My new Genesis GV70 is an absolutely beautiful vehicle. I take it to Genesis of Cary for service as their staff and techs are second to none. They took great care of me and my SUV. Our salesman Lindsay was great. He never rushed us and we were debating between 5 different cars and test drove 2. He stayed late and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Lindsay and Genesis of Cary.

Our experience at Genesis of Cary was outstanding! We had an emergency involving a complete drive train malfunction destroying our 2005 Mercedes E500 Station wagon while driving to NC from NJ that was too extensive to consider repairing. We rented a vehicle in Richmond, with immediate need to replace my wife's vehicle with one that was similar, not an easy task in general, but also being out of town and on short notice?The staff at Genesis of Cary was not only accommodating during our inquiry with having our vehicle of choice on their lot with other potential new ownership interest, but we re extremely helpful in assisting us procure a 2014 E350 Mercedes Benz Wagon at an unbeatable price, expediting the entire process so it was successfully completed during our planned stay in NC. We were able to drive our newly purchased vehicle off their lot within the planned time frame of our scheduled departure date.The staff at Genesis of Cary could not have been more empathetic, thoughtful, caring, accommodating and professional. 5/5 star rating matches their company's performance from our initial phone call inquiry, to securing financing (not so easy during the pandemic) and completing vehicle delivery all before letting us drive it home. They even did so before all closing finances were in place, because they understood our time crunch. That faith and customer trust was unprecedented. Thank you so very much, one and all. They have exceptional customer service they make me feel like family and honestly I have never experienced the kind of white glove service from any other dealer. They are always there to answer my questions or accommodate my needs within reason. Very professional yet feels like I ve made friends and family. They offered car pick up and provide a free loaner, which is nice, but when they arrive 40 minutes late, it sets a bad precedent... And caused me to miss an appointment.The service was fine. No issues there. Communication was great through the text messaging and car was ready in adequate time.My car is a hand wash only, but I didn't know they were going to wash the car. They must have used dirty water or something because the car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Also, when I picked up the car, there was nobody in service available to help, it seemed as if they were understaffed or on break.I'll continue to use Genesis Service as it's complementary, but I'll arrange my plans accordingly. If Genesis wants to compete with BMW, Merc, Lexus, etc., they'll need to clean up a few of these details to provide the premium service to match their great cars.Service: Oil change

I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and got my car in right on time. Where is my service rep was very efficient, polite and friendly. Showed me to the waiting area and kept me apprised of what time my car would be ready. It was even completely washed and cleaned inside and out when completed. This location has gotten pretty busy, so I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment, but once I did it was pretty smooth sailing. Everyone at Genesis of Cary was wonderful. They was respectful of my time spent in the dealership, the listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, and most importantly they made sure I was happy leaving and with my purchase. I never experienced customer service and kindness at any dealership ever. Not only the quality of the vehicle is about expectations I love the 2023 GV80 this vehicle is A+ and definitely deserve to be number one for being the best suv of 2023. Adam was my sales person and he was great. He filled me in on everything about the vehicle and also made sure I was happy with my purchase and the after purchase. Service at Johnson Genesis is always great. My only thing this time they were super busy and I waited 2+ hours for an oil change. Alittle longer than I expected so I didn't get my car wash. I have the best customer service every time I have to go there. His name is Aaron Stanford. This person is incredible. He will do anything to make you feel comfortable. If you have an emergency they will get your car in service right away and they will provide you a loan car. Super fast customer service.

First rate. Should have followed their advice & arranged for a pick up but I love the G80 so I drove up just for fun. Everything was fine until I got close to the dealership which is indistinguishable from all the other car dealerships in the area. I wanted a particular vehicle with a particular color. Genesis of Cary just so happened to have 1. Was in contact with a rep for almost 2 weeks while I narrowed down my top 3 choice. Was not able to get info needed so I decided to call and asked to speak with a finance mgr. I was connected with Glenn explained what I wanted, and he immediately began working the deal out for me and got me connected to Adam who was super amazing. He made sure I was kept up to date thru the inspection portion of the car as it had just came in and even delivered the car to me so I could take and have a pre purchase inspection done prior to purchase. So when I saw car in person I notice some very deep scratches and asked if they would fix. They agreed and had a young man do a fabulous job. The only take away is I had to take car to get a better detail on the inside as previous owner was smoker and had a dog and I am allergic. But they went above and beyond in everything else. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Went in for a factory recall on my G70, and an optional oil change. Dealership charged me $120+ for a synthetic oil change, which was high but not completely criminal, but then they informed me that since my tires were needing replacement, they would put 4 tires on for $1850. I checked the same Michelin tires at Discount Tire, and 4 were $1250, so obviously if I had been dumb enough to agree to the quote, I'd have blown $600 for identical product. This is why you shouldn't go to a dealer for service.....Service: Auto maintenance

They didn t read what the others had tried to fix the issue I had . It s not fixed . I have warning lights and electrical issues that come on and off , I have had a new computer put in , finally I brought it to its genesis , well genisis doesn t know how to fix it , I waited 1 month for an appointment.
