This store is remarkable. Today I was trying to fix a lighting problem in our sons Honda. I had called several repair/ tire shops and they were not that friendly and gave a price of over 1000 to fix it. I spoke to John at AutoZone and he was kind and caring. He said to bring bring it over and he could help me. I brought it over and he he took his time to help me get what I needed and install it at less than 1/10 the price of the other place. This is a first rate store that is honest. Thank you John. You have my business and my trust.

Store managers, Paul and Monte, were a tremendous help when it came to helping my find the right fuse for my Subaru. I bought the wrong set, struggled and struggled, but Monte came to the rescue and Paul ensured I was paying the right amount for the piece. Stand up guys!

I went in to get new low beams and windshield wipers for my moms car and got assisted by a guy that was treating me like I m stupid. I told him I needed new white low beams, he gives me an attitude saying that they are all white, come to find out that the ones he gave me are in fact yellow. And I asked for windshield wipers and he was telling me that he needs to know specifically what kind of hook the car has for them, but when I ve gone to get wipers for two other cars I ve never been asked about the hooks, I ve installed them on those two different cars with two different hooks and never had a problem. Mind you I am a 19 year old girl with makeup on when I walked in. I am never stepping foot into this location if I m just going to be treated like I don t know what I m doing or asking for just because I m a girl.

I went to this Autozone after noticing one of my headlights on my Prius was out. The person at the register was able to look up and locate the correct part number, and he talked me through pros and cons of different tiers of lightbulb. He also installed the bulbs for me, which was a HUGE help since I had never changed a headlight before, and we ended up needing a socket wrench to get it done. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was ready to get on the road again. Highly recommend this store!

Incredible customer service from Jacqueline and Paul. They helped replace my headlight and battery. This is the second time that I have visited this store in the past four months and both times were a great experience. I highly recommend this store for any automotive supplies.

My daughter's car battery was acting up and we went to this location and met one of the team member JAZ H. She changed the battery and did not mind us looking over her shoulder. JAZ was very skillful. Ask for JAZ when you are in the store. JAZ is the best!!! One of the great experinece ever going to the AutoZone!!^^

I was there to replace my battery, it is under a warranty,well a worker pull my inf..to verify the warranty and still under warranty..a was going to get another one but the manager didn't approve..saying that was about to expire ...

I arrived at your store in a very friendly way trying to pronounce English correctly, it is not my first language and I am still learning, but your worker Jaz H responded to me in a very bad way and like making fun of me, making me not understand anything and saying that she would understand me better if I spoke to she in Spanish. something that I don't think is true because I spoke to her in Spanish and she didn't know what to answer. They should teach their workers that empathy is important in customer service. very bad experience

Great service, quick to address your needs. I frequently come in for alternator/battery issues. They can charge your battery for free. Great selection of parts in store and online.

Stellar customer service! My check engine light came on and the Ford dealership "didn't have time" to help me (they've lost a lifelong customer!). I looked for the nearest AutoZone and they ran a diagnostic and let me know the issue was a relatively minor coolant sensor issue. They showed me how to check my coolant levels, so I was able to drive home without stressing out that I would break down on the side of the road. I HIGHLY recommend the folks at this location - they are fantastic!AutoZone corporate - give these folks a raise! They do a great job and are an asset to your company. I know I'll be a loyal customer at this location for many years to come. :)

This Auto Zone has the best customer service. The Representative Jaz was so helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions. She also put my fuse in for me with no hesitation. I will definitely be back to this location for any car needs.

Jaz H. Was amazing! I had just left a funeral when my battery died. I got the car started on the 10th try and made my way to Autozone. Not only was Jaz skilled and friendly, but Jaz was an amazing multitasker, helping multiple clients while I was getting my VIN and other info needed. Thank you Jaz!!!

Very helpful! Jacqueline (store manager?) installed a new battery for me. She was a pleasant and knowledgeable person. I certainly appreciated being able to get a battery immediately on site there and not have to go to a garage.Today was the second time Jacqueline has helped me with purchasing a car part (a battery for my truck). Once again, she was extremely courteous and helpful.

Store manager Paul had the battery I needed in stock and replaced it for me same day. I am grateful and quite impressed by this business, leadership and staff. Compare this to the local dealership that had an 8 day wait for an appointment to swap out a dead battery. Love this Autozone, and will shop here exclusively!

Jacqueline (Jackie) Love was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I pulled up with a problem I suspected was low antifreeze. She came out, confirmed the problem, and provided the correct antifreeze for my vehicle. She even helped with spotting low windshield wiper fluid and gave me the all-season 2-1 solution. I topped both off and couldn't be more thankful for her assistance. When you have to pop the hood or get a free diagnostic test, go to this AutoZone and ask for Jackie. She's like a paramedic for automobiles!

Received great customer service, however it was a waste of time. I called ahead to order a part for my car. They took down my vehicle information and ordered the part. After removing the old part and trying to put the new part in, I realized it was the complete wrong part. Not even for my car. Complete waste of time. Obviously you can t rely on this location to order the right part for you. I do not recommend ordering a part from these guys- go elsewhere.

I've never had any issues with this place. Well-stocked, friendly staff. I came in for a diagnostic check and without any problem. Richard helped me out with a quick and easy diagnostic of my car battery. Probably saved me a load of money!
