Dwight Eldredge was our salesman. He was nothing short of spectacular. He was very attentive, diligent, and patient in ensuring we got the deal we wanted. My husband was super particular in the truck he wanted with specific features. He worked with us for approximately a week until he was able to get us in the truck my husband & I wanted the most. It was truly a pleasure for our family during this truck buying experience. Dwight displayed his knowledge and expertise as a salesman.

Jack Graley and the Team at Hendrick are the best and only dealership I work with. I ve been buying cars from Jack since my oldest daughter was a car seat- she leaves for college in the fall. Honest and fair every time.

Our very recent experience with Hendrick Cadillac was stellar. From the moment I walked in the door and greeted by the GM. Our salesman worked hard to educate me on owning my first Cadillac, different models, features and took me on several test drives. We checked the inventory on hand and what was on the way. He tracked a specific vehicle of interest daily for a couple of weeks until it arrived. The same day, I came in, looked at it, loved it, and the next day came to purchase it. Overall, William worked very hard for me as did the GM. We love the car and we are extremely happy with the teamwork of Eric, William and Kevin G s professionalism and caring staff at this dealership. They also acknowledged our Veteran status and offered a military discount for us. Overall a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Got a 24 XT4.

I purchased a vehicle on Saturday and was lucky to have Dwight Eldredge as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very patient with our questions. He gave us all the time we needed and I never felt rushed. He even called on Monday to see if I had any questions about my vehicle. I would definitely buy from him again.

Ask for Phillip Jones! He s great at what he does. You won t regret it.I went in and was helped immediately. I told Phillip what my criteria was, showed me 3 options and a surprising curveball-of a-car that I had never considered before! Job well done on his part.He was patient with me as I took time to call friends/family to help me decide.He made the process feel easier than I could have hoped for; Any anxiety I might have had subsided.I left with the car of my dreams and I m happier for it.

I cant say how much we appreciate our salesman Mr Lewis Brown. As soon as we got there he listened to what my mom was looking for, was honest, and a great person to work with. She is very happy with her new 2024 CT5! Now that she has one, I want one too! So Ill definitely be back soon. Major shoutout to Mr Kevin G for all of his amazing help. They definitely have a new customer coming. I recommend them to anyone!

James was awesome in getting my Caddy in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation, plus he honored the coupon as promised! Typically, I get great service in Cary, myPreferred Hendricks Caddy Dealership in the Triangle. Bathrooms are clean, the environment quiet and remote work place privacy respected in office space cubicles with desk tops. Love my Caddy m!

My wife and I finally decided to visit a dealership, not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Our first visit turned out to be the only visit we had to make, and it was to Hendrick Cadillac in Cary, NC. As you know, you never know what type of salesman will meet you on the sales lot. Luckily, Mr. Arthur Fletcher III, a Senior Sales Consultant, approached us. Mr. Fletcher was very knowledgeable, answered every question, and was not one of those pushy salesman. He let us take our time, allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and explained everything it offered. Once we decided to proceed with the buying process, we met with Mr. Mike Douglass, Finance Manager. Mr. Douglass worked with us and met our needs in what we were looking for in financing the vehicle. Both Arthur and Mike were very personable and professional. Instead of customers, they made us feel like part of the Hendrick family; now, we are. Because of Arthur and Mike, it was by far the best experience my wife and I have had at any dealership, and we will be back to Hendrick Cadillac for our next vehicle purchase. , A++++! - M. Blake

Salesman Michael Berman and Manager Kevin Greene more than exceeded my expectations for a great deal. They were Customer service-oriented from the jump, beginning with Michael greeting us upon arrival, to Kevin going above and beyond to get the vehicle configuration we wanted for the purchase of our new, 2024 Cadillac Premium Luxury XT5, and culminating with Michael personally driving 70+ miles to deliver the vehicle to us and making sure we got familiar with our vehicle before he left.My wife and I will always remember this experience and will share with friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. Shopping with Hendrick was the easiest car buying experience we have ever experienced, and we've had many. We highly recommend Hendrick Cadillac in Cary for your next vehicle purchase!

