We were referred to Brown s last month when my daughter s car needed some urgent attention. With the issues she was describing while she was away at college, we weren t comfortable with her driving home to have our local trusted shop owner check on things. So he recommended Brown s since it was nearby and he knew Tonnika from a networking group. We couldn t have had a better experience from beginning to end, especially with the way they kept us informed every step of the way. Their systems were easy and convenient to access and provided thorough and detailed reports. We were very confident and pleased with the service overall. After some positive, affirming interactions as she was picking up her car, my daughter called to tell me that This is the place. And I would have to agree. Definitely recommend Brown s for anyone in the Triangle area!

Brown's automotive was very professional and I really appreciated their after hours drop off/pick up. I work long hours and was able to drop off and pick up my car on a timeline that worked for me. They were very responsive and informative. Tonnika was very professional and kind.

Brown s Automotive is excellent! They are professional and kind and went above beyond being able to fix a panel on my car which they initially thought might require a body shop - but they worked to get the part in exceedingly quickly to help me. Their staff is great. I d highly recommend them and will be returning for all my future car maintenance.

I left my 2016 Subaru in Brown's lot on a sunday afternoon, left the keys in the drop box with a note saying that there was a slow leak in a tire, and that the oil needed changing, and that I hoped they could fit it in by noon on Tuesday. I have been a regular customer there for two years. Monday morning, I got an email with the "diagnosis" and the price and the promise it would be ready by closing that day. Fantastic, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. They pay their staff well, which makes me feel even better about the team.

Best experience for a repair I ve had in a long time. My wife and I totally trust Tonnika and her crew, have been customers for 3 years. Recently fixed our vehicle where a squirrel or something chewed a hole in the fuel line. They were innovative and fixed it as inexpensively as possible! Highly recommend for repairs and service.

I have used Brown's Automotive a number of times over the past five or six years and am very happy with their service. The quality of their work is excellent, and their shop atmosphere is friendly and personable. Their prices seem reasonable and competitive, too.

Fast, thorough, reasonable. Recommended an outside transmission specialist rather than attempting a repair they didn't feel confident in. In-depth inspection results with notes from the techs (including videos and photos) and transparent estimates makes everything very clear. Cool staff doesn't hurt either.

This shop is strange.I honestly do not know how they have the reviews they do.Go in the office and ask basic questions and you will immediatly RUN out of there like I did. 1. they have what look like two young super cuts hair salon receptionists running their business. 2.no clear pricing....and thats all you need to know to leave that place. "How much do you guys charge for diagnostics? "It depends" "How much do you charge hourly for the work?"It depends"....honestly this place is for anybody that wants to just hand the car over and get price gauged.This is a real review GO THERE... ask them the same questions see what happens.I think the reason why they probably have great reviews is because they only take easy jobs in.Maybe they are great at changing brake pads but I wound not trust them with anything else.

So firstly, this place has set a new standard for the words above and beyond .My name is Victor and myself and my lovely fianc� were looking for a vehicle. Now I did not have the best credit, in fact I had been to several other locations that would not and could not work with my credit. After one call, I was told they d be able to work with me on a vehicle. Now while all this is happening, we are expecting our next child in any day. Not only did browns go to bat for me when no one else did, but when at the hospital for the birth of our child they held the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to have a comfortable experience with my family and the birth of our child as well as feel safe in the fact the vehicle we wanted would be there. Now following the birth of the baby, not only were they able to help me with friendly service and knowledge, but went so far as to even have a salesperson(s) (Ms. Shenae and CJ ) call me and congratulate me, but they followed me back to the hospital so my resting mother of my child could do her paperwork from the hospital. All in all the best experience ever. The staff became family, and they have a customer for life. Thank you Brown s. You truest restored my faith in the humanity of people and the true capabilities of a business.Thank y all Brown sVictor, Sarah and baby

Communication from staff was excellent!. Price was more than another quote BUT they were complete with my service needs. Other company was just surface level experience which placed me in the situation to get more work completed. Example: driving chain was set to need replacement and they recommended that since the labor work was being completed already, all that was needed was purchase of part opposed to waiting till it went bad (likely in the next 1-2 years) and it would save me thousands in labor costs and another trip to shop and time without he vehicle. They may have quoted more but they were not only excellent with communication but able to complete 2 weeks earlier, and I feel confident that they have customer s best interest in mind. Brown s was recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them as well.

Service was great, friendly and fast. I didn t see an appointment online so I figured they were full and Tonnika called me to get me scheduled the very next day. Definitely found my new mechanic!

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Brown's Automotive. Tonnika is a very personable and knowledgeable hands on President of the company who made sure that the necessary repairs woukd done in a timely way. The team of mechanics did an excellent job with our older Buick that is now driving like a new car. Brown's got our family off to a good new year and will continue to be our automotive service of choice from now on.

Thoroughly explained the reasoning for the services/repairs, with timely communication text right to your phone. Awesome POS service that allowed for electronic approval of estimate and payment. Easy pickup with after hours options! Love them!!!

Good quality work, but they tried to recommended replacing newly replaced parts and the service from my wheel job was $200 more than several other local mechanics with reviews just as good. I should have called around first

Oil change and tire rotation was fast and well done at a very reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional.
