I am going to be perfectly honest.... At first , it was a little rocky. Then I talked to Zack and everything started to fall into place. Within 5 minutes, he found my truck at another dealership. This was Friday afternoon. Saturday morning, it was there. Cleaned and full of gas.I am very pleased with the truck and the people at Hendrick Chevrolet !!!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone.WE COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER !!!!!!!!!!

On 11-24-2023 I was shopping at the Hendrick Automall. I was looking for a replacement for my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. I was connected with Brandon, who typically works in Commercial Sales, by a mutal friend/previous employee. I, too, am a prior employee of Hendrick Chevrolet/Cary Automall. So this was my first stop when wanting to purchase a new vehicle, as the Hendrick group has been like family to me. My mother was also a previous employee as a Warranty Administrator. I have a PTSD Service Dog, who was present, aside from the test driving. LONG STORY SHORT. My dog and I are waiting for Brandon and his manager, Bruce, in the lobby at the Pre-Owned building to talk ordering options on a 2024 GMC Yukon AT4. While we wait, I can't help but look at the 3 Corvettes in the showroom. There is a gray, a white with some kind of honeycomb yellow interior(super cool!!), and a red convertible. As I am walking around the white Corvette, I see a salesman talking with a young family about the red vette. I keep looking at the white one. The salesman then proceeds to get in the red Corvette, turn it on, and rev the engine... indoors.. without letting anyone in the showroom know.. My dog, in knowing his job, gets between me and the now perceived threat.. I was totally triggered. I immediately spoke with another salesman in the showroom asking if what the salesman in the red Corvette did was really necessary. Now, remember, I have worked for this company in the past.. The salesman I spoke to assured me that it would not happen again and that the salesman in the red corvette would be spoken to. I have not received a single call, text, or email from the team at Hendrick about this situation. This is a company I used to work for, and held in the highest regard. Hell, Jimmie Johnson had a USO symbol blasted on his racecar. The lack of respect I received as a woman, a person with PTSD, and Service Animal.. is simply disgusting. I had $100K in cash to spend, and I will spend it where I feel like a valued client. I pray the Hendrick Auto Group gets their act together. I will no longer shop with them or any associates of Hendrick.

Hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had. We settled on Hendrick Chevy after looking into a few other brands. Devonte Battle was our sales rep and was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door, we never felt pressured, ignored, or that our potential business was unimportant. We told them what we were looking for, that we were taking our time and driving lots of vehicles. That did not change the way we were treated. Devonte answered every question, was very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know, he didn't BS us. He'd just ask someone. Well, we fell in love with a Tahoe.Negotiations were very up front. Joe, from the management team helped us with our trade, and detailed the whole process, including the dealer's invoice so we could see how much "wiggle" we had. Once we decided and agreed to the deal, the paperwork took about 30 minutes. No kidding. Mike, the finance manager, handled the whole process electronically with a screen that covered his desk and allowed us to sign everything with a stylus and then all our documents were placed on a thumb drive. Once it was done our new Tahoe (now named Lucy) was cleaned, full of fuel, and on the show floor with a bow and a huge sign with my wife's name on it. We will be Hendrick customers for life!

A big thank you to Seth W. and the Hendrick family. Because of these guys I walked out with one of my dream cars. I introduce to you guys Snow White a 2018 Kia Stinger. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING from the time I arrived to the time I walked out. I knew Seth was a great guy upon arriving. Prior too I had went to 3 other car lots and no one came out to help me. Now, I m big on customer service and as soon as I got out the car Seth was making his way to me. I knew right then this was going to be a great relationship built. Thank you guys sooooo much.

Stopped by on a Friday to look at a few used cars. Spoke with Christos and he pulled up options in our price range and needs. Was very open and friendly and we felt very comfortable. Since this was our first stop we got his contact info and drove around to look at other options. No other dealership made us feel comfortable or searched for options within our budget and needs. Messaged Christos on our way home and arranged to meet him on Monday. We left on Monday with a new (used) car and very happy with our experience. We will return for any future car purchases. Greg Peterson should be your Client Advisor at Hendricks Dodge Ram Fiat. He already talked to my husband on the phone so when we came in, he knew exactly which car to go pick up. In no time, we test drove the car and he shared some more unique features with us. Greg even went to find a charger for my husband, whose phone died so we couldn t get to a document we needed. That s customer service! Thanks Greg! You are AWESOME!

