Best buying experience ever. Hassle-free! Elizabeth is so sweet and informative. Her test drive sold me on the car instantly. I would recommend her x100! Juan was also very nice and helpful. He made the finance process easy and stress free. So thankful to them both!

This was my first experience with MB of Cary, as I tend to do my own maintenance most of the time. But I must say, it was one of the better dealership service experiences I've had. From the initial help on the phone (parts and service), to dropping the car off and them providing a Lyft ride back home, to the quality of the work done and customer service experience throughout. I hope not to need their services again any time soon but at least I know my car and I both are in good hands if I do.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah at the Mercedes Benz of Cary, and I must say, he truly went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, his honesty, friendliness, and helpfulness were evident. The third year I have had my 2014 smart Passion serviced at this dealership and I am SO thankful that this Mercedes dealer continues to service smart cars. There are three smart certified techs on staff, and my little guy has never been serviced anyplace other thana Mercedes dealership. It is well worth the 6-hr round trip and cost to have confidence that my vehicle (and my safety) is in the hands of an expert!!

Juan White and Jeremiah White were stupendous as our salesmen at Mercedes Benz of Cary, North Carolina. Juan worked tirelessly in getting our finance completed in a timely manner. He took care of the paperwork so that we did not have to stay hours at the dealership which made it very convenient for us. Juan articulately sought out every strategy to provide my wife and I with the best discounts. These discounts saved us many dollars so that we could have the affordable payment we have acquired.Jeremiah White is just a pure professional. He escorted us 4 times to ensure that we had clarity of the performance and description of each car. Not one time did he seem irritated or pressure us to make a decision. I remember it was 2 weeks later when we decided which car to buy. Jeremiah treated us like royalty bringing the car to our home with a bow on it. When he brought the car to our home, he found a discrepancy and made the decision to return the car to get the discrepancy corrected.Juan and Jeremiah set the example for salesmanship and professionalism. If this is the type of professionals that Mercedes Benz of Cary, NC hires then it sets the tone for the type of salesmanship culture and efficiency Mercedes Benz represents all over the world.

Travis Jones was great to work with! He was so helpful each step of the way. It started off great when he let us test drive a car close to closing time and then was in touch with us the next business day. He was able to solve any issues we had very quickly and made the car buying experience stress free. Look forward to working with him again in the future. Strongly suggest asking for his assistance when purchasing a car.

I had a wonderful time buying a car from these fine folks. There wasn t any of the gimmicky sales tactics of yesteryear. Having had the privilege of working with Ely (who I totally recommend!) made it all that much more enjoyable. Test drove the car right before closing one Saturday; got the deal done over the phone/text from my couch; picked it up on a Tuesday. Was in the dealership less than an hour but most of that was me talking to service and the other technicians to learn more about the car. Was not the casino-time-vortex that I ve experienced in the past. Efficient, effective, and customer centric. Did I mention the car rips!? All in all a big win. Thanks Ely and team!

Great service, knowledgeable staff and excellent options. Top management and the sales team work seamlessly to work-out the best deal for me. But I d be remiss if I didn t mention the Product Concierge, John Womack. John was the consummate professional. He explained the features and benefits of the vehicle without making me feel uncomfortable. Overall this was a very positive and pleasant transaction. Test Drove an E-350 with Elizabeth and had a great experience. It s always nice working with someone that is obviously an expert at their job. She knew everything there was to know about the ins and outs of the car, as well as how to control all of it, and had a lot of fun in the process. Best test drive experience I ve ever had, will absolutely be bringing something home from Mercedes Benz Cary shortly.

