Been going to Tim and his crew for years at both locations. They do excellent work at a fair price and have been honest when I thought something may be needed and they told me it wasn t. Now that I have 2 kids driving I send them there knowing they will be in good hands.

Tim is awesome. Great down to earth honest guy. Todd, one of his mechanics, is one of the few people on the planet I trust to touch my vehicles. Both Tim and Todd put in a lot of hours on my Chevelle and I appreciate their patience and ability to customize on the fly.

Tim is honest and easy to talk to. The service is great and their prices are competitive. I'd rather my mechanic be a local guy that I can talk to, than a huge dealership where I have to worry about whether or not they bothered to put all the bolts back when they were rushing my car out of there.Pit Stop is awesome, forget the shotty service of the big name chains.

Pit Stop is great, I have been going there for years. I also work with Tim. He has been taking care of my cars for about ten years or so. He is honest and fair with his prices. I do not take my car to any other location.

This is a great mechanic. Honest, upfront and friendly they have been maintaining my cars for a few years now. I always get great service for an honest price - completely worth a look for your general repairs.

I called the days before for a break job requiring changing the pads and resurfacing the rotors and I got a good price ($20 less than others). I knew exactly what was needed since I was at the dealership the day before. But when I came in, suddenly the price was only to replace the pad, for the rotors it would be extra. On top of this I was told that the rear rotor could not be resurfaced because of their shape/style and I would have to change them. I decided to leave right away. My dealership and the other place that did my breaks never mentioned about changing the rotors...maybe the mechanic was inexperienced or they did not have the right tools.Updates:Just to clarified. Another car mechanic changed my breaks and resurfaced my rear rotors on that same day without issues and my dealership was about to do them as well and they measured everything, it was just to expansive with them.

I thought I had a wiring problem with my passenger side window in my 2001 GT Convertable Mustang. I did a Google search, and found Pit Stop. I called them in the morning on Thursday, and took it down to have them take a look in the late afternoon. Before I had a chance to take the keys out of the ignition (and before I knew who Tim was), he walked up to my car and started taking a look. He had to pull it into the shop to take a deeper look. Tim confirmed it was wiring. We started discussing when I could bring it back, and they started putting things back together. I decided I could just leave it and save everyone some time. My baby was fixed up ready to roll again by Friday afternoon! I drove her home with the top (and windows down). Too bad it was so darn cold to enjoy weekend!Don't believe the haters, this shop is 5 stars all the way down the line!

Never been so pleased with a car care experience. Within minutes of me arriving, they already had the problem diagnosed and had a quote prepared. They took me out in the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be done, then the owner offered to give me a ride back to my house so I wouldn't have to get an Uber. I'll never go anywhere else. The high labor cost is worth it

Came in on a Friday to talk about getting some welding work done. He asked me to drop it off the next day(Saturday). I drop it off in the morning and don t hear from them all weekend. I kept calling and leaving messages and nothing. A friend drove by and said that they had it in the shop. Apparently it was rusty so he was too afraid to work on it. That s fine you don t have to work on my vehicle from Pennsylvania where all cars have rust but please return my car to me and return my calls and don t leave me car-less for days. Then when I called at 11am Monday they were rude and passive aggressive and not even an ounce apologetic for my inconvenience.

I've been to Pit Stop on three occasions for minor exhaust work on my car. They have done nothing but amazing work! They are friendly and very customer service oriented, I highly recommend them!

Tim and/or Jason will hook you up. I've gotten brakes here, radiator work, timing belt work. If you need a trustworthy mechanics head over to Pit Stop.

I went in to get a simple front brake pads change, just like all the other big brake companies, you tell them that you want front brakes changed,they say come in we got you,then they say that we can't turn your Rotors,then they tell you that you are a freaking disaster on the road,on top of that they have your vehicle on the rack with both wheels off,then they put the pressure on you like they have you by the balls, to me that sounds like a extra $500

I brought my minivan for an inspection and was out in less than 15 minutes. Fastest service I ever had. Very professional, and they didn't try to sell service I didn't ask or need.

Asked to have 6 exhaust manifold bolts replaced over the phone and the gentlemen lied to me stating that the owner said no without evening speaking with the owner. All this happened over a matter of 10 seconds while speaking to shop hand on the phone without him truly speaking to anyone

I HAVE A LEXUS LX470 THAT NEEDED A COMPLETE FRONT BRAKE JOB MEANING PADS AND ROTORS. THE MECHANIC SUGGESTED FOR ME TO PUT NEW AXLE BEARINGS AND SEALS IN SINCE WE WERE RIGHT THERE ANYWAY. ONLY TAKE A MINUTE LONGER. ON THIS VEHICLE YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE FRONT HUBS OFF TO GET TO THE ROTORS. VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND WARRANTY THEIR WORK. MADE SENSE TO DO THE BEARINGS AND SEALS. IF YOU LOOK OUT FOR THEM THEY'LL LOOK OUT FOR YOU. THANKS DAVID WARREN
