Expensive Not sure others, I somehow feel all the services I received at here are in a pretty high price. Not sure if third part services providers can do the same job with lower cost.

I purchased brand new vehicles from Leith Nissan twice in the last 14yrs. My current vehicle became undriveable and I had to have my car towed to Leith Nissan. They diagnosed it and told me the repairs would be $3000 then informed me the part needed was $1600 and I would need to pay that upfront and that it was out of stock with no ETA on when they would have the part; they said it could takes weeks or even months. I told them I had no other vehicle and my job was at risk without transportation. They did not offer me a loaner or provide any suggestions. The next day I called and asked for the part number, looked it up online, found it was readily available, in stock and selling for $850 at the Greenville NC Nissan dealership an hour away so I ordered it. The next day Leith Nissan called and told me the part was now suddenly in stock but the price was $1700. They also increased the total repair costs almost $300 more than what I was quoted two days ago despite none of the labor or repairs needed had changed. When I questioned their prices and called out the fact they told me a different price two days ago they told me I could always take my vehicle somewhere else. The service manager got involved and told me I had an attitude and he didn't have to provide service if he didn't want to. I called the owner loyalty manager to relay the poor customer service experience and she informed me I should have been offered a loaner vehicle and would speak to the general manager. An hour later the service manager called and told me he had decided he was no longer going to service my vehicle and I needed to pick it up and take it somewhere else.Leith Nissan used to be my go to service center for years and the agents were always friendly and helpful. When I purchased my current vehicle from them I was given free oil changes for life. Yet magically, that was no longer in their system last year when I took my car in for service and they wouldn't honor it unless I produced the sales documents from 7 years ago. They make no effort to be friendly, helpful or ensure customer satisfaction. Instead they charge excessive amounts for their parts and labor and tell you that you can always go somewhere else. So I am.

Worst service. I booked the service appointment and at the day of service after reaching the place. Service people said they don't have engineer to work on my car!

Not at all happy with invoice details and communication.I had my regular car servicing at this car service center. After regular car service, they gave me 275$ labour charges, 135 $ as parts charged and added 30$ as misc charges. Also they told me that car wash is not working for that day. I paid my charges and came home. I saw comments customer declined car wash . This is printed on invoice. I called back to ask about what are miscellaneous charges for and why car wash was mentioned as defined by me. I was diverted to service advisor s voice mail. No one responded back so far.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This was my first visit to Leith Nissan Service and I was very impressed. When I arrived, I was told to pull right in despite being 15 minutes early. After they photographed the exterior and noted the mileage, I was presented to Emily, the technician who thoroughly explained exactly what would be done and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I was then escorted to a waiting area and offered complimentary coffee. (The decaf was really good.) As I was seated comfortably enjoying my book, Emily approached me and I braced myself for bad news. To the contrary, she told me the repair was easier and much quicker than they thought. Because it took them just a few minutes, I was only charged for the parts and labor cost was waived. The final bill was way below the estimate.While there I purchased a gas cap hoping they would install it for me as I wasn't sure how the tether needed to be attached. Unfortunately, the gas cap had to be ordered, but Emily was kind enough to accompany me to my car and showed me the tricky way it is attached.As I said at the beginning, it was my first visit to Leith Service, but it definitely will not be my last. The service was fast, the personnel were very courteous and the waiting area spotless and comfortable. The price was more than fair. You can't ask for more than that.

My free oil change for life came with a mandatory brake fluid for $137 according to the contract signed when we bought the car. Also the price of a tire rotation increased from $26 to $37 in less than a year. Not such a bargain anymore.

Nice clean locations. The customer service is amazing. There is plenty of seating that easily allows folks to stay 6 feet apart. After checking in, I gotta text message that I could reply to reach my customer service agent. They also had a lobby full of all the latest vehicles to check out. Nice! I got a diagnostic and check it out fully within 45 mins. That also included a test drive. Fast!

Could've been great, but they made themselves look bad by adding shady-sounding fees.The total on the electronic invoice they text you is higher than the dollar amounts listed on it.If you look at the paper copy, they add sketchy-sounding charges to the bottom of the last page, like "Customer pay supplies for repair order" (this was for an oil change).

Jacob (Service department) at the Leith Nissan in Cary, NC, was amazing! From the start to the finish he explained the process and was very professional, patient and courteous. He explain everything in details and with the "so what" factor and future recommendations. Very respectful and supportive. Never had this customer service in my life. Best one so far!Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I always have a great experience when I go to them for issues with my car or regular maintenance. Emily is my go-to person every time and is always incredibly helpful and kind. I know one of the stereotypes of dealerships is that they charge more, but I've compared prices multiple times with local mechanics and every time the prices have been extremely close, sometimes even less than the mechanics in the area.

Be sure to get the warranty. Without it, even within 90 days of ownership, they don't help or give helpful suggestions. Helpful upfront, not so much afterwards...

Staff was helpful and prompt both when making the service appointment and upon arrival to drop of the vehicle. Service writer was polite, listened and accurately relayed complaint to the technician and was clear when explaining the technician's findings. Needed part was on indefinite backorder however remainder of repair was completed in a timely manner.

Took my vehicle in after some lights on the dash came on. The service was quick (took about a day) and everything got fixed is the positives. The negatives are that they absolutely will try to sell you things you DO NOT need. I was told I needed new gaskets and gasket covers which would cost roughly $2,000, including taxes. Thankful my father in law has done amateur stock car racing for decades so I asked him about it, he told me the exact opposite. The gaskets and gasket covers could be replaced but they weren t a necessity nor would any other shop charge that much since the parts are $200 total online. Second negative was what one of the service members said as I was picking up my vehicle. He told me to get some air fresheners ASAP, which isn t the worst thing in the world, but after I spent $700 to get everything fixed if the smell of an vehicle 15 years old really bothers you that much the how bout putting in some air fresheners for someone who spent several hundred dollars instead of complaining to me about it.I won t be going back and I don t recommend you do

We had to get a new key fob for our car, only one we had so we couldn't move the car. We ordered it went to pick it up took it home called the locksmith and the locksmith proceeds to tell us that Nissan should have given us a code and cut the key that comes in the fob. If Nissan knew that we would need it why didn't they give it to us and cut the key. So next day we have to go back get it cut, call the locksmith and he proceeds to tell us it was cut wrong!!!!! So the locksmith charged us another 50.00 to cut a new key. 400.00 dollars later we can finally drive our car. It's like pulling teeth with Nissan. Never buying a Nissan.....

I had to tow my Frontier and Leirh Nissan Service in Cary provided OUTSTANDING service. Ryan, the technician sent a video explaining everything in a clear way. Rashawn kept me up to date and provided clear communication on what was happening. I appreciate it! Y'all are the best service team around.

Great customer service. I went in to remove wheel lock on wheels because of misplaced lock and they took care of it right away without an appointment. Also, gave me free rug nuts to replace wheel locks.

Good service- they even show you a video clip of inspection if you select text alerts. Vince is a very thorough advisor.

I've always had good experiences at Leith Nissan, but this last visit was 10 out of 10. Everyone was great, but my service advisor, Bryan, was the perfect blend of fast, efficient and helpful.

Had an appointment to get a bed extender installed, it's over an hour after the appointment time. No communication, no nothing. UPDATE: Just talked to us, a little communication goes a long way.
