8/9, and was given an estimated pick up date of Fri 8/18. On Monday 8/14 I got a text saying they were over the halfway mark; Tues and Weds more texts saying they were on schedule. Friday morning (the estimated pick up date) I got a text saying it was going in for alignment and they'd call when it was ready. I called at 4:30 to see if it was going to be ready and got the most rude version of "don't call us, we'll call you" from one of the folks in the back office (the woman up front was very polite and easy to work with, as other people have commented on).They are closed on weekends, so I called and left a message Monday to see if they had any updates. No response. Same on Tuesday. No response. I got a text at 3pm on Weds saying my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I asked if they could adjust the repair cost to reflect my having to extend a rental for FIVE days. One of the office workers from the back came up and said "you can take it up with GEICO" and walked away.I understand things taking longer than expected, but to not give ANY updates (other than the frequent messages saying things are on time) is infuriating. The people who work there are absolutely terrible to try to get any information from. This is all on top of not being able to get in touch with anyone the day after I dropped it off to ask about an estimate nearly doubling once work started. I would recommend going literally anywhere else before trusting these folks with your car.

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service- everyone there went above & beyond. I brought my car in following an accident where it was sideswiped. The insurance estimate predicted it would cost around $1,400 to repair & take about 2 weeks. They brought in their buffing expert & he was able to buff out the scratches that day! The car looks like new & they even washed it for me! The total repair cost came to only $135! Needless to say, the person who hit my car was elated. On top of that, the fact that I could pick up & drop off my loaner vehicle with Enterprise at the collision center, made things easy & seamless! Can t say enough great things about the awesome team at Carolinas Collision Center!Service: Painting

Our Subaru Forester was dented in an accident. We worked with Carolinas Collision Center (Chapel Hill location) for the repairs. The team did an excellent job. This included getting us in ahead-of-schedule, keeping us updated via text as work was performed, arranging rental car pickup/dropoff, and quality work. A horrible encounter with customer service. We had received an estimate for work to be done to our vehicle and made advance payment in full. When I attempted to schedule the work to be done and with the front desk I was trying to coordinate the work with our travel schedule. I had indicated that we could drop the car off on a date that was good for them and that we would be away and could pick up the car 4 days later upon our return. She informed me that they would not hold the vehicle. I then attempted to work a date that was 2 weeks further out and was told that they would not hold the parts for that long. I then ASKED for dates that would work for them and we simply couldn't accomodate those dates. When I asked what could we do to work it out (since they aleady had payment for over a month) she told me tersely that she would refund our money and hung up. When my wife attempted to work a reschedule, the owner told her that I was rude and they didn't want our business at all.No harm done, we found a replacement collision service to address the repair and they worked with us without the drama and the insulting attitude that i receved from Carlionas Collision Center Center on Legion Road in Chapel Hill. If you want service with a smile, this is not the place to go!

I hit a tire on the highway which broke a a few clips holding the cover to my front bumper. Took the car in for an assessment and unfortunately they were too busy to get to the repair when I needed it. Given my schedule, they told me which part numbers I needed to fix the problem myself without any charge. Incredible service for someone who didn't even end up as a customer. I hope I never need their services, but I'm glad there is such a helpful auto body shop in the area.Service: Body & Trim

Very Bad! The lady at the front desk was very sweet but that s all that I can say positively about the place. The lady who quoted my car was extremely rude and dismissive to my questions and also they quoted us a little under $1200 for something that was later done for $450. I strongly recommend you DO NOT come here, please save your time and money.

My experience with them is nothing short of great.Car accidents are never fun. But they did diagnose and provide the estimation super quick. They did abide by their timeline. Plus, the quality of work is also good.Also, it was very easy to reach out to them. I was getting the updates through text every other day, which was cool.Also, since they are authorized Geico center, It was simply grab and go experience for me.

I'd put a zero, as there company does a side rental with Expedia ripping people off. After a rental online the side you to ohh wrong address this happens all the time you need to go to enterprise on Franklin street chapel hill. They even have enterprise business cards. So far. It looks like up to a $1800 lost from a false rental and Expedia believes I have rented a van I dont have. Now waiting 5 to 7 days for possible no answer. Now it was for a 12 passanger 8 kids 2 parent trip to Tennessee Gatlinburg indoor water park. Now I need to explain to kids who are ready. We purchased everything new shorts shirts swim close hair products socks underware (boys n girls) towels for no reason at all. These are the service I revieve for being a consumer/customer. Worst of all now we have less than two days find something else to do. Thank you for your services towards your community . Sad. Shaking my head. Drove 1hr 30 min to a location that did nothing but try to be a third party. Ripping people's time and money off. The picture attached is how they picture you the reader. It's a perfect comparison of customer satisfaction. Enjoy your day.

We took our Mini here for front end damage from an accident. Mike, Hope and team were great to work with. Mike kept me updated both via phone calls and through the website/text updates so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. They even completed it ahead of schedule! The front desk clerk was friendly and professional/fast. The Enterprise representative that was there for my rental was great as well. The employee that talked me through the estimate was knowledgeable and patient. The work was completed twice as fast as the estimate from another, similar place.And the work was great.I have no complaints about my interactions with this place.

I am so glad that Geico directed me to this business. I've used other car repair places in the area over the years and my experience with them was nothing like Carolinas Collision at Legion Road. From the moment I brought my car in Lisa made me feel at ease and took care of everything - even the car rental. If you have Geico auto insurance this is the easiest decision to make. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. AND, not only was my car done early, but it was the CLEANEST it has been in quite a while. I rate my experience here and the level of service I received here as superior!!

Very organized, personable, polite and communicates well. Items they said they may not be able to correct. They got them corrected. Be careful not to speed on the road to their facility as the police were on the street every time I visited the location. Saw several people pulled over. My car looked good! Great job!

The professionals at Carolinas Collision Center must have access to some magic in their shop because my Mini Cooper ended up looking like nothing ever happened to it! It may even look better than when it came off the car lot. Mike Roberts couldn't have taken better care of me! Very pleased, would highly recommend!

The location is a bit difficult to get to, as I cut across the shopping plaza and had to turn around a few times. But, I give it 5 stars as I had no issue when i got there. I was taking my car in for a GEICO inspection and the staff was welcoming and helpful with directing me into the lobby. They had a coffee/tea station, TV in the waiting room, nice and clean as I waited for my appointment.Another note. This place is associated with GEICO Xpress Service, I haven't experienced their servicing yet but will soon. The GEICO inspector was very knowledgable and quick. She also told me that the repair would be guaranteed for "life" for installation. She took care of the paperwork and I was on my way. Thanks!

Our car looked new when we picked it after repair. They not just repaired our car but also power vacuumed it from inside and washed from outside. Was not expecting this level of customer service. Truly satisfied with our experience.

The lot was over crowded to the point i had to wait for someone to leave before finding parking also waited a good while for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. Was never contacted by the agent by email after the appointment. Fortunately i had another estimate from another company.
