As usual. Crossroads Auto has come through in my car's time of need . The check engine light came on again, unexpectedly (should be expectedly at this point). Next day, took my car in, Matt, shop manager, order the part & luckily was able to replace the mass air flow sensor in less than 10 minutes the same day. Thankfully an easy fix! Always happy to bring my car in although mostly for issues. Matt and Victor both are great at listening, explaining what is wrong, why it may have happened, & how to fix it. Now, I feel safe in taking my road trip this weekend. Matt is the best, hasn't steered me wrong, and in my experience will throw everything he can at a car to get it to work. Thank you, Marcus (shop owner) for having a great crew of mechanics on hand. I never fear being taken advantage of and wholeheartedly recommend Crossroads Auto Service.

I've taken my car here twice now. First time for new brakes and the second time for a new tensioner and timing belt. Matt, the store manager is great with keeping you updated with the progress of your car and isn't trying to sell you on extra services you don't need. They get your car in and out fast and is done right. They even check in a few days later to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Everyone was very professional. I had my brake pads and axle replaced. My car was taken for a test drive within minutes of arrival to diagnose the sounds I was hearing (axle). They were honest, worked quickly, communicated along the way, and also provided quick response times for any questions that arose. I will definitely return for any future needs!

Great service done to my toyota venza, nomore leaking water pump. Turnaround time was fast and I liked that I was given a status update. It's been 12days with no issues, thank you.

Marcus and Matt are extremely professional and patient. I was an irritated customer and exhibited unprofessional behavior due to the battle with the warranty company. Despite my irritated behavior they continued to call the car warranty company, despite being put on hold for 15 or more minutes. Many thanks to Matt for sticking through it! You are in good hands.

I would give Crossroads Auto Service a constellation if I could.!!I bough a 2013 Honda Odyssey, which needed rear bakes.He gave me a very good price for upgraded pads.I asked him if the rotors needed to be turned. He said, "The pads will seat themselves, the rotors look pretty good." Almost ANY brake place would have turned them and put on another $200.00. But Alex is as honest as the day is long.Would definitely use him again !!Service: Brakes

I ve had a couple of different cars dropped off here over the years. Always diagnosed the same day. Work was always completed, because of Sunday, in a couple days. Good communication, good service, and no issues with work after being completed. No complaints here.

Came here in a pinch, took care of me quick...however, told me one price and then jacked it up when I came to pick up my car.An update to this post...I had these tires for TWO weeks, TWO...they unfortunately put tires from 1999 on my car, YES 1999. I am posting photos of the tires they put on my car. I drove these for a couple of weeks, felt weird...so I took it to my local shop in Smithfield and this was the problem, I called Alex the service manager and was given a hard time. My husband and I took the tires back to him the next day, still Alex had an attitude and the owner happened to be on site, she did give us SOME money back, but still, they tried to deny any wrongdoing and it was such a run around. I would NOT go here. My husband had to explain to him the danger they had put in by putting these tires on my car. It was BANANAS! They DID NOT SEEM to care.After the leaving the owner called me to tell me something else their tech noticed on my car...why not tell me that the day you put bad, old tires on my car??? No thanks, I'm good now with my new tires from my hometown shop that I trust.The worst tire was on the back right...I never hit a pot hole or anything, I was the only one driving the car. You argued with my husband about the tires...I heard that myself. You did NOT want to take responsibility. The tires were from 1999 - that was confirmed by another tire shop, that we trust and have used for years.I just think customers should be aware of the products you provide. You had also given me one price and then when I picked the car up you had raised the price. It's not a good fit at all.

