After having a very bad experience with another Cary car center - this center is friendly and anxiety free! Even the Land Rover Jaguar dealership service department is so hard to get on the phone and you have to talk to a operator who knows nothing about cars to get an appointment! So I m thrilled to have found this place close to downtown Cary!

The people there are very, very nice and also very knowledgeable when it comes to any vehicle. Plus, if you have a Classic Car, you will want to take it to these guys. And they are much cheaper than any other auto shop that I been since living in Cary NC.

Honest, genuine mechanic shop that offers professional & efficient service. Bill is courteous and explains the repair work needed. He never tries to sell any services that are not needed. Overall a great experience!

HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your auto needs. The check engine light came on my Pilot so I took it to the Honda dealership- they quoted me $8,781 for the necessary repairs. I laughed (and cried) and came here for a second opinion. They quoted me at $544 for everything. They were SO nice and even offered to review the Honda diagnostic just to make sure they weren t missing anything the dealership pointed out. It s been a couple months and my car s running great!

I ve brought two vehicles to NC Complete. Bill and the staff are always kind and courteous. They are very thorough, up front and most importantly honest about what they find or need to fix. They did not try to sell me services or products I did not need, saving money.

NC Complete Auto Care is a great place for me to have my emission and safety tests for DMV. They are very professional. Sure to come back and have other auto services there. I m a very satisfied customer because of their reasonable price, friendly staff, clean waiting area, and excellent customer care.

Matt and Bill exhibited extreme patience with me over a couple months and two visits for my 2015 Honda having an intermittent starting problem. Finally, when car was dead I had it towed to the shop where finally fault codes could be seen. The car was then repaired in one day for half what Autopark Honda quoted.Outstanding shop, highly recommended.

I looked all over Cary/raleigh area and everyone was few days out except them. I called and dropped it off after work the same night and the next day they called me back and got permission to diagnose and they found the problem in no time at all. Honest group of guys they could have easily charged me a full hour for diagnostics but they only charged 1/2 hour! Tell what shop would have done that! They have all my business from now on out!!!!!

Love this place! Called on a Saturday morning. Spoke to Bill who asked me to bring the car right over and they would see what they could do. We dropped it off and a few hours later it was done and a lot less than another place told me. Honest people! Thanks Bill! I ll be back again.

Efficient, kind, and honest! Some of the best prices in the area too.I was looking to do preventative maintenance on my Prius and these mechanics gave clear answers on how to make my car last as long as possible. I'm fed up with other mechanics cutting corners and Toyota dealerships charging me absurd amounts or using scare tactics. Nice to have found a new regular mechanic!

This place is great and extremely trust worthy. I moved down here about a year ago and my girlfriend suggested using them. I ve always been skeptical of some mechanic shops that I don t know very well, but this is the spot to go. Bill, along with Matt, have been nothing short of amazing. His prices are very reasonable, the work is done right, the time frame of getting things done are impeccable too. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a new mechanic shop

NC Complete makes scheduling and communicating easy. I love that they get me in and out quickly for my routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. We ve used them for our personal vehicles as well as for business trucks.

Needed replacement ac compressor on 2002 e150. They got me in right away and completed the replacement quickly , kept me up to date and completed the work at a much lower cost than other shops. I will continue to call them for all my auto needs.

These guys are fantastic! My car started overheating on Friday (of course) and I thought it was the water pump based on the small leak which is beyond my ability. I called and Bill said they could work me in first thing Saturday (nearly everyone is closed or half day only on Sat). They quickly identified the issue (failed o-ring) and gave me an estimate complete with pictures diagramming the problem. They have a great system whereby they notify you via text and you can approve repairs/charges with a simple click- fast and easy. And although my repair requires more rings/gaskets than they quoted they honored the estimate no questions asked. I will certainly be using NC complete auto care for future repairs.

Used to take my car to ostensibly established dealership but the service I have been getting at NC Complete is compared to none. The staff are friendly, explain everything to you clearly and in detail and make sure you get your car serviced as fast as they can. This is my plug for anything related to car servicing

A call was made for me to take my car down to NC Complete Auto Car to diagnose the noise coming from a tire. I arrived and Matt was extremely helpful and showed me what needed replaced. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for some other work.

Bill and his crew were great. I brought in my beater for an oil change and a new alternator, plus a "once over" to get a lay of the land, and they pulled out all the stops. No pushy sales pitch, no fuss. He made it simple, and I made it clear I wasn't about to take out a home equity loan to make all the repairs that moment - I simply wanted a good look under the hood and a "let's triage" plan forward. And their prices are incredibly reasonable.He obliged, and gave me some great pointers on other local shops to utilize. I wasn't pressured by any means, and I can't wait to give them more of my family's business.Oh, and they utilize a great web service that let's you see all the work they can do, the issues they've found - it even lets them upload pictures to show you exactly where a problem is.The system lets them upload a checklist of things that can be repaired/worked on, and you, the user, simply go to the website and check the boxes next to the repairs you want. Boom.When they're done, they'll fire a text message with your invoice and your ability to pay online. It made the entire event relatively quick and painless.
