Everyone was super nice and on top of it they worked with me about price. Antony was AMAZING! Definitely my go to guy now. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealer ship let alone a brand new one but he made the experience great! I had a question about a spot on the blazer when I got it home he had me come back so he could look at it and took care of it even filled my car up with gas!

Wow! Come in as a potential customer and leave as family. Trevor Buck my salesperson was beyond knowledgeable about these halo vehicles. I thought I knew it all about Corvettes, this gentleman has no equal. From the moment I called the dealership, the staff was prompt to answer all questions, provide documents, and even help me arrange a shipping quote.I have never had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle. I was unable to tour the dealership, however Trevor took time to FaceTime me and walk me through the dealership and introduced me to the staff members putting my deal together. then to my surprise, he walked me through every feature do my 2024 C8 Corvette, how s that for above and beyond customer service!!!!If you re thinking of buying a vehicle from any other auto group you are making a huge mistake. This is the place that people who expect professionalism and timlyness from a competent cohesive team go and these folks make it look easy. Go no place else you won t be disappointed.

Just bought my new 2024 Chevy Colorado from Andre and he was the best! He made the buying process super easy and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. Filling up my gas tank before I took the truck home was a classy touch. Would definitely recommend Andre and Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary for anyone who's looking for top quality vehicles and great customer service.

Brenda was great and made the super easy! One thing I don t like about dealerships is haggling and hours it takes. She worked deal with Luis. I was in a new truck and best deal from 3 dealerships. Very happy and I will definitely be back!!

What a great dealership and staff, total night and day from Apex Location. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in making my decision to buy a New Truck. The salesman Tony Chau was a pleasure to work with, explaining everything in detail, ensuring we were promptly taken care of and just not the normal salesperson Bullshit . He is truly a good guy. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Tony to anyone. True professional organization

Garrett was nothing short of amazing. Aside from a sales advisor, he s also very family oriented so when we brought our 10 month old, Garrett was super patient and understanding. My son even left with a Hot Wheels Batman car!My wife Whitney and I came in, knew what we wanted, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He was super knowledgeable of the different trim levels and features of the Tahoe s we wanted! We settled on the Tahoe RST and we love it! Garret and his team come highly recommended for anyone in the market for a vehicle! 5 stars!

You've got to go see Patrick at Hendrick Chevy of Cary! He was a tremendous help in my search for a used car after my previous car was totaled. He was the anti-typical car salesman in that he listened first to what I needed and then was patient as I test-drove on multiple occasions, asking lots of questions along the way. The end result was a great price on one of their used vehicles that I felt completely confident in purchasing. I also had a great experience with Harvey who walked me through all of the necessary paperwork for financing it and getting me the best warranty coverage while keeping my monthly payment in my set budget. Nothing beats the smile I had while driving off the lot!

Couldn't be more thrilled to be driving this beauty. We bought our 2022 Tahoe Z71 from Hendrick a couple years back and recently decided it was more vehicle and more payment than what we wanted in our life. The 2024 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss might be just as much vehicle as the Tahoe, but the team at Hendrick was fair on trade-in value for the Tahoe, helping us lower our monthly payment overall (with a small sum down).Thanks to Andre and everyone at Hendrick who made the purchase an easy one to move forward with!

Excellent buying experience!! We visited this dealer about 30 minutes before they closed. We were not rushed and our Sales Consultant Nick, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we selected. One of the Sale Managers, Bob Stephenson, has followed up with us several times after our purchase just to see if we had any questions about our new vehicle. We even had a pleasant discussion in the finance office signing documents. Great customer service for me equals repeat buyer.

We bought our second corvette from Trevor Buck and we love it! We built the car several months ago and during the whole process he would keep us updated on the progress. Once it arrived he made the whole process smooth and easy. We ve now had the car for about two weeks and he s reached out several times to see how we like it. He is definitely #1 in customer service!

My husband and I have purchases our last 3 vehicles with Hendrick Chevrolet and Trevor Buck has been our salesman each time. He has always been super helpful and personable. He is very responsive with all of our questions and concerns. (Even answering while on vacation, lol) Recently had a service/mechanical issue with my truck and Trevor responded to our service issues and had my truck in/out and fixed within days. These are a great bunch of guys and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle. Thank you.

Trevor and team was excellent to work with. They made the process quick and easy. I found the truck I wanted online, came in and I was taking it for a test drive in less than 5 minutes. Trevor and team was courteous, pleasant, and most of all fun to work with. They made purchasing a vehicle, fast and efficient. No standing around for hours. Not to mention the dealership is clean, service department is organized and well kept.Thank you for the help purchasing my first ever truck.There's a reason why Trevor Buck is salesman of the year 9 years running.

After multiple attempts of trying to apply to get a car at different places and pretty much giving up, Devante at Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary finally got me into a car with an affordable down payment and good monthly payments! Went to Hendrick Chevy to look at a used Tesla Model 3 performance. Andre was the salesman that worked with me on this purchase . He has a very calm no pressure sales approach and that goes along way with me . Also 1 tire needed to be replaced and I was told they were going to replace that tire. They did not replace that one tire , to my surprise they replaced all four tires !The 4 new tires and Andre easy to work with sealed the deal for me .