Highly recommend coming here. Rainy day - 30 minutes til closing and they took me immediately without a single problem. The young mechanic was extremely thorough and ensured everything was completely correctly. Not only that but he resolved an issue that my main mechanic could not as they "didn't know how". Job was completed in 30 minutes and didn't feel rushed at all. The owner was also extremely polite and professional. He had absolutely no issues taking not only myself but also many other walk ins while I was there even so close to closing time. I also appreciated the fact that he handed me my receipt with both hands and thanked me multiple times for my business. Seems like a small thing but as a customer - I really appreciated it and I felt valued. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I visited the Crossroads Auto Service after my truck was stalling. Two of the workers assessed the situation, which overall took 5-10 minutes. Their main mechanic took the truck for a "test drive" and returned stating it was engine/transmission problem. No further instructions or directions were stated about estimates or work progress. Overall, their diagnostic assessment took 10 minutes. I called my insurance company for assistance, as I needed to find a way home. The cost for the assessment was approximately $115. Overall, the cost was never discussed to me as this is their basic fee for assessment. As I was pulling away, the clerk as convincing me to have them complete the work as the diagnostic assessment would be included into the total fee. I did not trust that the prices would not be gouged. Lesson learned, always ask before the assessment is initiated. I would not recommend this auto body shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Matt did not exaggerate how bad anything was, did not offer only the most expensive solution to real issues, did not pretend things needed to be addressed that didn't, for the one issue that needs more info to diagnose, he gave me clear and simple instructions on how to gather that info and when to return, and was willing to discuss possibilities and next steps, respectful of my time and his - friendly and on point with conversation, check-in and check-out.My bill was just under $300 compared to the over $1600 I was quoted yesterday.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I went there for an assessment on my vehicle because I was hearing a strange noise. Like most people I know little to nothing about cars except where the gas goes so I went in with a little bit of apprehension thinking what could they find and what could they charge me with. The owner Marcus greeted me promptly and kindly. After thoughtfully listening to my concerns he had a technician test drive it. The tech did not hear the mystery noise that I heard and after putting it up on the lift thought it might be the struts. Marcus gave me the pricing for the struts but before he began work he said let me take it for a test drive myself. He also didn't hear the noise and after looking under my car a second time didn't think any repairs were necessary. He could have easily had me replace those struts and gotten a $500 job. How would I have known the difference? What he got instead is a life long customer plus referrals.

Amazing! Husbands brakes went out and this place was close. They got us in same day . So kind and professional. We asked for a replacement but they said we only needed pads. I have never been somewhere that they didn t add a bunch of stuff on! Took my car in the next day and they did a great job with general maintenance and inspection, and again didn t add a bunch of stuff on! Highly recommend and I will be back for anything they can do on my 20 year old vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

My first time going to crossroads auto very great experience. Danny was very helpful he got me in quick and new exactly what the issue was and call me once completed. Very affordable price . Dealing with Marcus couldn't have been easier. He was able to squeeze me in the same day even though they were extremely busy. Quoted me $200 for my repair but charged me even less. Called two days prior to get 4 tires and brakes for the car along with an inspection. Came in an dropped the car off for about an hour. An it was done. Super nice and friendly staff. Alex and his team are great. I had my car inspected there, an ongoing transaction for the last ten+ years. There s a Waffle House behind the station that is very handy. My car was completed in a few minutes, always a pleasure to come here.

Alex and Danny were the best. Having been my 1st time at Crossroads Auto, the service was great. Started hearing a loud grinding noise in the back of my car when I would brake. Took the car in at 1 pm. By 3 pm it was done. Alex called me to advise me of the problem, them I gave the ok to complete. I would definitely recommend Crossroads Auto.Service: Brakes

Nice owner, conveniently located.Final price was $27.97 higher than the out the door quote I was given (maybe taxes?).Would still very much recommend this vehicle repair shop.The overall repair time was shorter than I was told it would be (thumbs up).I returned to this shop because I originally went in prior to this recent repair with a check engine light. They found no problem and reset the system light at no charge.Fair & very competitive pricing.

I had the pleasure of sitting in this shop while my car was being worked on. Alex and I had a great conversation and I really appreciated the kindness he showed while my car was being repaired. He also referred me to a service to get my windshield repaired. If my mechanic is ever unavailable, I know I can rely on Crossroads Auto Service to perform great work for a great price.

I used the Crossroads Service website to schedule a State Inspection appointment this week. They replied promptly via email and gave me the exact day & time I needed. I arrived on time and they took my car in without delay. I've brought our various cars there before and I've always found the owner and techs to be very nice & polite & experienced & knowledgeable. Our cars are all over 6 years old, so obviously various parts and systems are at various stages of "wear" (similar to many other cars out there!). When Crossroads reported excessively worn pads (brakes), tires and/or alignment, wiper blades, bad bulbs, lil fluid leaks underneath, etc, I have found they were correct and reasonable every time. Car repairs are never free, but its cheaper than buying a new car. I'm quite certain that Alex wants any car leaving his shop to be safe enough for his own family too. I trust these guys with our cars and safety.

These guys are the BEST. The shop manager is a straight shooter. Told me exactly what the problem was, gave me a price, had a top notch mechanic ( Leroy ) fix the problem..... And stuck to his word!! Didn't jack up the price with add one. And got it all done in one day!!!! Wow!! Awesome!!! It all starts with the owner. When you have a good Capt/ owner .... It makes everyone in the shop good. After talking with the owner and him treating me like he valued my business, giving me top notch service.... I give this shop, this crew, this owner A+.

A light came on while I was on the interstate and they were able to take me and check it out immediately. Super fast service. Danny was upfront about pricing and why things cost what they did. Overall a great mechanic experience.
