The best Alfa dealership that I ve been to. I ve owned my Alfa for 4 years now and the dealership in Greensboro shut down last year. Luckily the Johnson dealership in Cary isn t too far. The guys are extremely pleasant and the customer service is great. Highly recommend

The service manager Kris treated me like an old friend as soon as I walked through the door. When I spoke to him about my ABS issue he had information about what it could be and sure enough it was that. Service here is honest and fast, I will be returning and recommend them to anyone with service needs for their Alfa Romeo or Maserati.

As luck would have it, car dies the day before Thanksgiving.. reached out to Chris and as usual, he was there. Made arrangements to have car towed to dealership where, knowing how important it was to have the car diagnosed and repaired quickly, he had it ready for pick up that Friday. Can't say enough good things about this dealership and their service.. customers are treated like royalty. Thanks Chris and Bethany.. you guys are AWESOME!

I am always treated very well when I have to get my car serviced. If I am able to schedule an appointment, I am always offered a courtesy vehicle while my car is in the shop. My car is treated like a personal vehicle of an employee, and is always returned to me with a fresh washing, and a clean interior as well!

My 18 Giulia had AC and power steering go out. Out of warranty since it s over 5 years old, but only has 36k miles. Service Manager Kris and his team were absolutely incredible and very helpful and helped me through a crazy process. I ended up reaching out to corporate and noted the issues and asked if they would provide a discount on this work, since the car is barely out of warranty and has low miles. They were so helpful and kind! They stood by me and cover well over half of the repair costs!! I have never had such good experience with corporate office nor dealership.Johnson AR is simply amazing. They went so far above an beyond in working with me. My wife and I just had a baby and with everything going on, this was an incredible break.The professionalism and service is like nothing I have ever seen before. If you ever thought about owning an Alfa, this is the place to get one from.Huge, thanks to Kris from Johnson and Beth from corporate for getting me back on the road!!!

In September 2022, I bought a new Alfa Romeo from my closest dealer which was in Greensboro, NC. That dealership closed its doors 3 months later. When my first service came due I had to find another dealer. After speaking with several service managers from dealers within an hour and a half's drive, I decided to give Johnson Alfa Romeo a chance. They treated me as if I purchased my car from them. It was an outstanding experience! I not only had the 10k service done but also a warranty issue resolved. They loaned me a Maserati SUV to go get some lunch with. I could not have been treated better! Kristopher Kauserud the service manager was the best of the best! I could not have asked for a better service experience! When I'm ready to buy another car I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Johnson just based on my service experience alone!

I am writing this review simply because of Kristopher Kauserud, the Service Manager. If it weren't for him, I probably would not have had my car serviced at this dealership. He took me as a walk-in for a small repair to one of my tires, and had my car ready to go within an hour. I returned a few months later for an oil change and again, service exceeded my expectations. Kristopher looked after me like I was a member of his family, and because of that I cannot recommend this dealership enough...10/10 service! I have since moved out of state, but if I were in this area I would definitely be taking my Giulia to Cary for service and/or any other needs.

I went to Johnson Alfa to have routine maintenance for a 2018 Giulia. Service was done quickly and effectively. Car was washed, vacuumed, key fob battery replaced. Service was very courteous. I couldn t ask for any more.

I have bought and sold several cars over the years and this was so far my best and smoothest car buying experience. I was looking for a car to surprise my wife for our anniversary and loved the red Stelvio. Kevin and Larry worked their magic and got me the best price and unbelievable interest rate. They went an extra mile and located a matching bow to decorate the car. They care for their customers so I would definitely go back when I need another car

For the past 4 years I have been an Alfa Romeo 4C owner and I love my car. Unfortunately, the car came with a set of defects and has spent a lot of time in the shop. The customer service I have received from Johnson Alfa Romeo is second to none. I recommend this dealership to anyone seeking service for their car. I am glad that they are passionate about their customers as we are with our cars. I rate them an A+ and will continue to be a returning customer. The person that helped me the most was Cory, his professionalism should be model at other dealerships.

