The absolute best place to get your inspection done!! It s never busy and the staff is very kind and efficient. I ve gone here the past few years and the service is always exceptional. Highly recommend!

I can't say anything good about them. They failed my inspection because supposedly headlight passenger side has poor output, I told them that it couldn't be because I had put the new bulbs in at the dealership a week ago and they started making stupid excuses. I immediately went to another place and passed the inspection without any problem. Have some beers guys, it's on me with the $23.75$ I gave you.

In and out in 15 minutes. I had my Tesla Model 3 inspected here. The guy who inspected knew how to properly jack up a Tesla and had the pucks needed for lifting the car.

Quick in and out. Never an issue. One time I forgot my wallet and they didn t give me any hassle, just asked that I come back later, and they would inspect it again. Taking all my vehicles there for several years and like that they don t wrench on cars and I don t feel like they are going to try to find something to work on. Usually little to no wait and it is an easy process versus going to a full service shop.

I had my Tesla Model 3 inspected here, and the technician who worked on it was fully comfortable with Tesla models. The vehicle still needs to be raised as part of the inspection, but they do have Tesla specific jack pads, and they know how to properly jack up Teslas. So, no worries!

They might be fast but one of their employees has a bad attitude and doesn't like to be asked questions. Will never go back here. Only reason I went is good reviewsIt was a heavy set dude with a beard and had a chip on his shoulder from the moment he looked at us when we got there

Super efficient, tightly focused business. This place does inspections and nothing else, so they won't upsell or pressure you (or your wife) to buy a new set of tires just to get the sticker.Don't go to a mechanic, or tire shop, or oil change for your inspection. Go here.

Edit 10/27/21 (one year later+):Pleasantly surprised that they also do motorcycle inspections here. Very convenient location if you don't want to make the trek to a dealer.***Stopped by on 10/9 at around 11:30. 5 total vehicles (3 inside the bays, 2 waiting) with one other fella needing a propane refill. Jesse was the only one working and he was churning with a sense of urgency and efficiency that was appreciated. Got everyone what they needed when they needed until a second staff member showed up at noon.It was a cool day so didn't mind waiting in the car or on the bench they had outside since it overlooked the grassy area where the dogs from the vet's office were outside being walked.Service was friendly, fast, and competent. Thanks.

Was really busy on a rainy Saturday afternoon but was in and out in a half hour. Lots of re-inspections going on. Was about what you'd expect of an inspection only spot.

This was the easiest car inspection I have ever had done. I was out in probably ten minutes and the staff was very friendly. Definitely the place to go if you're a woman worried about an auto shop giving you the run-around. Clean facilities, fast service, great staff. I'll definitely be back next year.

Quickest inspection I've had in the past 15 years of driving. In and out in 10 minutes, no BS. Friendly staff too. They do not perform repairs, sell tires or anything more than replacement wiper blades. No pressure to perform unnecessary work. Will be back next year with both vehicles!

In and out in less than 15 minutesPulled up and I'm instantly greeted, hand over my registration and keys, wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes, pay $30, and leave with my inspection statement. Couldn't have been easier. Friendly and fast, I highly recommend

Awesome job! I failed inspection due to the rear passenger brake light not working. The inspector told me he could fix it for $6. I was floored at how cheap that was. Had him do it and then my car passed! I will be taking my wife's car back here for inspection! I can't recommend this place enough. Also just FYI they also do propane refills too.Edit: Changing my rating as I brought my wifes car here and it failed due to the check engine light coming on during the inspection. After we took it to the dealership we found out there was nothing wrong and this was due to old/faulty software that they have at this location. I paid $22 dollars for them to mess up on my inpection only to have to pay another 30 to dealership so they could do the inspection there.

We consistently use this location for state inspection. Quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. Note for first time visitors, you can't access from Kildaire Farm Rd. when traveling from downtown Cary towards WakeMed, likewise must exit right.

Great place! I had no problems what so ever and will be taking my best friend over today to get hers checked. The people who complain about this place have changed their cars to where they are not going to pass and try anyway. If your car is normal and not changed in anyway they will be the best place ever to get it inspected.

They do propane refills here. I had a hard time figuring out online if they did this, but can confirm they do. Also car inspection passed which is cool too I guess.

Fast, helpful - no upselling of additional repairs, but can replace a brake light bulb on the spot to save you time and hassle and a reinspection. Been using these guys for nearly 20 years for all four of my cars.

Rude people unavailable to fix things they just don't inspection. My car lights need just adjustment and the were not available to fixed. I asked them if they can fix it but they said not but anyway they charged me money.Don't go there. Also the windshield wiper were in bad condition and they don't see thatThey charge you even if it doesn't pass because they have not over way to live .

Went in last week to get our truck inspected. Jesse was very helpful and had me in and out in about 20 minutes with an inspected vehicle. We will definately return!

Took in to get inspection, servicer did not even look at documents i handed him for window tint permit, failed me on tint and a parking brake. Demanded payment. Took it down the street and 15 minutes later had a passed inspection in my hands from snappy lane. Do not go here unless you want a hassle for a normally basic process
