This is my second time going, they weren t as busy today so I was immediately put into the bay. Greeted by everyone, including their very cute dog. Very hardworking people, I ll keep coming back until I move out of the city next year

It is no longer the same place I have been relying on for tires for the past 10 years. I have purchased 1-2 sets of tires and have referred countless people to them during the 10 years I WAS a customer.today I needed a tire moved from a damaged rim to a new rim and was charged 5x what any other shop would charge to do the same thing. They charged me more today for a simple mount and balance than they had charged me for a tire + mount and balance + disposal of the old tire for the past 10 years. They also could not provide any type of itemized receipt to prove why my bill was so high. Not even a dealership would have charged this much.Only difference in me coming today was that due to my damaged rim I was driving a borrowed vehicle that happened to be a Mercedes. I have 10+ years work experience in the automotive repair industry so I know for a fact I was overcharged, and not just by a little. Also that i was profiled on arrival by the vehicle i was driving that determined the pricing that I received.Now that they have a solid customer base they are obviously willing change the business principals on which built their business to begin with. Disappointing, but not surprising.

wow! i went to 3 different shops for a tire change and was so disappointed. i stumbled upon this place and was beyond satisfied .. they were so nice on the phone and in person. they charged me exactly what they quoted me. AND they were so fast i made it to work just on time.

These folks are great! I was quoted 150 from Horus to swap a couple tires and cussed out when I said 'No thanks". I was in and out in 30 minutes and charged only 60 bucks!! They even noticed my other tires were low on air and filled them!!Thanks again!!!

Great work, performed quickly and efficiently. Bring cash to pay for the work and the outstanding food truck onsite. Super nice folks getting the job done, first come, first serve, great prices, new and used tires, need a rim for a spare, they have it. Run don't walk to Alfa y Omega Tire Shop.

One of my tires sprung a leak last night and I needed a new one fast, decided to replace both my front tires. Called this place, plugged my leak, went there, had new tires at a good price, no wait. They say cash only but they let me pay with CashApp. Will probably go to them again when I need tires.

Fast, friendly and funny! I got these guys to throw on four new tires on a very short notice. Price was great, especially compared to other local spots. They handle other automotive repairs as well. I liked these guys alot, will absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Great place. Highly recommend anybody needing tires. Very knowledgeable, very down to earth. Easy to talk to. They got me four tires at a very reasonable price. I'm going back again and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Love these guys - stopped by the other day before taking a long trip with my enclosed trailer. Needed a spare wheel and tire for the trailer - they hooked me right up for a fair price. I've had them do oil changes, fix my a/c, and mount tires on a number of vehicles. Good guys, fair prices, quick service.

Alfa y omega is amazing. They do more then just change tires. I brought my own oil and filter and they changed it for me for a great price saved me over $30. I've bought tires from them before and have never been disappointed. Just make sure you bring cash because they don't accept credit but great prices and they know what they are doing. They even changed a sensor for me which saved me hundreds. I take my car there alot and will definitely be seeing them again soon to change my brakes

Just left here getting two new tires for my 2015 Ford Fiesta and the service was AWESOME!!! The gentlemen here were phenomenal with providing excellent service under 20 minuets as quoted. Did I mention I received two PERFECT ties for 60.00!! NOBODY can beat that price.

Had a flat tire I was hoping I could repaired. I came to Alfa y Omega to see what could be done. They repaired the tire for $20, which is lower than the other shops in the area. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes. The man I interacted with, who I presume is the owner, was extremely friendly. I had to run back to my apartment to get cash because I didn't have enough on me and he had no issue with it. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Great service, friendly and efficient, cost-effective and affordable. I'll use Carlos for all my tire needs from now on!(Damn near brand new tire for $35! Nearest quote was $45 from a spot in Durham. Doesn't even look like a used tire.)

Purchased 4 used tires within 3 months they each went flat or burst on the highway. I am so angry and disappointed!!!! I get that the tire is used but I never thought I would have to double-check the thread on the tires! Cheaper than the others but I guess you get what you pay for! Soooo disappointed!!

Great place all around! Awesome deals, like $40 for a really nice used tire,looks practically new! Amazing people, friendly, fast service. You can also get great prices on repairs too!

Got 2 tires and was in and out in about 20 mins. The tires were awesome quality for a great price!! Really nice people with great customer service, on the phone & in person. Very easy process
