Came close to 5 p.m. but these guys were working hard. First time there and they treated me like a regular. Anytime you need used tires, this is a good place to go!

They should have a negative rating for the service or should I say lack of service I received. Tried to make an appointment was told first come first served. Was told to come 10 to 11. I got there around 10 Was told I'd have to wait until he was done with his breakfast . Mind you he opened at 9 and having breakfast at 10. At least I'm first so I waited for a N.C. safety inspection. Pulling the car into the garage he noticed one headlight was out of adjustment and it would fail. He told me to go and adjust them and come back. So I did that and got back about 11. Was told there was 6 people ahead of me and he wouldn't be able to get to it that day to come back tomorrow. At this point I got an attitude and said I'll go somewhere else. I did go back today at 10 and was told he didn't want me on the property because of my attitude yesterday and that my work was only $30 and he had $600 jobs he had to get done. I admire him for wanting to make the big money but don't walk on the little guy to do it. That $30 adds up. It would help your business for this gentleman to change his attitude

These guys are really nice and knowledgeable. Prices were very good. My daughter and I needed a tow, and they they came out in the cold and rain to assist with my blown tire! Awesome!

Amazing people! The owner and his son are super nice and friendly. They helped me get my vehicle fixed for a third the price of other shops. They also did a great job and made sure that everything was good to go for me.I will be using them again!It's hard to find an honest mechanic that does great work in the area. These people make up for the rest!

Totally( BAD WORK ) I took my car for a break change which was 260$ just for one side and they put it wrong the first time owner of the shop even noticed how bad his job was my car was all smoked up on the road had to come back and they supposedly fixed it but didn t which cause abs sensor to go on my car they broke a sensor and didn t even told me about it they tried to erase the sensors of my dash board but It came back on after riding the car a few miles down the road ain t no way I was coming back for the third time

I am so glad I found this place! Great customer service and they did an excellent job on my breaks for a very reasonable price! I finally found some mechanics I can trust! I would definitely recommend them. I know I will be going back! Thanks guys!

I'm giving them 2 stars because they failed at providing a service that was quoted to me but I was able to at least drive away safely.I had a tire separate on my morning drive to work. I was close enough that I was able to make it to work but I needed a new tire and figured this was an excuse to get a new set of four. Primos is one of the tire shops close enough that I felt like I could make it if I put my emergency lights on, kept it under 10 mph, and hugged the shoulder of the road.I called and asked if they had any stock in my size. The fella said he would have to check and will call me right back. A half hour goes by and I didn't get a call so I called back and the guy said he had two matching sets of four. One with 90% and one with 95% tread left and it would cost $250 to get them installed. This was 9:30am and I asked if I could make an appointment for that day at lunch. He said no, it's first come first serve but I could come on by at lunch.Lunchtime I left work and was able to roll into their parking lot. As I pulled up, the guy was walking to me shaking his head. He asked what did I want. I told him that I was quoted on the phone for getting some tires swapped and wanted it done. He said, without looking to see what size they were, that he didn't have any tires in that size. I told him that I was quoted 2 hours ago and he said that he didn't know anything about that and the guy that handled tire sales had left. He said they probably had the tires but he didn't know where they were or how much they were for sale for. I asked if he could call the guy. He walked away with this cellphone and said that he wasn't picking up. He said they were backed up with work and even if he wanted to work on my truck, he wouldn't get to it since he was backed up with 3 or 4 other cars that had been on his lot overnight. I said that I was told I could bring it by at lunch and he just shook his head.Mind you, this guys voice sounded identical to that guy that I spoke with on the phone but there's no way to know for sure.I basically told him that I needed this work done because my truck wasn't fit for the highway and I needed to take 140 to get home after work. Fortunately I had a spare on my truck. It had a hole in it but the guy filled it up and swapped it for me. He gets one star above the bare minimum for that.

Didn t have high expectations due to the trend I saw in past negative reviews but figured I d give it a shot. Called to price a set of tires. The person who answered the phone said they d call me back in 15 minutes and never did.

Don't bother stopping by this place.. he says he's open but can't leave the office? What kind of shop is that? Dude basically told me I was better off going somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time..
