Awesome dealership. Prince went above and beyond to make sure my husband got the exact vehicle he wanted and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything with ease and made the buying process so simple. If you need a car make sure you try these guys out.

Excellent customer service! Alex Gonzalez was our sales person, he was very attentive and answered all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and we were able to have a fair negotiation process. We left the car dealer with the car we wanted at the price range we wanted. If you re in the market to get a new vehicle I recommend EchoPark and Alex.

Best experience for purchasing a vehicle. Claire was my representative and helped explain the process in detail. Extremely personable and would absolutely buy another vehicle from EchoPark in the future.I got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road for $36k and it has 17k miles on it. This Toyota Tacoma trim was extremely hard to find due to it being the last year with the V6. I tried six different Toyota dealerships looking for one. One of those dealerships even tried to convince me to buy an SR5 2x4 and come back in a couple months to trade it when they found an Off Road (dude was crazy). My point is, you won't experience the pushy shark mentality car salesman/woman at EchoPark.

My car buying experience at EchoPark is absolutely AMAZING! I made my test drive appointment at 10:12 this morning. As instructed, I walked into the Sales Department and asked for the associate who confirmed my appointment at 10:45. Then Kore gave me a warm greeting to EchoPark and introduced me to my sales associate, Nate. Nate is the BEST! Words cannot express my gratitude for having Nate throughout my buying process (test drive to final purchase). I was treated like a VIP! They really know how to build trust . The last time I bought a car was a nightmare that I ll never forget how I was bamboozled by three men in black suits!! I came with my guards up which I quickly realized that I didn t need and I soon sent my adult son home. Nate is bringing my fob for my SUV to drive myself home. Needless to say folks, if you need a used car .

This was my second time buying a car at EchoPark and just like last time, this experience was amazing! Christian Reed was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me and my family. He asked me a few questions about what I wanted and was able to show me multiple options that would work. I would definitely recommend for first time buyers or 100th time buyers! You will not be disappointed. And ask for Christian Reed!

Good dealership if you are in the market for a new car. Geneva had helped me look quite a few different makes/models based on what I was looking for and offered suggestions that I didn t even think of until I found the one . The trade-in process was seamless and I drove away in my new car the very same day.Customer service after your purchase is pretty good as well. I hit a few bumps early on with a third-party product and they worked diligently to get the issue resolved and ensure I was satisfied thereafter. Overall pleased with my experience and worth checking them out if you want options.

Awesome car buying experience. I was nervous going in, but Claire helped me and gave me confidence in the buying experience. She is so knowledgeable and literally spent hours helping me with the process so I would end up with the right car for me. She was patient and honest and didn t try to sell me on things I didn t want because the Echo Park sales folks don t work on commission - so they truly just want to help you find the right car for your lifestyle that meets your needs. Rob made it easy to l finish up the process with paperwork and then I was out the door! Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience the second I walked in the door. I was introduced to Mohamed (Mo), who was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He made the experience, pretty much a breeze. I call this place a coffee shop where you can buy a car. It does not look or feel like a traditional dealership, as you can see. During your wait, you can have coffee/tea/water... very thoughtful. I will be going back when it's time to get another car!

We had a nice experience at EchoPark Automotive. Buying a car is never fun, but Kory made the experience completely painless. We were there to buy a car for our daughter and were working with a budget that did not allow for purchasing the extended warranty. Contrary to typical experiences, Kory did NOT hard sell the warranty. They understood our position and helped us do what we needed to do to get the car we came to get. It was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from Kory and EchoPark again in the future.

Mohamed was AMAZING! I came in to test drive a completely different car, ended up driving 3, and walked away with something I had always wanted!!!He was very attentive, answered all my questions, financing was easy, painless, and the rate was very reasonable. From application to out the door was about an hour max.I will highly recommend this place over any dealerships in the area. Absolutely no pressure from Mohamed and as a single woman, it was such a breath of fresh air.10/10 - Go check these guys out!!!

I thought the prices were too good to be true. This was my first time buying a car and it was fantastic. No one comes outside to badger you, you make an appointment like you re going in to buy a new phone. Kat was wonderful and she took me on a tour and showed me the process of how they inspect the cars. I would 100% recommend anyone come here to look for their next car.

