Brought Audi 2013 Allroad in for an oil change. It was our first time using Jon's service since my daughter moved to Raleigh with the car. He is one man business and does all the work himself so you know you are getting the guy who is experienced with German cars. Jon has three levels of oil change service and we did the full service option (includes a flush cleaning of the system, additives, filter and of course oil change. He uses high grade synthetic oil which we always use in the car. His pricing is comparable to the great German car repair independent we use in Atlanta. The shop looks well organized and he has a nice area to wait with Wifi if you need to stick around. He was very flexible in the scheduling and very responsive if you leave him voice mails and texts. He also topped off the coolant, windshield washer fluid and added air to the tires as a courtesy. We are so happy to have found him so my daughter has a trustworthy person to go to if problems come up with her car.

John is amazing and he knows he stuff! He spent 15 mins with me and helped me understand my problem with my 2022 Beamer. Will def be back once car is out of warranty.

Eurotech RTP is a wonderful small business specializing largely in German imports. Owned and operated by Mr. Jon Hinrichs, the shop is a gem and worthy of your business. Mr. Hinrichs has many years of experience both as a BMW certified mechanic with a dealership before moving on to a more intimate setting, where his true value shines. I took my Audi A3 TDI in for an oil change and some diagnostic work, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. Jon is personable, responsive, and passionate about what he does. As the sole proprietor, he is definitely busy, but took time out of his schedule to accommodate me, and his prices are competitive. In closing, I will be returning to Eurotech RTP for all of my maintenance and repair needs as the expertise and level of service are both exceptional. Additionally, I prefer supporting small businesses such as this in lieu of the dealership, as Jon doesn't pressure you with up-charges.#High Quality work#Outstanding customer care#Small BusinessServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I contacted Jon out of the blue to do a PPI on a potential purchase of a BMW in the Raleigh area. I live 100s of miles away. Jon was amazingly professional, punctual, accommodating and awesomely thorough. He went over and above to offer a helping hand and his pricing was fair and honest. I told him that I feel too few people today take real pride in doing honest professional work. Working with him over the phone, text and email was a pleasure. Admirable guy. I only wish that his shop was closer to where I live; I need a good local mechanic. Highly recommend (and I consider myself a tough critic).

We are new to the area and we prefer the owner kind of workshop over larger dealers. We brought in our S500 Mercedes for control arms replacement and an oil change. The price was right and as quoted by John, no extra charges delivered exactly what was promised in a very professional manner. Jon and his shop EuroTech RTP is that unicorn that we have all been looking for! An honest, knowledgeable, fair, caring mechanic/businessman with great communication skills. I know, it sounds too good to be true, but it's not!! I recently took my 1990 e34 to his shop as I had an engine leak and my side mirror kept falling off. He researched and fix both issues flawlessly. He gave me a fair quote up front, stayed in communication with me throughout the process with updated timelines and he even took the time to check back in to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. His shop is clean and organized which shows his love for what he does. I can't recommend him enough. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I have been through a ton of dealerships and mechanics over the past 10 years for my BMW and I can confidently say that Jon is the most honest and best of all of them. He diagnosed and communicated every issue with my vehicle and had everything fixed in a day. He even saved me thousands by researching to see if some of my service was still under warranty. I ve honestly never met someone that put so much work into servicing my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend him if you have a german vehicle.

Last year, I purchased my car from a friend and Jon had done the maintenance on it. The car is amazing and runs like it is brand new. Jon knows BMW's inside and out and is very professional. He explains the work he is going to do clearly and is very fair with cost. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent mechanic with great character.

Jon worked on my BMW Z3 2.8 and did a fantastic job bringing the nearly 20 year old car up to speed. He exceeded my expectations in quality of work, and attention to detail. You can tell he's an enthusiast and takes pride in his work. During the work, he was great at keeping me informed of progress. Will definitely come back when it's time for more maintenance.

Jon is truly an all-in-one expert mechanic who knows how to thoroughly take care of customers and their cars. While I have plenty of diy experience and knowledge, I often simply do not have time and resources to do automotive work myself anymore. John first completely discusses the relevant services with you, provides specific timeline and pricing details, and performs all of the work himself. It is rare to have a direct relationship with the person who actually does the work on your car, so Jon is my first choice from now on for my BMW.

Our BMW X3 wasn't running well, so we decided to give Jon a shot. We are so glad we did, as Jon took great care of our car. He took our car in immediately and was detailed with his thoughts/suggestions on what we need/should do. Jon really seemed to care about the car, and doing the right thing for it. And he seems to know what he is talking about. My BMW needed a bit of work because I had avoided maintenance for a while so as he got deeper into it he was quick to give me options for doing things or not doing things, and pricing. Very, very responsive, it's great to have a mechanic who knows how to text to get decisions made quickly. He's definitely my mechanic from here on out.

I have owned BMWs since 2004, both in Europe and in the USA. The maintenance experience I just had with EuroTech RTP is one of the best. Jon is very reliable and knowledgeable. The services offered are highly professional.

I have been using Eurotech RTP for about 5 years. I was tired of paying dealership prices and started looking for an independent shop to work on my BMW E60. I was referred to Jon from other BMW enthusiasts on the bimmerfest forum. From the beginning I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service they provide. Jon is very knowledgeable and really takes his time to explain everything. Pricing is fair and honest. He really gets to know your car and he is willing to recommend maintenance services for you to consider to ensure your car continues to perform at the level we have all come to expect.

Just moved to the area and needed a trustworthy and reliable mechanic to take care of my 1991 BMW 318i. Couldn't have asked for better than Jon at EuroTech RTP. He was easy to communicate with, explained everything clearly and provided regular updates. He went above and beyond to clean up the engine, replace the cooling system which was in bad shape, and get us back on the road as soon as possible at reasonable cost. The car hasn't sounded so good and run so smoothly in years. Thanks, Jon!

