When I called to make the appointment, I was met with a kind and friendly voice. We agreed to a date and time two days later when I was able to come and wait for the van. When I arrive for the service visit, Jill was very courteous and verified that what was on her computer corresponded to what I ordered. As I was waiting, Jill came back to me to advise of three more things the mechanic was recommending. I agreed to have them done and she gave me an approximate time of 45 minutes that the van would be ready. It was ready before the expected time and I went home a happy camper. Thank all of you at Firestone for your Associates up to the President for your work and service ethic. God bless

First time coming to this location and I had a wonderful experience!!! I don t understand much about cars and Jill was amazing, super patient with my many questions and made sure to explain everything in a way that made sense to me. I was pretty upset when I walked in because I didn t know what was wrong with my car, and the way she welcomed me into the shop and was super kind to me made me feel much better already. Thank you for that, Jill! John worked in my car and was a kind soul as well, explaining what the problem was and how they would fix it. I m just so happy that I chose this shop and I ll definitely go back whenever I need help with my car. Thank you, Jill and John for the great experience!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

I recommend to avoid this location because the staff at this location is very irresponsible and they don t answer your questions properly and they will hang up your phone call if you try to ask more questions . I am customer for Firestone for 7 years and have not seen this kind of behavior at any location. They have failed my vehicle state inspection and they made me wait for 3 hrs in their lobby.

Mr. Chris, I believe he is the manager of this auto store, is the most responsible person. While working on my car, one screw broke by your mechanic. The mechanic must have worked on the screw to fix up the problem, but he could not. This broken screw was located at such a odd place where no instrument could reach to remove the broken screw. Then Mr. Chris took this difficult job. After devoting lot of time and thinking, Mr. Chris was able to remove the broken screw. Then Mr. Chris replaced the broken screw with a new screw. Then every thing became normal. I was really impressed by Mr. Chris's hard work and his devotion.

I recently had an issue with the tire warranty I purchased from this store, but I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me the next day to resolve the issue. Nick was friendly and helpful, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this store to others.

Called for an appointment 3 days in advanced and got what time I needed for an oil change. The appointment was timely. I was able to use a coupon which was helpful from Chris.

I went there to get 2 tires replaced. 2 TPMS units were replaced along with new tires and not sure why there were separate labor charges for replacing TPMS. But the TPMS sign didn't go and then they came back and said 3rd one also faulty. Got replaced the 3rd one and they could not figure out the issue with TPMS sign which was still showing up. Then they asked to come on the next day, they said the 4th one was also faulty. My question is, why could't they able to find it for the first time.Be aware of their hidden prices. Get to know the costs involved before you get your services done. Manager is very rude. Don't like to visit this store again.

My 2014 Van suddenly started making grinding noises at low speeds. I knew something was not right with my brakes.I made an executive decision to visit Firestone and was hoping they would take me in as I m their long time customerThe owner ( or manager ) Chris was very kind and took care of me. Everyone at this place is very nice.My pads and rotors had to be replaced and it was done the same day.They also took care of my alignment service and state inspection.Ty firestone! Really appreciate it.

The staff at Firestone in Cary, NC are always very helpful and concerned when there are any issue with my car's tires. They handle things quickly and responsibly. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The manager Chris is very knowledgeable on ALL makes of cars -suvs and pickup trucks . The man is very friendly and knows my wife and I by name. He makes sure the job is done correctly even if he has to do it himself.

Waste of time, scheduled an appointment online and got a call that scheduled appointment is not available.. what's the point of having online appointments when you can't respect online appointments and calling me saying that the appointment scheduled is not available? then I was given a new appointment and I was late by 15 mins for appointment, and there was no grace period and told me to reschedule an appointment.. that's the worst customer service I have ever seen so far.

If you have some very expensive rims and tires on your vehicle, take them to Firestone because they have the perfect equipment to remove them without damaging them. Oh! And they are cheap too.

Unmatched customer service experience - you can tell they really care about their customers! Technician showed up only 20 minutes late and they gave me my service for free because I had to wait (I only waited 30 minutes!). The manager is so kind and takes great care of my entire family! Been coming here for years and have no intention of taking my service anywhere else. Thank y all for being awesome!

This Firestone has been nothing short of amazing compared to others in the area. Not that those in Durham, Apex, or Holly Springs are bad, this one just does a great job of communicating and being honest. Services are not aggressively sold and they do the work. Great job!

Absolutely the worst. Call at 9 am for simple alignment and rotate, explain that I need it for trip monday. Leave it all day.. Get call at 4:15 can not get to car... Can you leave it till Tuesday they ask this and today is Sunday! Come on!

Daughter had her Subaru in for oil change and tire rotation on Aug 3rd. Unfortunately the tech forgot to put the cap back on the oil causing oil to spray over the inside of the hood and subsequently leak on my garage floor.If you are missing basic things like this I most definitely will not be back for anything else.

I had been their customer for all my vehicles for about 15 years. They were great for many years. Few years back (apx 3-4 yes), the service deteriorated and they started asking for tires to be replaced long before tires tread is under inspection limits every time I took them for maintenance. I kept refusing tires to be replaced, as cars were driving good. Two of my vehicles coincidently started losing air pressure in one tire. I asked them to check. They didn t tell me any reason. So, I took cars to another tire shop(a friend uses them and rates them very high) to get checked. Both tires had upper layer of rubber ripped on the hidden side of wall. Other tire shop technician shown damage to me and said this is the reason, tires were losing air. I hate to blame anyone, but it s quite a coincidence that both vehicles had same problem. I had never taken vehicles for any tire place until this time.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I have been here for battery replacements for my cars. They have been good with that and even replaced the battery that was under warranty swiftly. However, my recent experience was quite bad. I was in for an oil change(by appointment and on time). My car was pulled in soon after I was there. It took me multiple follow ups and after 4.5 hours, they got my car down. With minimal traffic, if it takes this much time, not sure how it would be otherwise.

I booked an appointment at this place from their online portal for a prepurchase inspection. They sent me a confirmation through email but then the day of the appointment they emailed me to call them before I reached there. So I called them but they informed me that my appointment didn't go through as they didn t confirm it from their side. So I had to wait for 4 hours for the inspection. Their service is mostly good but this appointment really put up a bad impact.