Price was good, but buyer is required to purchase a $700 "appearance warranty", which is a ripoff waste of money I would never purchase if given the option. Add that to the price of the vehicle when researching vehicles at Echopark.The rest of the sales process was very slow but otherwise painless. Staff were generally friendly.Update - The customer service representative followed up with a detailed explanation of the product and provided an excellent customer service experience.

I went with my daughter to help her in buying a car. She dealt with Rahim. I had some concerns with some of the numbers on the worksheet. Rahim summoned his coach, Kory to come speak with us. Kory listened to me vent, and explained some of the items on the list. We were able to trim a couple of the items due to my daughter having a license plate to transfer. Kory was very nice, understanding, and honest. He answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns that I had, and I felt better about the deal after talking to him. I appreciated his patience with me and his honesty and sincerity. He told us that they do not get commission on sales, which helped me understand why most of the numbers are not negotiable. I think my daughter got a good deal.

We had a great experience buying our car from Echo Park(Cary). They maintain their cars in excellent condition. Ron helped us throughout in the process, as we test drove several cars and made our final choice. He explained everything in a very simple way. No pressures on us to buy additional warranties etc. He waited patiently as we got all our insurance/bank requirements cleared.And paperwork was a breeze! He understood our needs very well. I would highly recommend Echo Park and especially ask for Ron as he s experienced and friendly.

This is a follow-up to my previous post on the treatment received during my initial car buying experience that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will say the salesman was young and probably not experienced which I'm guessing attributed to the very aggressive nature on pushing the additional insurances/coverages.After my post the dealership did reach out and was excellent in after sales support that resulted in correcting many of the issues from the initial sales. She was very friendly and maintained contact to ensure the issues were resolved.My recommendation to any potential buyer is to set the conditions early on your stance with additional insurance/gap insurance and also your lender if using a loan.

Echo park at Cary staff was great! They were quick, courteous, and very personable. They created your non-traditional dealership environment which I absolutely appreciated. My salesman J.J. was the absolute best. Very Knowledgeable and was very understand and took the extra mile to get me rates that I could work with. They also gave me a great deal on my appraisal! Overall, exceptional service, will be referring other to Echo Park at Cary.

He was very transparent and made a competitive offer that I was willing to accept. The process once I got to the dealership was simple and straightforward. Martin was very friendly and welcoming.

I wish I could've had an easier experience! I was very disappointed with the car buying process here, and felt I was taken advantage of initially. When I originally went in, I gave them a budget and very clearly explained I did not want the warranty or "service contract" they offered. We found a car, and me and my husband were excited. When we sat down with the rep, the monthly payment didn't make sense, despite the high interest rate (and us having excellent credit). When we inquired if this payment could be lowered AT ALL, they clearly told us no, it was the lowest it could be. We left without purchasing. Come to find out, after running the numbers myself, they had added on the warranty I specifically told them I did not want (multiple times).Since we liked the car so much, we came back on Monday to purchase the car after making other arrangements for payment. Unfortunately, within a day or having it, I could tell the brakes were worn down. When I took it back, they told me the brakes were so bad, they were unsafe for driving and they kept my car while fixing it. Found this out after purchasing, despite their claims to a "190 point inspection." A few days later, I heard a knocking noise coming from the dash. Took it back again and they kept it another two weeks only to find nothing.The only reason I gave 2 stars was for Korishia and her help and dedication. I appreciated her communication with us greatly. Regardless, I would never buy from them again, and will never recommend them.

Claire was down-to-earth and transparent. She still pulled up the car I was initially interested in, but also an newer version, thinking that a hole in the floor board of the car I initially wanted would turn me off from that car. And she was right. She explained all the warranties and coating without making feel obligated, and told me when it's best to cancel GAP. Honest, thorough, and good communication. Of all the places I've ever bought a car, this place is the least painful, and a less stressful experience than it usually is at other places.

We went to echopark for a honda civic and we were presented with a few options, all gorgeous cars and we decided on this one, was one of the smoothest driving cars ive ever driven! Claire helped us with it, we didnt buy the first day and she put no pressure on us to buy, we called the next day and made an appointment with her to come in at 6pm, we were leaving by 7:30 with our car. It is a gorgeous car and they did a great job!
