I have used Cashiers Service Center for several years with multiple vehicles and have found them to be outstanding!Staff is courteous and service technicians are excellent.For those reviewers that are whining about pricing I remind them(1) This is not 1983(2) If they haven't noticed this is a small area and not the city (Thank God) and accordingly EVERYTHING here is a bit more expensive That being said I have found that Cashiers Service Center is very competitive in pricing with other areas and service providers.Any dealership anywhere will charge more, provide less and overall be a terrible experienceI highly recommend the folks at Cashiers Service Center and am also happy to support another local small business!

Had a tire separate while on vacation. Was able to order a new one from Tire Rack, and Cashiers Service Center fit me in the next day when they had a 2 week wait for jobs due to demand.I was extremely grateful! Great service and excellent communication. Highly recommended!Service: Tires

Out of town, nail in tire. This business is all about customer service. Serviced me quickly, plugged tire to get me moving again (no charge!) but needed a new tire. They ordered it and had it and replaced it the next day. A friendly and busy business that will help you any way they can. Kent, John and Cindy are outstanding. Highly recommend especially if you have out of town auto problems.Service: Tires

We were visiting the area and tried this establishment without knowing anything about it. We were a 1,000 miles from home when my tundra suddenly started making a squealing sound from the back, passenger side wheel. We were able to make an appointment the following day. The mechanic inspected my truck and determined it was a bearing that they were not equipped to repair and advised us to take it to the nearest Toyota dealership, which we did. We asked for the bill, he would not take any money, truly amazing! The mechanic was kind and concerned about our safety. I highly recommend this garage, a professional and caring establishment.Service: Auto maintenance

Excellent customer service! I had a slow leak in my car tire and they took care of me. The technician even took time to show me what caused the leak. Cost of repair was very good.

Love the team at Cashiers Service Center! Have had major work with new alternator and serpentine belt in the past. Today had a piece of engine guard come loose and they fixed it in 15 minutes! They are so honest and kind!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had low tire pressure on weekend. Managed to keep air until Monday morning when I was to return home (8-hr drive). Arrived at opening. They were so cordial and worked me in to repair tire (nail) so I could meet checkout time and head home. Most efficient with all customers I saw enter while I was there. I had a screw in my tire and left it to get repaired. They called later and when I went to pick up they said no charge and that the screw had not punctured the tire. Later that week a battery in our other vehicle went out and they replaced for us. They provide great service and a pleasure to do business with.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

They were nice to get me in the same day for battery service but it took the entire day to get the battery changed. Overall, I appreciate that they got me in but I feel that a simple thing like battery replacement should be accomplished faster. Similar to some tire centers which have people that only handle flats so that they can get people back on the road ASAP without having them wait the entire day to get a flat fixed because there were other people on the schedule. Overall nice people and fair pricing.Service: Battery

We had a screw in the tire of our Honda Pilot. They squeezed us in and had the tire patched in about 30 minutes. I couldn t believe how inexpensive it was. Very friendly and efficient. 5 stars for sure.

Every time I have had my car in, they have done great work and today was even better.I had a mysterious sound while turning and they worked me in and spent some much care and time trying to figure out the exact issue. Every one I encountered was friendly and helpful. They finally found the culprit and fixed another noise to boot. The price was reasonable and my car sounds great. Saved the day! We had just started out on a seven hour return trip from the mountains of North Carolina when the low pressure light turned onAs we were pulling into cashiers, I did a search and they were within 1 mile.Turns out one of the tires I had a nail in it, we were on the road and less than one hour for under $15! Great job

I had the spark plugs and cylinder 1 ignition coil replaced in my KIA on May 8. The repairs they did are fine. I have no issue there. However, while my vehicle was in their possession, the windshield was severely cracked. When we picked up the vehicle, they claimed not to know anything about it and told us it was not their responsibility. That's absurd. I didn't sign anything releasing them of any liability for damage. They are liable for the damage because it happened while they had the vehicle. That's simple. What isn't so simple is getting them to care about it and to do something about it. They are hoping this will go away so they don't have the take care of it. There lack of professionalism and customer service has been unacceptable. We have spoken to the people in the shop three times now and were promised the owner would make a decision on what to do. We have heard nothing. When you leave a vehicle in their possession, you're at your own risk. They are not interested in taking care of things that are their responsibility. That's clear to me. I have filed a chargeback with VISA and will report this situation to the BBB shortly. Beware of this organization. Their lack of integrity is a serious issue.

Just had my car in today for necessary repairs. I've taken my car in often. We are lucky to have a place in town that is honest and reliable. Yes it may be cheaper to go down the mountain but it's worth it to me to have someone in town that I trust!

Car broke down on the way back from our honeymoon 1000 miles from home. They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday and get us back on the road. Fast, friendly and priced fair!

Customer service is so terrible that its not even worth writing a lengthy review about. Go talk to the people waiting 4 hours to have tires put on. Everyone always says the same thing.

The folks at cashiers service center are always eager to help and to lend a hand whenever and wherever you need it Ben Rogers, and Quentin Quinn are always great whenever you ask anything they always have an answer and leave a smile on your face at the same time thanks guys.

Drove up for a state inspection. Must come between 8:30-11:30am weekdays for these. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient.

Even though they were busy on a holiday weekend they stopped 2 analyze my problem which I was afraid to drive my car because of the engine light that came on found out it was a minor problem which enabled me to continue using my car on vacation very helpful and knowledgeable
