The Jiffy Lube on Ashville Ave was awesome! Super clean and staff very pleasant. I did a quick drop off, told them what I needed and left. When I got back, my car was done. I chuckled because the guys in the garage/bay were having a grand time singing.

Very Nice and Kind people, loved the place very clean and spacious they had water for if someone gets thirsty, bathroom opened for any costumer. They fixed my mom's car and did the state inspection quick so thank y'all so much!

Do NOT go here. Waste of time!After wasting time at another location of Jiffy Lube (inspector at lunch and never came back 2 hours), I called this location to confirm they were doing inspections. Drove there and was told the only inspector was at lunch. Unbelievable.Jiffy Lube is a complete joke of business. Go somewhere else.

The people that work at this location are so nice. There was no wait when i came for an oil change, it was done really quickly. They didnt try and take advantage of me because I m a woman (thats happened before at other places) and they didn t push any unnecessary extras. They asked if I needed any extra stuff but did not insist. I will 100% come back here. David is also a really awesome guy. He filled the coolant and explained why the light was coming on in the car. Thanks guys!

Terrible service, checked dipstick and had dirty oil still? And was below the minimum level, they refused to add more oil unless I paid extra for it. Be careful please. They will destroy your vehicle. Upon further analysis they also never replaced my oil filter.(picture is after the oil change)

One of the worse experiences of my life waited a hour for them to take their lunch break cause there's only 2 guys. THATS FINE. The part I have a problem with is them having no try to get it done the kid in the bay was literally scraping the pit wall when he could have been dojng alot more while the big guy was singing with the radio and not doing anything productive

The right front passenger tire completely failed less than 30 minutes after service on Interstate 40. It is unknown at this time whether services performed contributed or not to the Goodyear tire failure.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not a trustworthy provider for services. Not only did I confirm twice they could do my car inspection only to find out AFTER they did my oil change that the inspector wasn t there. They also reported they couldn t patch my tire (didn t even try to sell me a new one) only for me to go to Firestone where they informed me they can in fact patch it.Don t waste your time or money coming to this location-the Jiffy Lube off Walnut Street has excellent customer service!

Went there 3 weeks for an oil change. On my way to a football game the car started to skip and not run smoothly. I took the car back on Monday told them the problem. He checked the car and said it s needed a quart of oil.I just got an oil change. Needless to say they referred me over to AAA or precision tune. My transmission and engine has not be good ever since that visit.

Tequila is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cared about providing the customers with the best possible experience. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube and I was so impressed by the quality of customer service. The store was super clean. There was a fridge for water but I guess they had just run out which was a bummer bc I was rly thirsty. Otherwise it was an amazing first experience. Will def be back!

Very professional and speedy service. This location is usually less busy than others due to it being tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Fast oil changes and inspections. Don t tell too many people please. ;)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have gone there time to time. Generally ok. Till today. Went in for an oil change. Got called up to pay the blew through the list of charges, but I did catch a 15.99 charge. I said what was that charge for 15.99?..uh...battery terminal cleaning...yeah I didn't ask for that... gave me a discount that mostly covered it. But got home and I can see they did something but it was a terrible job. Will NOT be going back there again. Now I am going to check my oil levels when I get and make sure they did that.

They were very friendly and nice, but I m certainly never going here again.I get an oil change here. 5 minutes after I drive away, the check engine light comes on. I take it back, and they say it came on earlier when they were changing the oil, so it was probably already on. It hadn t been, but I accepted the explanation. Weird that they had time to show me my cabin air filter, but not to tell me the check engine light came on while they were changing the oil.I take the car to the dealership, and they say whoever did the oil change caused the issue by unplugging a sensor while the ignition was on.So after paying $100 for this oil change, I had to go to the dealership and wait three hours and pay them $140 for them to repair something that this oil change place broke.Again, they were very nice, but I wouldn t recommend trusting them with your car.

I d gone for a routine 5,000 mile service. It ended up costing me $236. But, the staff were excellent, competent and pleasant. Changed oil..then sent my 2016 Volvo XC90 out to me with the maintenance light still on. Informed them three of them come and just start messing with the computer.When I asked if they know what they are doing they tell me " no we are figuring it out". "This is how we learn"..Unacceptable service if you can't work on my car let me know so I can go elsewhere.Which is what I had to do to get the maintenance light reset.Service: Oil change

Huge shout out to Philly and the guys! There were only the three of them handling an influx of cars and they not only handled the rush in stride they were awesome to work with. Absolutely fantastic experience on a random Tuesday. Thanks, guys!