Jon is excellent... from diagnosis through repair. He was particularly helpful in explaining up-coming service needs based on wear and preventative maintenance for motor and transmission components. His shop is neatly kept and his e-contacts with his customers is very helpful as he works his way through repairs. As someone who has always taken this 2008 X5 to the dealer for 10 years, I will be headed back to Jon when it needs maintenance and/or repairs.

My first time to the shop and I am happy with the work done on my car. He explained what was needed now and recommended a few things for the future. Jon is sincere and responsive to any questions I asked. I would recommend him for anyone looking to do work on their BMW

Just relocated to Raleigh from Virginia and needed to find a new place to service my BMW. I read the great reviews about Eurotech RTP and the owner, Jon, so when I needed some work done I gave them a try. I m extremely happy with the experience. Had the starter die on my E90 330I one morning before work. My normal shop (Bimmer Performance Center) was much further away so I called Jon as I needed to have the car towed. I've been driving BMWs for over a decade and Jon has expansive knowledge of these cars (something very important to me when choosing a mechanic). His prices are VERY competitive and his work is top notch. I will be using Jon in the future for ALL my car's needs without an ounce of hesitation. He cares about your car's health, longevity and doing the job correctly! Give him a call!

First, my 2003 BMW 530i wouldn't pass inspection. Check Engine Light kept coming on. John helped me diagnose the issue - a torn seal in the torque converter was making the transmission slip. He even had a tech bulletin about the issue. Once we ordered the replacement part, Jon was able to show me the issue on the bad converter. Can't get better proof than that.Its a brand new car! The car passed inspection and rides like brand new. Jon also helped determine my rough idle. He didn't charge for this. The best part of having Jon as my mechanic is that A) he doesn't nickle and dime you to death. B) Jon is a consummate troubleshooter. He's going to make sure the work he's doing is the right thing to do.

Great quality work and professional customer experience. Brought my 2002 325ci to Jon to replace my rear wheel bearing after a few months of me hearing the wobble noise I could not take it any more. Jon fixed my issue in a timely manner and kept me informed of the progress through out the repair. Its nice to know I can find personable, trustworthy auto shop to bring my car to.

Jon is a fantastic! The best mechanic I've ever had! He is very personal, kindhearted, honest, straight forward and professional. He is a one man shop that owns and runs it all by himself and I love that! I have taken my car there 3 times now for regular car maintenance and I've been very happy with his work. He is very passionate about his job. He isn't there to try and take your money. He is very reasonably priced, and he uses premium quality parts and fluids. I love that he lays everything out for you in detail with exactly what he is going to do and how much it's going to cost right up front! He will not surprise you with extra charges behind your back. If there is something unexpected that he runs into he will contact you and tell you about it and what you would like to do. I also appreciate that he will give his honest opinion on something. If he doesn't think it's worth fixing or figuring out what's wrong right now (because searching can get expensive) he will straight up tell you if he thinks you should wait and see if it gets worse down the road. I greatly value his opinion and highly recommend him! You won't find a better mechanic than him in this area for the car makes he specializes in.

I have known Jon for years now and I have found him to be highly competent no matter what problem I bring him. He is always a pleasure to talk to and treats me fairly and honestly. As a result I completely trust him. He is always going the proverbial "extra mile." I get the distinct feeling that he treats my car like he would treat his own. That peace of mind is priceless.Bottom line--I recommend him to everyone I know. I now drive over 20 miles to get to his shop when there are two shops much much closer. Why? When you find someone like Jon--you make the trip.

Jon was highly recommended to me by a coworker and what an awesome experience. Very knowledgeable on BMW's and knows how to do things right. Very customer focused and he kept me informed every step of the way and even sent pictures with what he was seeing. Never had that kind of experience with a shop before. Highly Recommended.

Trying to avoid taking my car to the Audi dealership for a tuneup and oil change I researched for someone that can give me the same services without paying out a arm and leg for it. I finally found John. Based on the reviews I took my Audi to him. Upon meeting him I got a very good vibe. My husband on the other hand was skeptical he's very hard to please. Needless to say my husband and I were very impressed with his services , prices and his professionalism. I will definitely start taking my car to John for all my Audi services.

Hands down this has been the best experience I ve had with a mechanic working on my 328xi. The attention to detail and customer service is world class. Jon, the owner, diagnosed all the potential areas of my vehicle and was able to fix them within no time, all at a very reasonable price as well. Jon did an awesome job on my older VW Jetta. I had to take it in for an inspection and for him to check out an airbag alert I had. I opted for overnight drop off and he called me the next morning to double-check the things I wanted to have done. He also called me when he found out what the problem was and gave me an estimate on the price for repair.The truly impressive thing about John was his work ethic. He did a better job than any dealer I've taken it to regarding not pushing me for other changes or fixes, and just being an all around cool guy when I went to pick it up. I actually found him cleaning my tires and vacuuming the car! Two things I did not expect at all.He's a great dude, and I'll definitely be taking my car back to him when it needs service.

I heard about Eurotech RTP from a referral and I'm glad I did. Jon the owner is an honest and hard working guy. He'll treat your car like its his, make it safe, perform well, communicate, and all for a very fair price. This is the shop to bring your German car to. My used S4 drives like new now.

I can personally vouch for Jon's integrity and dedication to his craft. When I first met him he worked for Performance BMW in Chapel Hill. Even back then he was excited to figure out the problem and make his customers happy. It was his dream to one day own his own shop and I'm so proud his dream came to fruition. Another thing I really like about him is he is logical and willing to see a challenge through. I wouldn't trust my Acura to anyone else.