A great service experience. Cory and his team are a welcome change from the typical dealer service routine. All of my concerns were addressed and communication was stellar. Cory has set the bar on what costumer service should be and I have the utmost confidence when I bring my car to them. In short, it makes me want to buy another Alfa.Even if Johnson Alfa Romeo is out of your way it is worth the extra effort for this level of professionalism.

I've owned a number of cars over the years and have visited several dealerships in 3 states. Cory at the Johnsons Alfa Romeo dealership is by far the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a brief chat with Katelyn and she is also very courteous and professional. They worked with my schedule and got me in and out. Highly suggest these guys for your Alfa service needs - I will be back for sure and hopefully for my next Alfa in the future as well! Thanks!

Kristopher (the Svc Mgr.) was very informative, respectful, professional, provided exceptional customer service, and was an all-around good guy who cared about his clients (very rare). I now feel more confident about my recent car purchase and know where to take it for future service needs. Untrustworthy. When purchasing my vehicle they lied to me about the service package they sold me and I only found out when they began charging me for routine maintenance. Additionally, I took my car in at 23,000 miles, specifically asked about the wear on my tires which they claimed was nothing to worry about, and less than 3,000 miles later one tire popped, I took it to a different Alfa Romeo dealership who said all 4 tires should have been replaced months ago. It s best to avoid them especially for any car service needed. It s best to go to the Alfa Romeo dealership in Raleigh instead.

Excellent, professional and courteous service is the norm at the service department at Johnson Alfa. Have been in a few times for SW updates, oil change and various services with my Giulia. Cory and Katelyn both do an excellent job of keeping you informed, arranging a loaner when needed and returning your car clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

What a difference several months makes. I wrote a great review based on my service 7 months ago. Fast forward to April 21st 2020. I made an appointment to have my oil changed, NC state inspection completed, problems with filling my car with gas, and a window relay replacement.I dropped the car off on Sunday evening for my Monday appointment. I received a call from a female employee that said my tires would need to be replaced at my next oil change which would be in 10k miles, and that someone would call me back about a quote. Mike called me back later in the day and said he was working on the quote and they were still working on my car. He called me back on Tuesday said they were still working on the car. Later in the day on Tuesday, he called with the quote for the tires and I said I wanted wait to replace the tires until the next oil change. I asked him about the gas and window problem he said he had no idea what I was referring to and there was no record of my prior appointment and what was done at my prior appointment. I asked for the bill total and the amount he quoted was very high for an oil change and inspection. He said they replaced the serpentine belt and cabin filter. I said I never was told or given an estimate for this work. He said he would follow up and see what was going on.After two hours passed and no return phone call, I called back and was told he had left for the day. I explained to the service advisor what Mike had told me earlier in the day and he said I would need to speak with Mr. Rick who was not there. I asked for Taryn and he said she was in the other building and he would have to walk over and find her. I asked him to do that he came back and said he would transfer me to her. The call went to voicemail and I left a message. I received no call back from Taryn. I decided to head to the shop to pick up my car.I found Taryn and told her what was going on. She said that Alfa has changed the timing as to when the belt needed to be replaced, which is now required at the second oil changed. I explained to her that when I researched the replacement timing it was incorrect the owner s manual and the Alfa website state it needs to be replaced at 36k miles. I told her that I did not authorize this service and her response was Well, we did it help you . I explained to her that they violated the NC law section 15B. Again she said it was done for my benefit and Alfa requires it to be changed on the second oil change service. After speaking with her she said they would only charge me for the oil change and inspection and would call me the follow day with the total cost of the service. She never called back the following day with the total. I told her about the gas tank problems and window relays that were supposed to be replaced. She said the next time the gas is low bring the car in and tech would go with me when I fill it with gas. Taryn was very rude and nasty to me.I am extremely disappointed as to how I was treated by the entire staff at Johnson Alpha in Cary. I live in North Raleigh and drive specifically to the Cary location for their service center. I will be rethinking this drive and reconsider using the Alpha dealer closer to my home.From the moment we pulled into the dealership the service was outstanding. We brought both of our Alpha s to have a software upgrade. Before we even got out of our cars, Cory was there to greet us. Cory answered all of our questions and kept us updated on how the upgrade was going. Both vehicles were hand washed and the interior cleaned. He was able to schedule the upgrades on a short notice and on our day off. Other dealerships could learn the true meaning of Customer service from Cory and his staff. We live close to another Alfa Romeo dealership, but we will have no problem driving 30 minutes to have all of our service done at Johnson Alfa Romeo.

