If you are in need of a car look no further!! All you need to do is step into Hendrick Kia of Cary and ask for Ms. Danielle. She is amazing!! Not only is she knowledgeable but she made my car buying experience so easy and stress free. I literally contacted her for my car on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday and I even made it back home before dinner time. It was such a smooth and easy process. Not only did Danielle get me into the car of my dreams but she also got me the rate that I was requesting. She is realistic and will work with you to help you get what you re needing!! Five stars!!

Had a great experience here. My wife and I had been looking for a specific car/color/model and they had it. I put in my email/phone info at 11pm requesting for them to contact me. They opened at 9am the next morning and at 9:01am I had a text and phone call from Mikey. He was awesome to deal with. Very knowledge and answered all of our questions. Worked with us to get the best payment terms and rate. We setup a test drive for 1pm and were gone by 3pm with our new vehicle. Absolutely amazing experience. I highly recommend this place and especially Mikey as the salesman. When we were getting ready to leave he had buckled up two Kia dog stuffed animals for our kids in the back seat. They were so excited to see the new car and get their new stuffed animals! Thanks Mikey and Hendrick Kia for the great experience.

I met with Chase my sales rep who was a delight to work with and chat with! Very personable and fun- reminded me of my kid nephew and was easy to talk to especially while doing the monotonous boring part of buying a car! I also met with one of the manager's Matt- also a gem, very kind also helped me out with some pretty sick discounts as well!!! Larry the finance guy also super sweet and helpful last dealership they were rude! Over all I would recommend Hendrick Kia of Cary to anyone looking for a great deal, and a friendly staff who makes the car buying process as painless as possible !! If I could rate this dealership I would give them a 20 out of 10!

Remington is a fantastic no pressure salesman. I did 2 test drives, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I drove with him and he had a great demeanor when I talked to him about what I was looking for and what I needed in a vehicle. Unfortunately, didn't have the trim level I wanted so I ended up purchasing else where. If you are in the market for a vehicle, give Kia of Cary and call and ask for Remington!!! I really enjoyed him and if they had the trim level I wanted I would have purchased there in a heartbeat!

I must say, I am always extremely content when I come to this Kia! For one, Ivy Johnson is awesome! She helped me with my first car and again assisted me with my second! She makes buying my car experience easy! She s always available to speak with me or answer any questions I may have with grace. I had the pleasure of meeting Todd Adams, He is so sweet and respectful! His customer service is impeccable. he made me feel comfortable, choosing what Sorrento I wanted. Didn t complain walking in the rain for me! lol. Wanted to thank Mitch for helping me stick within my budget! He was very respectful & understanding my concerns. I overall want to thank this team for ALL of their hard work! You guys make me feel like Family!

This has been one of my best experiences at a dealership . Chase did a great job he was very informative about all the vehicles. He made sure I knew all of my options. We had a wonderful experience with Ivy, Todd, and Matt. This is the 4th vehicle we have gotten at Kia Cary. The staff here treats you like family and understands what your financial situation is and work hard to make owning a new vehicle fit our budget. Todd explained the features of the new dash board and navigation system and got us connected to the Kia web page where he set up and explained the features offered here which was something we did not have previously. He also told us to call him or stop by if we needed more explanation. We received business cards for all three people and were assured that they were available for us. We also received follow up calls asking if we needed anything and to find out how we were doing with understanding all the features this car has.I highly recommend this dealership/team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Rating breakdown:Ordering: Sales: Financing: After sales support: I had a disappointing experience with this dealership across multiple aspects. When I ordered a Kia Telluride in November 2023, I was initially informed it would take two months. However, after that period elapsed, they informed me it could take an additional 3-4 months due to the rarity of my chosen color/trim combination.The lack of upfront communication from the salesperson was frustrating, and when I questioned this, their response was dismissive and unprofessional.Eventually, I settled for an available color and trim from the showroom floor, but the finance process was equally frustrating. Despite spending hours completing paperwork, the dealership failed to disclose the loan rate until the very end, which turned out to be double what a regular credit union offered.Additionally, a promised $500 discount was not applied as agreed upon.Furthermore, their after-sales service was abysmal. Despite reporting issues with the vehicle, such as popped-up plastic window frames, and being assured parts would be ordered, I never received any follow-up after three months.Overall, my experience with this dealership was highly unsatisfactory.I regret not exploring other Kia dealerships and will definitely consider alternative options in the future.

Ivy is one of the most compassionate, and caring sales person I have ever met! I was super anxious being at the dealership and having a hard time making a decision. I spoke with her sales manager Mitch and he was also super nice and willing to work with me. By far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. They appreciate customer loyalty and it definitely showed!

You rarely have professional interactions with people as sincere, friendly, and most importantly as knowledgeable as Randy Perry. Randy at Hendrick Kia of Cary possesses all three in abundance and I will continue to work with him on all future purchases. Returning to the dealership for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation was made an easy and pain free process by Randy. All I did was let him know that I was due for one and he handled everything else. I showed up for my appointment and I was treated just the same as I was the day I was looking to buy a car. If your looking for help with anything automotive and want to work someone who will treat you as a person, and not a potential sale, I highly encourage you to reach out to Randy first.

