Quick, efficient, communicative, and knowledgeable. These folks know what they re doing, and I ll always recommend Hendrick Collision of Cary to anyone needing repair work done on their vehicle. Had an all around fantastic experience from getting the estimate done, booking a date for vehicle drop-off, renting thru their on-site Enterprise office, and picking up. Not to mention my car was ready 2 weeks earlier than expected. Can t beat that! Jason was a pleasure to deal with, and the crew who worked on my Corolla fulfilled every promise made by Jason. You d never know there was ever an accident!

I ve used Hendrick throughout the years for various reasons. They re so fair, reasonable, communicative, punctual, professional, they really go the extra mile for their clients & do the right thing! Also, they re comprehensive and thorough and go through all your options. Manager, Josh D, techs Danny and Donny, and the rest of the team are all top-notch! I will definitely use them throughout the years, continue to recommend them and sing their praises!

Excellent experience all the way around. From dropping off my car, to picking it up. My car was fixed in two weeks, just as they estimated. Amazing service and communication from Preston and team.The car rental experience from Enterprise was easy, and so convenient to have it on location. My car had a limb fall on it from a storm, damaging the back gate on my SUV to where it would not open. Now, it works perfectly and the paint matches perfectly. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience!!! Hendricks Collision fixed my car to perfection and the customer service was exceptional. Toni is the first person you see and she is great..she guides through the process and is very helpful and kind. Jeff was my service advisor and he is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. They did a fabulous job of fixing my car back to brand new. I highly highly recommend Hendricks Collision for all your repair needs!!!

Best Customer Service hands down! From scheduling to pick-up, Toni and Jeff did an amazing job getting my car back together. They give client rapport a new meaning! Communication was detailed, clear, and prompt. I was hesitant at first because I live about an hour away and I m passing so many other repair shops, but if I ever need repairs again, I will gladly drive that hour! No issues whatsoever with my repairs. Thanks Toni and Jeff!

This is a GREAT place for auto body repair and they do amazing work. This is my second time having them do repair on my vehicles. It all starts at the front desk with Toni, she is the BEST!She makes your experience from beginning to end amazing . You can tell she really likes her job and helping customers.Rusty was my contact advisor for my Escalade repair and he was wonderful. Called me regularly and kept me up to date on the repairs. I would not hesitate taking my car to them in the future . When you meet Toni and Rusty you will know you re in good hands. So organized and professional.

This shop is TOP NOTCH! The service I received and the quality of the work was outstanding!! I dealt with Preston as well as the Manager Josh. Went to Hendrick Buick GMC of Cary to get my truck blacked out. I also had a break in to the rear window needed to be replaced. The detail and quality of the work are exceeded my expectations. They even fixed issues with my truck that weren't in their scope. I got a better truck back than the one I dropped off. Thank you to Josh and team.

I have been coming here for years and the staff always takes great care of me. Toni at the front desk is always so pleasant. She is great at multi tasking.Jason is AMAZING. He takes great care of me. If I ever have the unfortunate need for repairs, I would bring my vehicle here in a heartbeat. I received exceptional customer service from everyone involved. Prompt responses throughout the entire process. From the front desk to repair managers and management themselves. I dealt with Jeff, and the manager Josh with my repair correspondences and they were extremely helpful and professional. This shop went above and beyond what they needed to do in order to ensure I received top notch service. They dealt with the insurance company, who were trying to make things difficult (of course) and made everything right for me. Can not recommend them enough.

We had our vehicle in for repair a month ago The staff was very accommodating. The tech who worked on our vehicle was outstanding!!! Zach Hall did an amazing job!! Hendrick Collision Cary repaired my GMC Sierra after it had been rear-ended, and they did an excellent job. The paint and body work was perfect, with no indication the truck had ever been damaged. This shop does a lot of work and deals with a lot of people, and yet Tony, Joel and Josh were all very helpful.I did notice one small issue after the truck had been returned to me, but I'm still giving Hendrick Collision Cary a five star review because issues do at times occur and it's how a business responds to an issue that matters. And in my particular case, Hendrick Immediately and amicably resolved the issue, which I actually view as a positive and is the only reason why I mention it.If you've been in an accident and need your vehicle repaired, I highly recommend Hendrick Collision Cary. Again, the work on my vehicle was perfect, and customer service was excellent.

Had my 2015 Chevy Silverado with 140K miles on it painted at HCCC and it looks brand new! The team there really took care of me and got my truck done quickly. A lifetime warranty on the work they did! Tough to beat! Really happy with my brand-new truck!

