What a great group of people. Kept me updated on the work progress of my car through texting. Dropping off and picking up was smooth. I would highly recommend them for any of your cars repairs. My car looks Fantastic !!!

The beginning of process was good. While the car was being repaired customer service was good. Pick up date was NOT GOOD. I got the car when 11minutes to the house and noticea couple of things. I called Caliber to say im on my way back because something was not right with the car. Once I got there, I was accused of causing the damage....for about 7minutes the representative went back and forth with me saying Caliber was not responsible. Made me call my insurance to see if they would approve yhe repairs. Before i could get Travelers on the phone the representative and body shop worker come out apologizing say oh we did take thoses pair aloose. My front plate is not on the car but the charged for it. My bumper has one or two black spot where it should be white paint. Two parts where loose on my car and still flapping til this day. So as of NOW my repairs are not complete and I have my vehicle back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say thank you enough to the workers at this establishment! I got into a really bad car accident and from day one the customer service was amazing and the workers were very knowledgable on explaining exactly what they were going to do with my car. The workers helped ease so much stress for me with the whole situation and I truly am so thankful I was able to be helped so efficiently. I usually don't write reviews but I am so happy with the service that was provided to me that I had to give them recognition. If you ever need anything done to your car this is definitely the place to go and I will 1000% be coming back here if I ever need something done to my car in the future. They did really get job on my mazda cx-5. When I gotta back I didn't even recognize her. She was nice and shiny and beautiful. Im thankful for them they did a really good job.

If not for caliber, my car would probably still be sitting at the tow yard. My insurance never called to tell me anything, but Caliber undated me twice a week. The car looked better than before the wreck when we got it back from them. We had to wait awhile on the turbo but that was not calibers fault. Very easy to work with and great work!!!! Hopefully I will never have to use them again but if I need to, I certainly will! The deer did not fair as wellServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service and great job, everybody knows new cars have bad paint jobs, orange peel look, caliber did the repair and matched the paint perfectly, including the orange peel. Unfortunately they have to match it and can't make it better or the vehicle wouldn't look right.

Our car needed bodywork on 2 occasions this year. Caliber Collision was very friendly when we showed up at their Castle Hayne office. They made arrangements to transport us to Enterprise where we got a rental car. They were good about giving us updates the first time. The second time seemed to take longer than we thought it would. We did have to call more often than we expected, and each step of the process seemed to occur later than they anticipated. In both cases, the work they did on our car was magnificent. On one occasion they delivered our car to our home, then took our rental car and returned it to Enterprise for us. The second time we went to their Castle Hayne location, got our car, and Caliber Collision, once again returned our rental car to Enterprise. We would highly recommend Castle Hayne Caliber Collision to anyone for quality workmanship.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber was extremely professional with my car. The collision repair was phenomenal and my car looked better than before I was rear-ended. They called me weekly to keep me updated on what was happening and they even detailed the inside of my car and added an air freshener which I wasn t expecting at all.
