Dakotah is very helpful, diligent and efficient in his work. He helped me secure the correct storage space for my needs and with my equipment rental returns. He is the best!

Super helpful staff. Dakotah checked me in and then walked me to the unit. Instructions were clear and simple and Dakotah made sure I had all information and codes to begin using the gate and unit immediately. Office is clean, well organized and well stocked.Facility is clean and easy to access from 107.Dakotah is very professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the storage contract before I signed.The price is competitive as well. I will be transferring to a larger unit there once I move to the area permanently.UPDATE March 17, 2024: Because of how helpful Dakotah has been and how convenient the facility is, I did indeed transfer to a larger unit once I was able to bring my things from my old home in the N Charlotte area.I called to make arrangements and Dakotah made the process super simple and quick. This really is a great facility and Dakotah is one of the most helpful and thoughtful folks I ve worked with.Thanks again folks!

Terrific customer service. Dakota was awesome. He took extra time to answer questions and help select the proper equipment. He also hooked everything up and select a return site. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Although I originally believed I would get a first floor unit, I ended up with a second floor due to limited availability. I thought it would be an issue but the facility is super nice (concrete floors, climate control) and has a large elevator. The employees are also incredible at answering questions and returning phone calls! When I went in to sign papers and such it was a fairly quick and simple process. I highly recommend Midgard!

I have used Migard twice now, and my interaction with them was seamless. I highly recommend this company. Please know that sometimes booking online can be frustrating, but they will allow a drop off - even if the website didn t list them as an option. Very professional outfit.

So far, so good one day after signing up :) The contract process was easy and Stefan was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable! Outstanding job on hiring a quality employee like Stefan! Quality customer service is very rare these days, but MidGard delivers!

Had to find a storage unit last minute, after 5pm on a Saturday for my twin sons' dormitory belongings. Not only did they answer, but everything was able to be set up by email! All I had to do was get a lock. Such a snooth setup that I was grateful for in my desperate situation.

Friendly and helpful staff. I will never again store my belongings where I have to go inside and use an elevator, but that's my opinion and no fault of Midgard Storage.
