I was referred to this shop by a friend who recently used the shop. I had really good experience with the work done, the Service Advisor Morgan C. and the front desk staff. It was a seamless experience. Morgan was really professional and helpful in assisting me throughput the process. The team went above and beyond by helping touch up a few minor scratches and put 2 splash guards that were previously removed by me back up. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the work that was completed on my car at Caliber Collision at the Cary/Maynard location. They did a great job fixing the damage to my vehicle and the work was done in a timely manner, which I was not expecting the work to be completed so quickly. The Staff was fantastic, They were very friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable and they made me feel special. They regularly kept me informed on progress of my car. The place was clean and very inviting.Thank you Caliber Collusion for your great service! I will definitely let my friends and family know about the great service I received from you guys . I don t want to forget, your popcorn was delicious.

Caliber Collision on NW Maynard in Cary is what we all want in our car repair experiences. If you have collision in NC, even if your insurance company does not work directly with them, I have been told you can use them, be you talk to you insurance agent. Even if you have to wait a bit, all places are like this, it is well worth it. I could not be happier.

Terrific communication from start to finish, and returned my car in like-new condition. They live up to their reputation.I received regular texts on the current repair status - when it would start, the progress being made, estimated completion dates, etc. They delivered before the original estimation and the whole thing was painless. They're also co-located with Enterprise which made picking up/dropping off the rental a breeze.

I highly recommend this location. I was concerned about the color matching up but they did an amazing job. Their painter is definitely a perfectionist! The staff provided great customer service and address all my concerns. Car looks brand new! Thanks again!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! I was kept informed the entire time, every step of the way. My car was ready before the expected date AND spotless, inside and out! The whole experience was made even easier with an Enterprise on site! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Aaron is the best! The car was well taken care of and looks new! Don t take your care anywhere else. chandler was also super kind and professional. We needed our car back and Caliber did a super job!

Absolutely pathetic experience overall. It s has been over 3 months that I dropped off and picked up my car and I still have issues. I would advise anyone who is planning to use this location record all your conversations and take pictures of everything you sign and hand over. They will blatantly lie and deny any wrong doings. There was additional paint and dings all over the car, paint/glue inside the car and seats which does not come off, Broke the smart key and rejected to repair or even bothered to offer help. Right from reception to technicians to the shop manager - Very very synchronized and trained to lie. I have never ever seen so much malpractice and such horrendous experience anywhere. They even put up a review box asking for positive reviews in exchange for gift cards. This is heights in terms of manipulating the google ratings.Stay Away !!!I have put in a formal complaint with my insurance company will all necessary documentation so they no longer recommend this location and take this off their preferred body shops.

This was the first time I delt with a repair shop since moving down here. It could not have been a better experience. They change the trunk lid and never touch up. Got to bring it back. Also after the fix and I complain about brake making noise they said it is not due to accident without asking me to bring back. No alignment was also made which kind weird for such a collision. Whenever they can do minimum they will. Repairs was fast but of low quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't bring your Tesla here for repair!! Nightmare experience getting repairs for a minor fender bender. Caliber Collision "fixed it" the first time and I had to bring it back due to issues with the repair. After the second attempt, the car was driving worse than when I originally dropped it off. Caliber Collision representative even mentioned there are still issues/it isn't driving correctly upon pickup. Seems strange coming from the repair shop. I immediately had to get car towed to Tesla dealership to fix the issues. Tell your Insurance company you will wait until a repair spot opens up a Tesla Raleigh or Charlotte... don't go to Caliber Collision in Cary, NC!

Very impressed with the crew at Caliber. We needed some cosmetic work done on my wife's car after she hit a deer. Caliber did great work, but they boast even better customer service. Special shoutout to Morgan. She is proactive with her updates and very understanding. She is emphatic and apologized for things she couldn't control. The customer service was spectacular. They worked with me to be able to get my rental to a closer location rather than the one the insurance company chose that was farther away. The staff is generally friendly and polite when you get a hold of them, but boy oh boy is the communication here beyond subpar. It took roughly 6 weeks for them to assess the damage on my car and when they did they over read the odometer by more than 20,000 miles which I have to imagine was significant in the estimation considering it was a brand new vehicle with less than 300 miles on it. Getting information from the team was like pulling teeth, the only time I ever heard from them was if I initiated the conversation. Adding insult to injury, I called no less than 3 times about items that had been left with the car but no one ever followed up. When I finally went into the office in person, the car (and the aforementioned items) was already long gone because none of my messages had been relayed to the recovery team. Just a comedy of errors from top to bottom and extremely disappointing. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Disappointing quality in several areas of repair. Paint match very good.Bumper seam inferior, fresh damage to new wheel, unrepaired interior damage. Vehicle still needs repairs.Hopefully these will be addressed at which time I will amend this review.

if I could give them 10 stars I would. The ladies at the NW Maynard location are absolutely the best. They kept me informed from start to finish and at pick, they walked me out explained what was done, answered any questions I had, and reassured me that if I had any problems or concerns, to come back and they will take care of it. I truly, could not have asked for better service and the repair even better. Car look like the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you ladies!

I had my Tesla Model Y body work done at this location.The staff was friendly and the communication was top notch. I was getting status updates over a text everyday. The team called me multiple times explaining the supply chain issues with Tesla. They also took care of extending the rental car for me as we are waiting on parts. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my repair experience. Their quote was accurate and they delivered my perfectly repaired car exactly when they said they would. I certainly hope to never need bodywork in the future... But if I did I would absolutely bring my car here. Additionally, they are one of only a handful of repair shops that have been certified to work on Tesla... Which is an absolute bonus since even a simple repair on a Tesla can be more involved due to all of the cameras and sensors involved.
