Since we moved to NC, we have brought our vehicle to Capital Mazda of Cary. They have always taken great care of us. Michelle is very knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating and really is the face of what Mazda customer relations should be like. Thank you Michelle!

The service I receive at Capital Mazda of Cary never disappoints. I usually have my oil changed here but I had a few things fixed on my car this time around and Sherrie was very attention to me and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Waiting room is comfy and offers free coffee. Sherrie was my service rep. She was friendly and helpful. She even called the day before to make sure they had all the parts needed for my repair.

Nothing short of "Outstanding". Being a first-time Mazda owner, our vehicle had regularly been serviced at this location. Sherri was the first person to have helped us and, I must say she had been providing excellent service ever since! Thanks Sherri for yourwarm welcome, compassion and superb knowledge during our visits. To be honest, I typically do not expect the best of outcomes when encountering service departments but, you have made each of these outcomes a truly exceptional customer experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Sherrie was great at listening to and interpreting issues reported with my vehicle, as well as presenting the best and worst case scenarios possible with repairs. Once diagnostics were completed, she was able to review recommendations, provide answers to all of my questions, and set me up in a loaner car very quickly.

Great experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. My oil change took less than an hour, and the video report from the mechanic showed everything inspected. Sherri Rudolph always gives professional, complete, and polite service. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation. As a courtesy I was given a quote to repair a damaged front grille. A video was sent showing the Walk around inspection and advice given for needed repairs. I appreciate all that Sherrie and the service department do for me.