These guys scammed me out of $70,000 please never purchase a vehicle from them. They will always get you the worst loan possible, and lie about your contract just to make the sale go through! I have spent 300k in vehicles in the past year. My last vehicle they set me up!!

I didn't purchase a vehicle as of yet due to sorting out some things. I wanted to share that I had a VERY PLEASANT experience with a salesman at Hendricks Chevy Cary NC. He listened to my needs, was courteous, respectful, and very patient. He Understands purchasing a vehicle is a big decision, and never pressured me once. Josh is a true professional and I wish him a long, prosperous career!

Most of my experience was great. Salesman was Jason and he did excellent job. He gave me everything i asked for at aggreable price. The bad came in with finance guy. He sets up deal tells me gap insurance wont cost me anything. I thought deal was done start to leave and he says sorry i made a mistake. Payment goes up just a little so didnt bother much with it. About month later i find better rate so i refinance only to find the 1000 i paid for the gap i wasnt supposed to pay for. Start process of gap refund only to be ignored. I finally go to insurance company my self only to be told they havent received any info on cancellation. My advice buy elsewhere. Again salesman was great but finance person will lie to you in heartbeat. Ill never buy there again no matter how good deal is

I waited as long as I could to give these guys every opportunity to prove they weren't as bad as the reviews say they are. My car buying experience was the worst I've ever had. Every time i asked a question, I was left alone for an hour or so while someone went to find the person to answer it that never showed. It took three whole days off work just to make a purchase. The floor mats that were in the picture disappeared. The mileage on the used car I bought was 126,415 when I arrived at the lot to test drive it. When I bought it, they listed the mileage as 125,501 on my paperwork. I noticed when I got home and called to have that taken care of because it affects the length of my 3,000 mile warranty (now a 2,000 mile waranty). The first guy I talked to about the problem was the finance manager that handled my purchase. He said he would handle it and that he'd call me when he took care of it. I called back and he doesn't work there anymore. I've spoken with 3 other people about this issue but they send me to the next person and it's still not resolved. They finally told me to call service manager Dory Marcel. I left her a message and have called back several times since, but I haven't heard from her.I told the finance manager I didn't want anything extra (warranties/services) when I was purchasing the car. Then, when my wife came in to speak to me about something, they snuck an oil change program into my paperwork and told me it was free. It costs $300 and I've been trying to get rid of it ever since. The dealership is inconveniently located from where I am so I don't want to keep driving over there, but no one has even tried to address any issues I've had.Before I bought the car, I had an issue with a possible leaking transmission cooler line that I wanted their mechanic to look at before I made the purchase. When I came back to get the car, they gave me the keys and said it's done. I never talked with the tech that serviced the car, I didn't get any paperwork or an explanation that would let me know if they found or fixed anything. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had purchasing an automobile and sadly I can't enjoy my purchase because of the overwhelming feeling I have been treated poorly as a customer and I can never get a straight answer from anybody about anything.p.s. I took the car to Southpoint Hendrick to have an issue checked out and they are NOTHING like the people in Cary. They were kind and attentive and answered every question I had. They even called me and gave me updates on the work I was having done.p.s.s. After reporting the matter to the BBB, they have resolved my issues. My odometer reading was corrected to reflect the correct warranty info and I was refunded the Oil Change program fee. I consider this matter closed.