On Monday, 2/26, I took my car to the Cadillac Service Department in Cary, and was greeted by a young man, James Shepley. He was welcoming and courteous, and asked me how he could help me. I explained why I was bringing my car in, and asked that he advise me of the cost before they did the work. About 20 minutes later he came into the waiting area and advised me of the cost, which was fine, and said my car would be ready shortly. I was in and out of the service department in 1 hour with the problem fixed. The service doesn t get much better than that! Warranty work ftwUpdate:Had water coming in from the rear passenger sunroof drain on my wife's 2012 SRX. Took my wife's SRX in to get the sunroof drains unclogged. They told me they cleaned the drains and lubed the rails and charged me $200. Then they told me the sunroof wouldn't close all the way and that the frame was warped. They wanted over $5000 to repair! They also said I needed new tires and offered to change them for over $700 per tire. I took the car home and did a quick Google search and found out that all I needed to do was run the sunroof in learning mode to reset the hard stops. Discount tire sold me an entire highly rated set of tires installed for under $800.Now a couple days later I found that the drain is still clogged. I pulled the glass myself (10 small bolts accessible from inside without dropping the head liner) and cleaned the channels plus the drain lines with a $20 tool from Amazon. DO NOT USE THEM! They are top notch Scammers! Btw I am a veteran.

Five star customer service. Much thanks to the sales department, Eric, my sales guy is one of the best sales people I know, always keeping me in the know. And his sales manager Kevin Green, has always treated me with must respect, not just as a customer, but more like family. Tommy, the overall man in charge, has always taken very good care of me. I highly recommend going through Hendrick Cadillac of Cary! Let s just say the culture here is absolutely amazing and family oriented. 5/5 experience! From the time me and my family walked into the dealership to leaving the lot with the vehicle we wanted. Our sales consultant/client advisor Michael Berman was extremely helpful, friendly and honest (very important when purchasing any vehicle). He made the entire process smooth and listened to our wants and needs in a vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone going to Hendrick Cadillac in Cary to work with him to find your vehicle. Mike Douglass and Kevin Green were also excellent in the car buying process also!I could not have asked for a better experience.

I contacted them and got an online quote . someone reached out within few minutes and I had a price very quick. they were the best price of the other dealerships I was talking to . ask for Aziz he's a super chill salesman . They weren't pushy, and didn't add needless dealer markup fees that other still do I will definitely deal with him again.

I looked at many dealerships to find my car and I ve had very few experiences where I've felt heard, respected, and not pressured to look at something I didn t want or need. Eric Herring, David Doll, and Michelle Cruz have made my car buying experience positive and stress free by being very kind, honest, and helpful.Eric was extremely attentive throughout the entire process and helpful in every way he could! I plan to come back to Cadillac if I ever need another car and will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.We purchased a vehicle from Michael Berman with Hendrick Cadillac, and the experience was amazing. This was an out-of-state deal that went fast by design Like within 24 hours fast! We were able to fly in and knock out most of the big rocks over text an email. Michael s customer focus was top-notch, the guy even picked us up from the airport because my flight was delayed and we needed to close the deal that night. Buying a car is most likely the second largest purchase you ll ever make, second only to a home so the experience matters! Michael made this the easiest deal ever and if I lived closer, I d be sending all my referral business his way. Big shout out to Michael and everyone at Hendrick Cadillac that night.

Wow! I am so excited to have had my car serviced here! On January 9, 2024, Jeremy, service customer service went beyond the call of duty to assist me with my car issues. The manager as well provided me with such compassion and concern that I was compelled to speak on it! Jeremy at the service desk, the manager, the team, and the mechanic operate in the spirit of excellence! No one is perfect, but they truly do things with the customer in mind. Had to get a "Park Assist" module installed in my 2022 Buick Envision. The appointment was quick and efficient. When I brought it in for this service Demi Broadhurst Service Consultant welcomed me warmly and clearly explained what will happen and when it would be ready. Got a pleasant phone call from him in a couple of hrs to pick it up which I did. He went with me to the car and showed me how this new component worked. Taught me how to use it. What a wonderful overview he gave me of this feature while demonstrating it's use in my car. He went above and beyond what I expected from him.