If i could give this dealership 0 stars, i would.Recently my gas tank locked and there was no way for me to get into it. I called a service representative who suggested i pull the tank lid open, but it may chip the paint or i could bring it and would be charged $233 an hour in labor services in addition to anything else that was needed. I asked the advisor if my warranty covered this and he denied that it did.I attempted to pry the door as he suggested ensuring i did not chip the pain, however the door broke, revealing a second cover that still would not allow access to the tank. The only way to get into this way through the trunk of my car, which was never mentioned by this representative..The representative suggested this knowing it would not remedy my situation. Additionally, i went to the Mercedes dealership in durham and was informed that my warranty would not expire until September of 2024, and that i would cover the damage in its entirety. FYI, I was also told by Cary that i no longer had a warranty.I called several times regarding this matter and left messages which were not returned. I am extremely upset and disappointed at the misinformation i was provided, the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge displayed by the employees at this dealership.Despit having purchased my car there 2 years ago, I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICES REQUIRED. this establishment is completely despicable.

Horrific Service. First of all, I called to get my car repaired and to check my car for the service warnings it was sending me. I was quoted $500 and some change for my repair today. Ok fine, not terrible. But I did know it would be more than I was quoted. Second, I want to make aware my service advisor, Ahrian is not the most friendliest person to say the least. After reading other reviews about other customer s experiences with this dealership, I feel the same way, being a female minority trying to get a simple check on my car, brake pads replaced, and to balanced my tires ended up being over $1100. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back Monday they are not here. I was there at 9am this morning and was told, my car would be ready at 2pm. He didn t give me the option to stay, just advised me to leave or go back to work. Got me a lift and was on my way home. I was never notified it was ready, I gave them an extra hour just in case it was taking longer. Came back at 3pm to find out that what I had asked for was not all done and I was charge over doubled what I was quoted. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Have bought three cars from you and this how you treat loyal customers. Never again, I will be taking my female minority self and my business elsewhere.

My experience with MB Cary was very positive thanks to Robert and the entire staff there from the front desk (when I brought my kids in, they made sure they had crayons, paper to draw on, etc.) to anyone I have been in contact with. Robert had a great attitude about finding matching cars for my shifting and not always clear expectations to what I wanted/needed and when I ended up buying elsewhere told me to stop in when I am there for service and that he would always have candy ready for them. Great guy!

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment for the diagnostic of my vehicle regarding a concern with one of my rear fog lamps . I called & they had availability as quickly as the next day. I was even more impressed with the quickness & thoroughness of the diagnostic. I received a video showing everything that was checked...lights, tires, brakes, struts, etc. & was very happy that no repairs were actually necessary for my light & everything else was in great condition. My service Rep. Ryan Ward was great to work with.He kept me informed & was very responsive. Top knotch Service!!

Visited Mercedes Benz of Cary today and what at a great experience. Elizabeth DiVincenzo was my salesperson. She knows her stuff about a Benz. The test drive was a GREAT experience. The dealership was very nice and so was the staff. Thank you Elizabeth and all the managers I was able to meet.

I am not a big review-writer; however, I had such an amazing car-buying experience with Michael Reilly at Mercedes Benz of Cary, that I feel it necessary to sing his praise. In general, I dread going to car dealerships; I always know that it s going to take hours to accomplish anything, that I am going to get screwed somehow, and that the sales folks look at the customer as a number (rather than a person). I am so thankful to say that my experience with Michael was the exact opposite of all of this! He was absolutely amazing! Michael was knowledgeable, professional, understanding, patient, personable, and fast! I had a particular car in mind, and he had it pulled up and ready to go with the paperwork nearly complete! It was such a great experience to not be stuck waiting and aggravated. Fortunately, I was a cash buyer so I got to skip the lengthy finance process (but even the finance fellow that handles all the sales paperwork was super nice!) I would HIGHLY recommend Michael at Mercedes Benz in Cary- super nice guy and great at what he does! 5-stars for Michael!Best,Jennifer

Exceptional may be a strong word. However the service was good. I just relocated from Texas and had a battery indicator coming on. Arian checked the battery and replaced it. I did not have an appointment. I did not get the White Glove service I thought I purchased, but he did provide LYFT to go get lunch while I waited.Very good service, and I HATE taking the car in. Especially one that only has 15,000 miles on it.