My experience buying a car here was terrible. From meeting Raheed Ford who i meet on Thursday and he was to get a quote for me then call me next day with the quote. When I called him on Friday, he stated "I texted you the information" with no room for discussion. After me attempting to ask more questions and not getting anywhere. I disconnected my phone call. I came back to the store on Saturday and explained my issue with "manager" Khaled. He listened. But since I was a female shopping for car alone. I felt like I wasted about an hr being offered cars I wasn't interested in even though I had already said what I wanted. When I came back monday...the other manager "John was there but because I refused to do the indirect loan channel became mean and he told me" you dont have to buy a car from us if you are going to be mad about it"...I responded by telling him that the issue was not the car but rather the lack of excellent customer care I expected and with that said I did all the bank stuff and I came back and got the car. But I would never recommend a female to go get a car here alone. Worst car buying experience

Staff "toyed" with us for several hours because we had come in from out of town to look at a car. It was obvious we didn't want to drive home our trade in, so they undervalued it. Then added value to it during the "negotiation process". We already had a lender, so instead of adjusting the price of the vehicle they refused and offered to find a better APR.They did, but the lender has been nothing but problems since the purchase.The "sales manager" said he had the removable window at his house, but never sent it as he said he would do.They were also supposed to do tax, title and fees on the Monday following the Friday we purchased the vehicle on, but of course they didn't.The Sales Manager and the salesman wouldn't answer or return our calls subsequent to the purchase.My wife unknowingly was driving around in an unregistered and uninsured car for two weeks because we found they had neither contacted the DMV or the insurance company to take care of these responsibilities they said they would.When an offer was given the for the vehicle in the negotiation the sales manager stated, "This is how we feed our families man". In an excuse not to lower the price even $500 as a courtesy.Keep in mind we showed up pre-approved with a finance letter in our hand.

This is the second time I have gone to this dealership to purchase a car the first was my wife's car was to be traded for a new dodge journey they wouldn't come down on price of the new vehicle at all nor would they up the price of our trade. They then offered us a monthly payment of 708 with 2000 down we left went to another dodge dealership bought the same car with friendly sales team and got the same exact car for 350 a month I then tried them again for a jeep wrangler and trade on a 2010 outlander before my trade the price per month would have been 475 then it went up to 808 when we went to do final paperwork with 2000 down. They again refused to either come down on price or give more on my trade even though I showed then a v3hicle at another dealership same year less miles and the luxury package for 300 dollars more. They again told me they wouldn't drop the price so I left. Will be going to another dealership today to purchase the vehicle in comparison and getting it foe 375 a month.

Matt Flowers - Manage of the Service departement and our service manager for 20 years. He has taken care on all our chevrolets, then broughts us back from VW (4 yrs) and we purchased a 21 Malibu Premier. Best in Class.

Wasted my only day off. After spending hours at the dealership we were asked to leave for an hour so that they could confirm with a banker on the phone about my interest rate...I should have known then that something was fishy. When we returned they had sold the car. It's the most dishonest experience I've ever ran into while car shopping.

Be very cautious if purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2014 Mercedes from them least than 3 months ago and found out that a bad repair job had been done to the windshield. I contacted Mike Douglas, one of the managers, to ask if he could contact the previous owner (since there was only one) to find out who did the repair since he claimed their dealership did not do it and he was a COMPLETE JERK and no help at all. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this location and DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!!

Just a quick review for Quinton Lewis. Just bought a 2015 Ram Express and I can't say enough good things about Quinton Lewis. He knew I was out of state, way out of state and still took the time to get me a specially equipped Ram. I drove up from Orlando because nobody could beat their price. Quinton knew that I was in a time crunch and had all docs prepared and ready. My brother did notice a door ding on the passenger door but that was handled in less than 15 minutes. Quinton handed me the key and trunk with a full tank of 93 and I was out the door quick. Again, well worth the drive from FL!

Super nice showrooms. Absolutely no pressure. Prices easily seen on the internet ap. Service is great, allow 1 to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and filter changes. No drama.

Cary automall is the place to come visit and shop for several brands of new and preowned vehicles, from Chevies to the Dodges to the KIAs. A very nice collection of brand new corvettes, and a wide variety of brand new Dodge Chargers and Challenges. At the KIA store one can find Stingers and Tellurides. The preowned vehicles are of a diverse and of a large name brands.
