I use to come to this location for years when it was NTB and received outstanding service. Now the company is Mavis Auto and their mechanics are unskilled and highly unprofessional. I came for an oil change and had to return twice due to oil leaking. According to the mechanics they couldn t find where the leak was coming from. The mechanics were very rude and never took the time to inspect the vehicle to see where the leak was coming from. Prior to the oil change I never had a leak before. I requested for the district manager to give me a call and he never returned my call. This company is careless and has horrible customer service skills and they don t value their customers. I will never use this company again or recommend their services to anyone.

Stay away from this location. Had an appointment for a new tire install. Took about 60 minutes from time of check in. Asked to keep my flat. Still charged $3.50 recycling fee. Paid. Walked out to my car parked on side of building and checked out the work. While checking, one of the employees had walked out and stood right behind my car watching me. I turned around and was caught off guard and just explained I m looking everything over. I asked some questions about my spare tire, I was getting nervous so I just said thank you and didn t finish checking the work out and proceeded to just get in my car. The employee then kept hitting on me as I was walking away uncomfortably. When I got home I noticed my air shield was hanging under my car. I took the emailed survey and explained my discomfort with my experience there. District/Regional manager reached out and left voicemail, I returned a voicemail and haven t heard since. Would not recommend this place due to the faulty billing, the uncomfortable approach after sale completed, and the weak attempt to follow up on a complaint.Women do not want to be followed, surprised behind their car and be hit on at places of business. It is not professional or comfortable. If you wouldn t do it to a man, don t do it to a woman.

Manager Scott and his team have a really awesome process for customer service. I was stressed when I went in, so they really made an effort to make sure that I was happy and taken care of properly. It really goes along way. I d recommend this location to everyone .

I recently visited NTB for some urgent car maintenance, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. What stood out the most was their efficiency they wasted no time in getting to work on my car.Throughout the process, they maintained clear communication, keeping me informed about the progress and any issues they encountered. This transparency meant a lot to me as a customer, and it helped build trust in their service.Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly. I felt reassured that my car was in good hands. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I left NTB feeling confident that my vehicle had received the care it needed.Thanks, NTB!

Horrible experience as they tried to talk me into getting new brakes when I don t need them. Went in to get my tire checked and was told I needed all 4 brakes done when I had already gotten my rear ones done maybe 3 months prior. Was told my brakes would only last me about a month and that I would need to come in asap to get them changed. I decided to take my car elsewhere and was told ALL of my breaks are perfectly fine. So be careful of them talking you into services you don t need.

if you ever go here, get everything in writing up front. Do not trust them to do what is right. Honestly, I would go anywhere else other than here if I were you. I had no choice, they had my car and I couldn't move it without a tow... but I assumed they'd be at least honest and decent. do not recommend. Prices change, addt. charges are added, jobs are 2x 3x 4x longer than expected... anything to get more money out of you.

The manager Scott, and his staff was very polite. They were able to get me in and out with no problem! Friendly faces and great service. Highly recommend. I will be back!

Very sad how one person not being there makes all the difference. Had a very good 5 star review up here for how they dealt with my tires a year ago. This time I felt like I was lied to, stole from and almost killed on my last visit. Went in for my breaks grinding. Knew I needed new breaks. Was told of a deal for 4 breaks and roaters. I agreed to it but then was told the caliper needed to be replaced. That's fine. Calipers go for $50-$100 top. They decided to charge me almost $400 for just the caliper. That's not including the labor, break pads and roater. They told me the job was gonna take an hour to hour and a half tops. Four hours later they "test drove" it and said it was fine. Ended up calling at the very next light telling them something is not right. There is a rubbing sound and clunking when I accelerate and decelerate. Not there before. I was told not to wory about it and that it's prob just the tire rubbing on the wall. Come to find out whenbI got home I checked where the sound was coming from and these guys only hand tightened the lug nuts on my front passenger tire. I was able to unscrew them with just my two fingers. Carelessness like this could be deadly on the highway. Why was this not caught during the "Test Drive". Over charged and could have lost my life. Had my daughter in the car as well. This is NOT OK!

I dont leave reviews often, but the manager (Scott) at this particular store was extreamly helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. He was up front with me on everything including cost. I will gladly go back to this shop again.

Scott took great care of me and the prices here were more than fair. They did a great job removing the nail and plugging my tire i would recommend going here for a plethora of services!

Brought my car here for anything from an oil change, to an inspection, to a battery & alternator replacement and can t recommend them enough! Very professional and kind. Never pushy or feel like they are ripping me off. Super quick and reliable! Thank you Bobby!

Corey was just walking in, saw me rolling a rim into the shop, grabbed it, and 10 minutes later I had a new tire. Which he took back out to my pickup. Outstanding service.

Amazing service. It s super hard to find somewhere to work on tires in the area late afternoon but I rolled in with a flat tire at almost 5 and was able to drive to work in the evening.

Absolutely recommend. Just moved down here and was looking for an auto service center that I can trust and learn from and I ve found it after shopping around. Mr Bob Barker was a great professional and guided me through the steps to fully take care of my vehicle. Because of him I m returning. My car is in good hands

The BEST prices around but more importantly the service and value I got was unsurpassed. Marc, Josh, Dennis and tech Andrew were phenomenal. I am very picky about my cars and they took the time and had the patience to explain what needed to happen. I had an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. Marc took the time to price out additional tires that I will be needing in the near future. Couldn t have asked for a better customer service experience. You won t go wrong here!!

Joshua WAS AN AMAZING HELP!! Got my front and rear brakes fixed when they were completely shot and helped me a lot with the pricing. I definitely recommend their service if you need some work done. Look for Joshua he s a GREAT guy. Customer service was absolutely amazing.

Realized had a flat tire on the way home from work, hex screw lodged in the tire. Got there 20 minutes before they closed and they were able to patch it up quickly. So thankful for their great service.

When our car broke down in Cary on a trip from Lynchburg, VA to Wilmington, NC. This was the only shop open on a Saturday. Professional and available. Great service!

I am in the process of buying out the lease on my 2020 Ford Explorer. Part of that process involves getting a new NC State inspection and my tires did not pass so I was forced to get a whole new set quickly so that I could complete that purchase. I did plenty of online searching for the best combination of prices/deals/availability/financing and NTB (Store #7326) on Kildaire Farm Rd. in Cary stood out well above everything else that I could find. On top of those tangibles; my experience there was top notch. I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish. All of the details of the available services were explained thoroughly and the work was done expertly. I will be bringing both of my vehicles for all services to this location from now on!

Had a nail in my Bridgestone run flat tire well within limits of the dot and they said they couldn t repair it and wanted to instead charge me 260 for a new one. went to Mr Tire on Davis dr, they repaired it easily for $29 NTB are overpriced and apparently incompetent at least at that location . Unfortunately I still went ahead and bought a new one for $50 cheaper online including tax and shipping based on them telling me it was not repairable live and learn. Hopefully my review helps someone else before they get scammed by them.
