Got Dents came highly recommended for removing a big dent from the fender of my truck. I was told Jerry is one of the best in the country and after dealing with him, seeing the equipment he brought to my job and watching him work, I concur. Got Dents is in demand in different parts of the country so Im grateful they were able to schedule my job and fit me in. Jerry is a great technician but has the heart of a teacher while employing his craft. He even took the time and patiently explained and demonstrated each step in the process to my son who has an interest in the industry. Thanks to his knowledge, skill and attention to detail my fender looks factory- you would never know there was a dent there. His pricing is fair and results he delivers are top shelf. I highly recommend Got Dents without reservation.

Had a minor dent fixed by Got Dents (Jerry Hurd). Reached out to him yesterday based off a recommendation on NextDoor. He was here the next day in his fully equipped van and did a great job. Very much appreciated the expertise required to fix dents and saved me significant expense, time and not having to leave it in a body shop.

My car had a large dent that the dealership said could not be pulled out. But Jerry pulled it out and the car looks great! He is a total professional, communicates, showed up when promised and was very reasonable.

GOT DENTS INC. Jerry Hurd called me on 5/1/23 to scheduled a time that lined up with my work schedule. On 5/2/23 Jerry in my opinion is very professional he arrived on time as scheduled he introduced himself and informed me of his plan of action to fix the dent on my RAV4. Jerry followed up after he completed the job. I would recommend his services highly. I went out to look where the dent was located I could not even tell there ever was a dent. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP

Someone backed into our car in a parking lot. Jerry came to our house to provide the estimate and to do the work which was so convenient. I appreciate how well he communicated with me on appointments and about the job. Jerry is very professional and friendly. He did a great job at a great price and I will definitely call him again when the need arises.

Jerry was very friendly and let me watch him remove the dents and then polish the areas so you could never tell there was a dent . He called to let me know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. All in all excellent service and repair. Jerry is the best!

Excellent job, even been complimented on what a good job it was by a couple of auto body shops that I do business with.Jerry is a pro, high quality work, fast and reliable service at a fair price and besides that he is just a good and kind person. I would give him my highest recommendation for this type of work.

They did a great job, prompt and professional. Had a large dent in front fender from someone's car door in a parking lot. After the repair, you cannot tell it was ever there. Jerry was super friendly, knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would, promptly and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and work. I couldn't ask for anything better. Jerry did a great job, exceeding my expectations. He was able to get a body panel with a complex dent restored to looking like new again. His service was fast, professional, and convenient. He came to me and the communication was clear. I won't hesitate to call him for the next door ding or small mishap.

Mr.Jerry and team did a phenomenal job on my car - couldn't tell if it had hail damage. Easy to work with. If there are small things that got missed or so, they got onto it quickly. Proactively, take care of things - rental, insurance, etc. Highly recommend their services. Brittany did a awesome job on answering questions, scheduling and coordination.

Jerry is capable, reasonable, and has respect for his customers while retaining pride in his work. I expected a much higher quote to get out the dents and dings...the car looks more like new at a price we could afford. Highly satisfied!

They did an amazing job on my car. I had several thousands of dollars of hail damage. My car looks brand new and they even washed and vacuumed it. Fast service. Super professional. I was so impressed I took my mustang to get 2 small dents removed. I had my car back within 2 hours. Thank you so much.

There was heavy hail damage my car and I was looking for a reliable company to fix the dents. I saw a tent with a few cars outside of Culvers eatery in Apex where I met Brittany Johnson who is a sales rep for this Got Dents. At first I was very nervous to use this new company because it was fairly new with no reviews. I took a leap of faith and they did a tremendous job with the car. They even offered a rental vehicle for free until the car got fixed. Working with Brittany was a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

Jerry is not only kind and professional, but he literally brought the car to it's original lovely state with getting out the silly scratches and nicks!!! I mistakenly left the gas cap out of my car for 100 miles and just did a number on my car...but now there is NO evidence of my ridiculousness! ! ! Thank you, Jerry, for the ease and simplicity of coming to our home to do the work! YOU ARE THE BEST Jerry!

After a bad hail storm in my area my new car has some bad dings and dents. Got Dents worked with me to get my car back to shape (literally) They went above and beyond to make sure i understood the process and made sure that I was updated every step of the way with progress on my car. They worked quick to get the work done so that I could be back on the road without disrupting my schedule. I hope I dont get caught in another hail storm but if I do I know who i am going to call.

Excellent work. Contacted me about when I would fit into his schedule and arrived early so he could work on my car throughout the day. There looks like there was never any damage done! Highly recommend over any other dent place. Very kind and funny

Service was excellent. Called for a dent from a car ding. And within hours he was at my house and removed the dent flawlessly, IN THE RAIN!! Top notch work and will use for all paintless dents from now on.

I want to leave a detailed review here since I wasn t able to find any reviews previously.. and was a little nervous, honestly! Brittany was in our neighborhood and stopped by my home to let me know that she had noticed hail damage to my car. I had been so busy with my business (new business, four kids, etc.) that I didn t have time to even think about it. She offered to take my car leave me with a rental and be done with the insurance profess in 15 mins. It seemed too good to be true so I jumped on the chance! It was such a huge relief. From start to finish the process took exactly 15 mins and so I was able to check that off my list with literally no disruption to my life. That, for me, is magical! I had a ton of dents on my car from a hail storm (2019 Camry just a year old), so I wasn t sure what to expect, but when they returned the car I couldn t believe it. I can t see or feel any remnants of any dents. It looks like a brand new car again! I haven t a clue how they did it, but I m so grateful. They even drove to Avis and added my name to the rental car without me being involved at all, so literally NO disruption to my life!!! They magically appeared, switched cars, and then magically reappeared with my factory new-looking car again. All it took me was the initial 10-15 mins dealing with my insurance company over the phone. They even updated me regularly via text message so that I d know the progress. Thank you!!!!!

Meet me at my location of my choice. Was very professional. And did quality work at a very affordable and acceptable rate. Had all of his own equipment on him and prepare for the job that he had excepted. There were no surprises and he cleaned up the area in which he was working. A grade work thank you.