I recently had my car repaired at Hendrick Collision Center in Cary after being in an accident. I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by Josh and his team. They were able to assess the damage to my car quickly and scheduled it for repairs right away.Josh took the time to explain what parts needed to be fixed. He promptly ordered original manufacturer parts and provided a clear timeline for when the work would be completed.The mechanics at Hendrick Collision Center do superb work. They kept me informed through timely phone updates throughout the process, so I knew what was happening with my car.I'm very satisfied with the repair service I received from Hendrick Collision Center Cary. I have known Joshua Denis since 2018 when he was at Hendrick in Durham. Joshua has serviced several of my vehicles. Let me just say that Josh is one of the most professional, reliable, responsible, and respectful persons I have ever met. He has always provided me with outstanding service at Hendrick with several ugly wrecks that I have gotten into lately. He goes out of his way for customers. He even gave me his cell number to contact him at anytime with my concerns, and he responds very promptly and accurately to texts all the time. I was extremely stressed when I hit a deer in November, 2024. The car was a mess! Josh was very calm and went out of his way to reassure me that the car will get fixed and he kept me updated regularly. Then I got into a fender bender in January, 2024 which caused tremendous stress and anxiety for me, and again, Josh put me at ease and assured me everything will be ok. The work that is done at Hendrick is of the highest quality thanks to Josh s supervision I m sure. He s just an outstanding human being and so highly professional. He communicates extremely well and he is very, very intelligent and understands all of the issues very well. I can t say enough good things about Josh. I m the one who asked Josh for your number. Josh did not ask anything of me. He s very humble and down to earth which makes it easy and fun to talk to him. We even talk NFL football since I m from Minnesota and he s from Greenbay. He treats me like a friend. I give my highest possible marks for Josh. I will definitely bring any of my cars to him without consideration for anyone else in the future if they are in need of body work. Josh gets an A+ in my grade book from 2018 to present.

My experience here was great. Tony was awesome. I had a less than great experience with my insurance company at first and she really made things go a lot smoother. It didn t take long to get an appointment for an estimate. They were very upfront about the time it would take and it actually took less time than what they had said it would. It makes a huge difference when someone s kind to you when you could be experiencing a difficult situation. I would definitely bring a vehicle back here if I ever need them again.

Having been a loyal Toyota dealership/body shop customer, I was not satisfied with my last automotive experience. When USAA made the recommendation for my repair through Hendrick collision center in Cary, I took a leap of faith the experience and quality of work completed would be different. I was not disappointed. From start to finish, Rusty Wilson had amazing communication, timeframe deliverables, and updates regularly with me. The added convenience of enterprise rental on site made my repairs and rental even smoother. Mr. Wilson walked me through every step of the process, as if it was my first experience with a collision. The time and attention the vehicle needed versus my work schedule was managed so much better than my previous experiences with the Toyota Dealership.I cannot speak for everyone, but when you work hard to make car payments and you get hit, knowing your repairs are in the qualified hands of a technician who actually cares about the customer and their experience, goes a very long way. At Hendrick Collision Center in Cary, Mr. Wilson did not make me feel like a number or a paycheck. I truly valued the relationship. I can t say enough about the high quality of customer service I ve received at Hendrick Collision Center-Cary. The manager Pete and his staff JEFF SALDO went above and beyond to assist me with getting my car back on the road in a timely manner. They continued to keep me informed throughout the entire process and delivered my vehicle earlier than anticipated. In addition, Toni Hayes is the most courteous front desk manager ever. She is pleasant and quite easy to talk to. She also did a great job with updating me at the beginning of my service. If you want top tier customer service and excellent vehicle service, don t walk run to Hendrick Collision Center-Cary!

Wanted to share info about my wonderful experience at Hendrick. My son and I were in an accident that caused my side view mirror to be completely knocked off my car. Working with insurance and driving around without a side view mirror was super stressful. Hendrick got me an appointment for an estimate in a very timely manner and Rusty Wilson gave me an estimate and fixed the mirror in one day. Mini Cooper parts can be tricky. I appreciate Rusty's quick service to get me and my son back on the road soundly and safely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Experienced my first accident ever in my new 2019 Toyota Camry. It was raining pretty bad and I hydroplaned on the highway. Spinned out 360 degrees twice, hit the guardrail and finally ended up in the grass ditch. After being thankful to be alive and unharmed, I did my research online to find a certified Toyota Repair Center and that's how I ended up at Hendrick. Jeff Saldo and the team took care of the rest. It is so hard to find people with excellent work ethic these days, and Jeff exceeded my expectations on communication, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. I didn't even have to point things out to him because he was on top of everything. No stone left unturned. He knew I wanted OEM parts and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. I was having a rough few weeks with my mother in the middle of cancer treatment, work, and this wreck was just the icing on the cake. Thanks to Jeff and the team at Hendrick I was able to be at ease while they worked on my vehicle, and I focus on my mom. My car got the works; Framing repair, calibrating all the new sensors and camera bells and whistles, new hood and front bumper, paint, alignment and remount and balancing of wheels. They also detailed inside and out because somehow I even ended up with an ant infestation due to all the soil that got caked up under my car. Definitely shocked at how well they blended the pearl white paint (Check before and after photos). Thank you Hendrick Collision Center for making this unfortunate situation a smooth process and for your wonderful craftsmanship.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