Great service! Used Alfa Roadside Assistance to tow vehicle in. Folks at Johnson followed up with me on getting car into the shop and they had a loaner arranged when I arrived so I was on my way quickly. Kept me informed on service needs and my (clean!) car was ready to go when I arrived for pick up. Staff couldn t be more pleasant to work with!

I brought my Giulia here for the 10K service and to look at a fuel gauge problem. The service adviser, Cory provided excellent customer service. The 10K service was no problem, but they had to order a part for the fuel gauge which took longer than it should have to arrive. This is not really an issue with the dealership, but with the Alfa Romeo parts supply. They did provide a loaner car but it was an enterprise car which was not of similar level of luxury. Cory was very apologetic for the hiccups and when the service was complete they delivered it to my home since I was out of town. All of this was covered under warranty. I will be using this dealership for future service.Update: 4/25/19I had another good experience with my 20K service. They provided a Giulia loaner car with minimal fuss. For the drop-off, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They addressed all my concerns. Katelyn the service advisor was very friendly and kept me updated along the way. Pick-up was the next day and I was in and out quickly. Upgrading my rating to 5 stars.

Corey and the team are all about customer service. I ve owned BMW, Lexus, Audi, Honda, Mazda, Jeep, Ford, Chevy and Infiniti cars before and none of them come close to the level of customer service. BMW might be a close second but Alfa service has been nothing short of excellent in my year of ownership this far. I ve only had to go to the dealer 3 times (2 software updates and an oil change) but it s been so easy every time. Don t have time to bring your car in? They will come get it for you and bring it back. Raining? No problem. Bring you car back later for free detail/wash. Need a loaner? No worries. They were even nice enough to top off my gas because the weather was too bad for a wash.

James was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. David, the sales manager, was very friendly and welcoming. Vincent was personable and explained all warranty and paperwork very clearly and answered all questions. Friendliest car dealership I have ever been to. Will definitely be back for our next car!

What was an unexpected and untimely vehicle "emergency" was calmed and eventually resolved by the kindness and professionalism of Cory Rader and the assistance of Katelyn and Spencer, who teamed up to deliver a Maserati loaner to me. Each of these staff members went beyond the call of duty to make my situation less stressful. From start to finish, they were the models of excellent customer service. Johnson Alfa Romeo and its customers are fortunate to have these team members!

Very satisfied with my first visit. Cory and Katelyn exceeded my expectations in taking care of not just getting approval to replace the front tires but also to repair a wheel which was fairly scraped, and it turned out great!! In addition, while there the battery was checked and failed so it was replaced. I elected to pay for the other two tires and now I have a new set of four tires, brand new looking wheel and new battery and couldn't be happier. This experience is proof there is still service in a service department. Thank you!!

Had a good experience at the first service. All service requirements completed and the recall software update done. My complaint regards the latch lever the bonnet attended to well.What I was not happy about was no report provided on the wheel alignment and balancing although they said they've rotated the tires. Till the car for detailing and wash, after asking me but I received the car back unwashed.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everything from the greeting, to the loaner car with service, and believe it or not, they actually price service reasonably. Miles apart from most dealerships these day, this is certainly no stealership!Only place my Alfa will be serviced from here on out.Note to Corporate : My only gripe is that you all do not support any aftermarket parts. I certainly understand it, but that would make me exclusively by cars with you all for life, and I buy Alot of cars! Thanks for everything see you next time!!