Loi & Brian were both awesome when I'd gone to look at the Kia Seltos I had in mind. They were helpful and even had the courtesy to check on a rate I got that wasn't showing on their end. They got me all the info I needed to figure out if I found the car that I liked fit my budget (and even more importantly my husband's comfort ) Not to mention that Loi came in on his day off because I refused to see another sales person (I am that person).Jeremy was great and super helpful on the night of purchase.Thank you to the three of you!

I recently purchased a new car here, it was difficult to find the exact make, model and style that I was looking for. Randy did a state wide search and found the the exact car and set up the delivery. I worked with Larry to set up my loan through my credit union and got a great rate. They were both awesome to work with and made the process go really smoothly. In the past, I ve been reluctant to go to dealerships, but I would buy again from Hendrick, it was a great experience!!

Our experience with Hendrick Kia was great! We drove 3 hours for the car we wanted and they made it 100% worth the drive. Our salesman Chase Davis made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we were able to leave happy. Any dealership can sell you a new car, but it s what happens when things don t go right that set great businesses apart.Had an issue arise when buying a new car and the sales manager Mitch and our salesperson Micky totally went above and beyond to make sure my wife s buying experience didn t suffer and she s still smiling every time she drives her Telluride.I d recommend everyone I know to contact Micky if you re interested in an enjoyable car buying experience for a ride that makes you smile.

Just purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage. Tim did an excellent job making me feel comfortable, answering all of my questions, and did not make me feel pressured. He showed me the exact cars that I wanted to look at, and took his time ensuring I got what I wanted. Jeramey from the finance department was awesome in helping get my payments to where I needed them a month, and made the paperwork super easy and painless! All of the staff was very nice and welcoming, 10/10 recommend!

I had such a good experience when i came here. The workers were so polite and patient especially Chase. Even though he was new he made sure to establish that with us and remained professional. He made conversation with us, made a couple of jokes, and remained patient. He made sure to get to know us and build a connection with us instead of only focusing on us buying a car. I loved it there and will definitely make sure to come again and hope to get Chase again!

Great sales team, needs more online help. Went to the dealership to see if cars were available before purchase, no sales people and the 1 person available on the sales floor was on their lunch, they suggested to purchase online.Online was easy format, fast reliable approval, then nothing. Very hard to get a hold of anyone, they were not sure if the car purchased was even at the dealership even though a delivery date was given. Called dealership numerous times and finally the car was ready but need to come down to fill out paperwork?!! It was all ready done online. It was just so the finance manager could talk you into protection for your new car, price built into your monthly car note payment. I almost chose to not purchase the car because the person was so pushy into a after 100,000 mile warranty .Once all settled, it is very convent to have the new car delivered and that salesman/delivery was great to go over the new car and points of interest on the car.Should you buy online, NO, not until the dealer has more staff running it. In the dealership, maybe it was just a busy day! Just go to the dealership and ask for Micky Toskic, he is very helpful.

Wanted to acknowledge the outstanding sales support I received from Troy Smith. During 2021, he worked with me to submit an order for a 2022 Kia Telluride. Other dealerships were charging $10-$20K over MSRP to place an order, but not Hendrick Kia. Troy had great insight into what part challenges were impacting production and which options could be installed by the dealer to expedite the build process. Thanks to Troy, I am now part of the Hendrick family and I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire Hendrick Kia family. Also, I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation at 11:15, pulled into the service center around 11:00, and was met by Jasmine. I stayed on site and the service was completed in an hour. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team at Hendrick Kia.

This place is all glorified for looks. After we purchased our vehicle here in august they said to go on and schedule your maintenance the app is convenient and will let you know when . Well here we are when that time comes up. The convenient app marked our 8,000 mi oil change as complete serviced in august when our car was purchased. The car itself oil change light apparently is non existent. So why would anyone think anything of it, because again the app is convenient . Either way if I scheduled right at my 8,000 mi oil change or sooner. They can only get you in 2 months after the fact. They do not do walk in oil changes. This place is all a false facade with marketing techniques focused on reviews that are enamored the first few weeks of purchasing your vehicle so they get 5 stars.The purchase experience was okay. Our sales rep loudly spoke out my credit score and said my husbands was higher than mine. It took us waiting 20 minutes for a sales rep to even assist us. All these red flags and I fell for it and just needed a car to get my kids to and from school safely. We just moved to the state as well and learning how to car registration works in this state should have been advised to us.After you get your pricing settled and what not now they are going to upsell you a maintenance package! Well I am going to discontinue the maintenance package considering I can t even get in for a simple oil change. Their maintenance package is like a subscription you pay for and never use.

Our salesman, Josh really knew technology and all the car had to offer.even tho my 2017 trade-in had navigation and many features, the 2024 was far more complex and he did a terrific job explaining it all to us. Everyone was very pleasant to talk or work with to make our car buying experience smooth.

We had a great experience buying a new car! Juan our salesman was fantastic! He was kind and very patient with us throughout the entire process. The sales manager Luke worked great with us to get the deal done and making sure we got the car we wanted! Seamless, stress free, and straightforward process! We truly appreciate working with everyone there including Lance in finance! We will definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle!
