I can honestly say I amNot too happy with the Service department here.I needed new tires so i called and the tire department guy quoted me $2,345.00 for 4 Pirellis and the day before i was to go get them on i received a( very unprofessional) random text saying i see you are coming in for tires tomorrow you do realize they are $2,800 less 100 rebate i was so upset at the huge discrepancy and my answer was sorry about the difference i can t control the taxes (in a text)! So i canceled the tires and i am purchasing them elsewhere. Then i go to get my new tires on yesterday and the lug nut lock is no where to be found in my car, so i go back home and call the SERVICE department and explain to the girl who answered the phone, that i think by accident when i brought my car there the first year i had it and they plugged my tire due to a nail, i think they forgot to put it back. She then stated That wouldn t happen as they ONLY use the Master lock set for this and said could you hold? She comes back and says you are going to need to talk to. ****** about this!!!!!! I said what? I have to call the salesman who sold me the car about aService issue? So i waited until after 9And the salesman was as confused as meHe helped me out and is ordering the lock wrench i need and came to my house to unlock and put temporary chrome nuts on until the lock wrench gets here. This is our 1st Land Rover and i can honestly say i am not one bit happy with the service department there. I feel as though they are being put out to help me.

The owner is real cool and the auto technician's really know their stuff. They that there a major difference between a mechanic and a technician. And those guys are definitely technician's. The new engine is so quiet until you can barely hear it running. Great job "EURO MOTORS"

Thank you for an awesome experience!! I m speaking about my Lease of a Jaguar F Pace with Veronica. It was late in the day almost closing time when I showed up. But Veronica took the extra time to assist me in choosing an F-Pace as a surprise for my wife. I was leaving within a couple of days on a trip and wanted to complete as much of the process before leaving. Sure enough Veronica had everything ready and upon our return my wife was able to drive it off lot. Thank you for patience and attention to detail we truly appreciate it. Drop in to visit the Jaguar LR Cary Location and be sure to ask for Veronica!!

I wanted to come leave a review because Jex Hernandez did a wonderful job. He was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving my baby with them knowing she was in good hands. Sharon is extremely unfriendly. She 'Ma'am's too much and has zero warmth. Upon telephone greeting I asked her how she was and there was a pregnant pause and she did not reciprocate, before curtly asking 'how may I help you'. Wow. Talk about perfunctory and cold. Educate your staff to have empathy, engagement and warmth. We, your customers are not a transaction we are your buyers. Your vehicles are not Lada's! With job security what it is post covid, I'm surprised she gets away with it. I was left with the experience that I had interacted with a bot rather than a human. Get a grip Sharon and management. You are supposed to be a luxe experience with superior service in every aspect. The fact that you are after sales does not excuse this kind of behavior. Shape up.Service: Auto maintenance

What more can i say, i bring my fiancee's Evoque and my F-Type here routinely for their routine servicing and the guys here are great! I usually deal with Jex when i stop in and this guy is great, knows his stuff, works professionally and in a very time considerate manor. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a truly professional experience!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love getting all my Rovers taken care of the staff is super friendly and knows their stuff, Jex is the go to guy who usually helps with all my service request on my Range Rover Sport and Evoque! Will definetly continue to come get my vehicles serviced by this facility and team!! Would Recommend anyone in the triangle area to do the same!Services: Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Made an appointment for an oil change, was not completed! Vehicle was never cleaned, and they had my vehicle for well over 1 week. They also fixed my water pump and coincidentally when I got the car back, the vent was broken. They said the motor must have just gone out and they would give me 10% off to fix it! Customer service at this location is garbage. Save yourself the headache and go to the location in Raleigh. Only giving 1 star because there are no options for ZERO! This location gets a goose egg.

Took my Jaguar to get serviced. I thought Jex did a great job servicing my F-Pace and the whole service department were awesome, very friendly! Would definitely bring my car back to get serviced here again!