I have been coming to Hendrix Chevy for over 20 years and they are fantastic! Great service, super responsive and truthful. I use them for all of my auto needs. I purchase all my cars and service them all at Cary Hendrix Chevrolet! I love this place.

Great atmosphere. On time, service advisor said 1-1.5 hours to complete service and it was done in that window. Great waiting room, I was able to get work done while waiting. It's the first time I've not minded taking my vehicle in for service.

Honestly, could not have been anything to make the experience worse. Everything started normally; dropped the car off early morning on Thursday (2/1), Kenneth Wallace was the Advisor. Received a call that evening that they believe to have identified the issue, would check again in the morning when the engine was cold. He called on Friday; the were confident on the issue, ordered parts that would be there Monday and asked if I could leave the vehicle over the weekend, so that it would be a cold engine and they could do the repair first thing Monday morning. That was the last of anything positive. By Monday (2/5), I had not heard an update, so I tried calling Ken s direct line, left a message. Later tried calling again, then called the main line. They said he had not showed up but that someone else would call me back. No one called. Tuesday (2/6); I called Ken s direct line, left messages multiple times. I also called the mainline multiple times; Ken still hadn t shown up to work, someone would call me back. I called a total of 7 times (once an hour) and I was told another Advisor would call, I was told a manager would call, I was told someone would call me. No one called. On Wednesday (2/7) I called the main line first, Ken had still not shown up to work but someone would call me back. After 3 attempts; I told the receptionist what has been happening over the past 3 days and that if a manager did not call me within the hour, that i would be walking through the doors. Finally, a manager named John called. He said Ken had not shown up to work but he would look into it. John called me back; parts were there, car was there but no work had been done, he would look into it. John called back; he would get my car on the schedule next. Thursday (2/8); John called to let me know my car was being worked on, he called back shortly after 5pm and let me know that they should finish that evening and I could come by in the morning to pick it up.Short version of the main issues;1) My Advisor didn t show up to work for a week and apparently no one ensured vehicles assigned to him were being managed.2) I called over 12 times in 3 days and was told over 12 times that someone would call me back, not a single person called until I finally lost my temper.3) Had anyone ever taken the call or called me back, we would have seen no work had been done and I would have gotten my car back 3-4 days sooner.4) I showed up to get my car, not a single apology, no discount offer, nothing.This was a major process failure across multiple people, multiple levels. The simple fact that a single employee doesn t show up to work and nothing gets done is poor design on your workflow. The fact that I had 12 calls that were never returned over 3 business days completely unacceptable.

If I could give TEN STARS, I would. Tommy is the best! Gerald and Patrick were also great and helped make the car purchase a smooth transaction. After having a horrible experience at another dealership, these guys really went above and beyond to make things right. Most importantly, the car was for my teenage daughter, and she is thrilled with it! Thanks again, Tommy and crew! Your kindness and helpfulness is greatly appreciated, and we will do business again and refer people your way!

We have worked with Trevor for years and this time he exceeded himself. He assisted with the sale of my truck and the purchase of a car. This was a peculiar situation as each time we sent a car for him to check into it was sold. Through the 2 weeks this went on his communication responses were swift and he did thorough checks into each and every car and provided feedback and guidance. Today we finally locked in a great car and the experience was top tier as usual. He will continue to be the go to person for car purchases even in the future when it s time for our kids to get cars.

Came in for oil change, tire rotation. They set up a lift driver to take me back and forth to the office. worry free and stress free. very professional and courteous. I will be taking my truck there for service from now on.

Just purchased a new truck from Trevor Buck at Hendrick Chevrolet, Cary. Trevor was great to work with. Wonderful experience! Found my truck online and was immediately contacted even though it was a Sunday and they were closed. Napoleon became my point of contact and Raheem sealed the deal. The whole process was seamless from beginning until the end. All I had to do when I got there was literally test drive and sign the paperwork! Jack was exceptionally kind and James was the best with having my paperwork prepped and ready! They treated me like family and I will definitely return in the future! Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hendrick dealership, my thanks goes out to Casey! She was consistent and patient. I was trading my car in and I had a LOT of questions, not once did she get frustrated or not have an answer for me. Casey saved me a lot of time and trips, she was able to communicate at lot things I needed over the phone, which made the process much simpler when I got back to the dealership. She got me in a good quality spacious car with a good warranty, perfect for me. I got my new car at a perfect time! I m extremely grateful and appreciative. I have purchased several vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet over the years.Their customer service is always outstanding. I just purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe from Tim Simmons. Tim provided me with excellent customer service, he looked after me from start to finish, keeping me informed on how things were going during the process of ordering the 2024 Tahoe. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge which truly made the process easy. The entire staff at Hendrick Chevrolet are always outstanding.
