I was recommended this shop as a last minute option for my tire replacement needs. I was not very happy with the help I got in selecting tires I needed and I felt like if I didn t know the basics I knew about tires the guy was just going to hand me the first tires he could find. I also wasn t very happy with the customer service I got when I first to the shop, but I want to attribute that to the young man probably having a bad day or maybe he was just so focused on his job. The service I got in the actual replacement though was very quick and efficient so that s why I would probably go back. I just wished they were be better in that customer service and helping their customer in making the best decision instead of just giving the first thing they have and you have different tires with different wear on em resulting in you going back to get tires again.But like I said I would go back again because the folks seemed like nice folks.

Brought my own tire today. Got here at 9:15ish and was told to pull my vehicle into the back so that they can begin svc. The guy jacks my car up and then just walks away for 10 minutes saying I m looking for the tool as he s moving tires from some trailer behind shop. I m literally sitting here listening to them laugh and joke in the shop an hour later. I ve had mounting and balancing done before at other shops and it s always around 15 minutes. This shop is a jokeEdit: He was installing my lug nuts just now and tried to tighten them with an impact and snapped my lug

They overpriced many things and will charge you extra. And get mad when you say too expensive, literally told me go find another business which will do cheaper, and showed me the way for the exist with hand unprofessional service. When I speak with anyone I show respect and expecting respect back especially when you represent your business. And just by the way I did find business which did job better and with normal price. I wouldn't do business again with this guy ,I've had tools stolen from property. I asked owner to check cameras he never did,so I have no choice but to believe it was an inside job. He left the door unlock to vehicle and was very nonchalant about my lost. Interesting people over there.

Best mechanic I have ever been to! One shop said they needed to replace my wire harness because my headlights where not working, his mechanic found the wire, and was able to repair it!! Outstanding and honest people. His shop is busy for a reason. I have sent multiple friends, and they have all been thankful, and have had a good experience to!!

At first, we thought the van we bought was a good buy. However, after my first review, all the issues came. We took the van to Honda and found out there was thousands of dollars of work needed to pass inspection. We were floored as we just purchased the van. We should ve had it inspected by Honda before purchase. We sold the van within that year and bought another vehicle. I wouldn t buy a vehicle from this place. It seemed shady that Rico told us it had all of these replaced on it and an inspection from their shop. However, Honda said otherwise. If you think you are getting a good deal, take it to an inspection by another facility before purchase.

Daniel is awesome, I never go anywhere else even though I have tons of mechanics closer to me. He has exclusively serviced my Civic for several years. My first visit to him he charged me almost half of what another overpriced mechanic in Cary wanted. Best prices, he is very honest, warm, helpful, and even tries to save you money from unnecessary repairs. I just referred my friend with a BMW and another with an Accord, he does it all. I will always give him business, he's a pleasure to deal with.

Daniel's tire goes the extra mile to keep customers happy.Had new tires installed on a dually truck there 2 weeks ago. Found out one of the inner tires was flat. Went to Daniel's got there at 6pm the time they close. He was able to look and repair the tire. No punctures just didn't seal good the first time. I told him I could bring it next day but he insisted to fix it at the moment there.Thank you Daniel's for having me back on the road for the next day work trip..

I found this shop years ago when I was looking for a good used tire. I have been going there ever since. Daniel is honest, fair and fast. He will never tell you something is wrong with your car just to make money. You can purchase your own parts and he will put them on for you. He goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. I send everyone I know to him and they send everyone they know. He's got my business!

This place is missed up. No more good service! Every time I fix something. They leave something open. Last time they had left my rear wheel open and as soon as I left the shop, the tire was making terrible noise. Thanks God I noticed it before getting to Highway. Otherwise, I would be facing a life threatening accident if my tire was out because it was left loose by this shop.

I feel like a proper car service place should service until it is time for them to close. Not turn people away one minute before closing. I could have just bought the tires and put them on myself, but no I'm forced to go 30 minutes to an hour down the road on a donut and another tire with wires showing just because you guys are closed 1-minute before closing now I'm at risk to be in an even worse situation than the one I'm already in because you guys just want to turn me away. Heartless

You can t trust these guys listen to this. As soon as I left the place with the car I had just bought went to get gas and the car didn t turn back on so I went back and he said it was something they needed to fix he said they would do it but charge me a extra 50$ like really and because I didn t want to pay they held me license plate for almost 3 months! And only 7 months after having the car there was a leak in one of the pipes from the radiator now my engine is full of water and the car is pretty much worh nothing I lost 6k. Don t buy from here .

EDIT. NOT GREAT. what you think is honest, is just lies. Still haven't received reg on a car purchased in January! 5 days after purchase, the car needed 1400.00 worth of work. I know used cars aren't in perfect condition, but come on!

by far the nicest, and most honest sales service i have ever in my life dealt with. when i say honest, i mean HONEST. I was given an amazing deal on a nissan murano - and was so impressed with just our phone conversation that i drove 2.5 hours from mooresville to cary to get this car that had the same one down the street because i felt it in my gut this guy was not going to screw me over like 99.9 percent of the other dealer ships. I would and HAVE recommended this place to my family and my friends. if you are apprehensive buying a used car because it can be nerve wracking GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! THEY HAVE CARFAX and will give you all details you want to know before you get there. i am so happy i found this place.

Biggest mistake I have ever made when I bought a vehicle from there! They had put something in the radiator to hold until sold . Radiator had a leak into the transmission that damaged gears and had to replace Radiator, along with $2,000. other repairs! Would put no stars but can not post without putting one.

Needed my 2 front tires changed. I told the guys the size of my tires and they put 2 different size tires on my car without mentioning it to me.
