Michael has been absolutely wonderful to work with.I hope he will continue to be my service advisor.I felt heard and understood. He is kind and took the time to explain everything to me and responded to all my questions and requests. Definitely made up for my last experience with a different advisor!

The service tech did a walk around video explaining the condition of the car and described any service requirements. The time in service was satisfactory. All of the staff was courteous, informative and helpful. The facilities were excellent. I was completely satisfied.

I recently serviced my Jaguar here for the first time and I won t be coming back. I felt that I was looked down upon from the beginning - my service advisor was Jax and his answers to my questions were pretty dismissive. When I asked if there are any options for loaner vehicles, the answer was just 'No'. When I asked if it's possible to speak with a mechanic that did a walkthrough of my vehicle and noted a few issues, the immediate answer was 'they're busy'. I really did not appreciate that 'we're better than you' attitude. Adding another star for the mechanic that did the inspection - very informative walkthrough even though I didn t get a chance to chat with him. Interestingly enough, I sent this feedback a while ago in response to a text from the dealer but never heard back. I guess they just don t care.

I went to get my jaquar serviced. I was running alittle late. I called to let them know and the customer service rep told me to come on in i get there i was denied service. I stay 2 hours away the service person was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I felt facially profile because when i went in he didn t greet us and he sat there with his legs crossed as if he was saying i had No buisness there. I hope they don t sell another car from that place until they learn how to treat the customers regardless what color they are.

Great customer service. My service rep Jex was fantastic. The videos from my mechanic running through his check points is great. And I appreciate the complimentary car wash.

Wow... just wow. I had a scheduled appointment for approximately 7 to 8 hours worth of work to be done on my 2018 xjl. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment due to the requirement for me to have a vehicle, as I am a small business owner and can't conduct business from their waiting room. When I arrived to have the service accomplished a very nice man greeted us and was helpful when pointing us to our service advisor. That's where it all turned...I had an entitled young kid who was very off-putting from the first moment. I was discussing the items to be looked at when he felt the need to try and correct me about the process of one of my services. It just felt like I shouldn't be taking up his time. When he finished "being right", I asked him about my loaner. His exact words were "You don't qualify for one of those. Your service isn't that bad and you didn't buy it from us"... I was flabbergasted! The level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service capabilities were just astounding. I will never set foot near that store so long as we live. I will also discourage any and all persons I know from purchasing or have service done there.Ironically enough, I called their sister property in Raleigh, and the nice lady over there not only scheduled my service she ensured that I would have a loaner to be able to be productive during the time they possess my vehicle.

Jaguar Land Rover of Cary, NC was exceptional in my drop off maintenance experience. Jex can be commended as my service advisor. His professionalism was opulent. My loaner was available for me not to miss a beat in the course of my day. The service video and text messages kept me informed throughout the day and when I picked up my Jaguar it was in pristine showroom condition for my ride home THANK YOU GUYS for all that you do to accommodate all your customers.

If you are looking for a great car with subpar customer service, this is your go to place. When I arrived at the dealership, I was handed to a veteran sales clerk who made it known multiple times that he wasn t going to be able to help us for long because he had another client coming. Instead of optimizing the time he had, he took phone calls as we walked the lot alone. I eventually went back to the front desk and asked to be given another agent who could actually help us. Once we were handed to Logan, the rest of the night went smooth. It s the aftermath that has been a nightmare!I have had to reach out multiple times about a second key. Also reached out, a few times about tags (out of state) for them to continuously tell me to give it a few more days, when all along it wasn t being processed because I needed a safety inspection.Would not recommend if you are out of state.

The experience was awesome. Logan Stanley was courteous and kind. The only thing we regret was trading a car with an awesome package. I miss the high beams turning on and off automatically, the right and left turning lamps, and receiving the texts on the computer. The E-Pace doesn't have the package. It also doesn't have the warning on the mirrors for approaching vehicles. It is basic. But I like it.

Besides the routine oil change, an inspection with video was made underneath my Jaguar as the technician explained his observations with the assurance that everything was A OK. Michael stayed in contact with us to see if we needed anything. The service appointment time frame was very satisfactory.

I have purchased plenty of cars in my time but this experience have by far been the best Niko was an awesome sales associate and made the whole buying process so easy We made a deal and I left with a F-Pace Would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful addition to your driveway this is the place to go
