I recently had my vehicle serviced at Caliber Collision, and unfortunately, my overall experience has left me quite dissatisfied. While they successfully repaired the damage to my rear bumper, the same cannot be said for the condition of my headlight after their service.The repair to the rear bumper was executed satisfactorily, and I appreciated the effort put into restoring that part of my vehicle. However, my headlights were a different story. Upon inspecting my car after picking it up, I discovered that my headlight had sustained damage while in the care of Caliber Collision.The headlight was filled with water, indicating a lack of proper care during the repair process. This was both surprising and disappointing, as I entrusted my vehicle to their professionals with the expectation that it would be returned in the same or better condition.I immediately reached out to Caliber Collision to express my concerns and disappointment. While the staff was responsive, the proposed resolution did not fully address the inconvenience and additional expenses I now face due to the headlight damage. The lack of attention to detail and the subsequent damage to a crucial component of my vehicle has tarnished my overall perception of their service quality.Despite the positive aspects of the rear bumper repair, the oversight and subsequent damage to my headlight have left me questioning the overall competence and thoroughness of Caliber Collision. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to thoroughly inspect their vehicle upon return and communicate any concerns promptly.In conclusion, while Caliber Collision may excel in certain areas of auto repair, my experience highlights the importance of vigilance and thorough inspection post-service to ensure the quality and integrity of all repairs performed.

Had a deer run into the side of my van while I was driving, so I went through my insurance to get it fixed, and this store got me in quicker than any others, their customer service was amazing from the front desk to the employee assigned to my vehicle. Zach kept me up-to-date on the progress, and even got my car back to me before the anticipated date. Two minor things needed to be fixed after I picked up my vehicle, and they accommodated me quickly on getting me in and out the door with everything fixed and ready to go . Cannot recommend enough. My van looks as good as new. Who knew the deer could do so much damage to the side of your car.

Zack was amazing with his communication and explanations of what would happen and when I would hear from him. My car was done a week earlier than previously quoted. The tech that worked on my car did amazing work in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Zack and his team.

Brought my car in after having hit a boxspring on the freeway. The front bumper needed to be replaced. The entire experience at Caliber on Piney Plains Rd. in Cary was outstanding!It took them a little over a week to complete.The Caliber rep, Josh was excellent! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Kept me well informed of the progress and always took my calls.Thank you Josh!The work was done by Frank who did an amazing job. The car looks like new. Frank should is an artist! Many thanks Frank!I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Piney Plains Rd in Cary, NC if you ever need body work done on your car. Exceptional!

I've had several vehicles that, sadly, needed bodywork due to a little whack from another driver. Caliber Collision on Piney Plains has always done right by me. Excellent work, fast turnaround, knowledgeable and conscientious bodywork specialists and staff. I recommend anyone looking for quality work to give them a try. I think you will be very satisfied.

Caliber collision did a great job with my vehicle. Excellent service. They even took the time to vacuum it out and buffed out my hood from acid rain exposure which had nothing to do with the repair. Recommend 100%

Caliber Collision was great to work with. Someone attempted to steal our Kia and in doing so caused a lot of damage to our vehicle. We dropped it off at Caliber and they had it done within a week. They updated us every step of the way. Tim was lovely to work with. He gave us advice on how to protect our vehicle from theft in the future as well as some insurance advice which was very helpful. We will definitely use Caliber again (but hopefully we won t need to :) )

Everyone I dealt with was super nice and my car came out looking great. They finished it early and it was very convenient that it is right next to the enterprise. Smitty handled my car and was amazing and kept me informed through the whole process.

The first thing I said when I saw my Subaru was: "It looks like new". Caliber Collision did a great job with the repairs. There were just a few problems, and some of them I don't think I can blame Caliber for.They did re-install my rear wiper arm on the wrong side (upside-down so to speak), which may explain the flat spots on the rear window trim, but considering the extent of the work that is a minor problem.And overall repairs took about twice as long as expected, but Caliber did warn me that might be the case up front. With the supply chain being what it is now and it being the end of the year I don't know that I believe that was Caliber's problem, but it was *a* problem because it kept me in a rental car (and paying for a rental car) longer than expected.Finally, my communication with Caliber was limited to a text message a week or so until the last week, and I couldn't tell if they were automated messages from a bot or from an actual person until I asked and then I didn't get an answer. I don't know what I expected, but there's a qualitative difference between communicating with a human and a bot sending you a generic message: "...if you have any questions concerning your repairs, please let us know". When the last message was also rather generic: "Repairs are coming along nicely", the question then is "What repairs?" I felt like I was missing half of the conversation and at one point even asked: "Did this message get chopped off or something?"I suppose I could have asked for more frequent updates, but would that would have gotten things done any faster or any better? I don't know that it would. Besides, if I had to choose between "done right" and "done faster" I would choose "done right" almost every time. And who, welding cold steel in December, really wants someone asking them: "What did you do today?"But there's a sweet spot between "too much" and "not enough" communication, and I would have preferred "just enough" to understand what Caliber was doing. There was quite a bit more work than I expected, which I suspect isn't unusual, but which was also a bit of a shock when I finally saw the list of things that were repaired or replaced, and may explain why things took longer than expected.Overall, the quality of the work is the most important thing to me and, as I said, my Subaru looks like new.

From the day I dropped off my vehicle, through the process of the vehicle getting fixed and when it was all done, Caliber Collision did an outstanding job in keeping me fully informed. Before I left Caliber Collision's lot at their Cary, NC location, appraiser John, explained to me the damage and every step that would be done to get my vehicle back to me in like new shape. He kept his word to include numerous text messages with updates as to where in the process Caliber Collision was with my vehicle. I take my hat off to a job well done! Thank you Caliber Collision!!!Based on my (hopefully) one time dealing with Caliber Collision, I would absolutely recommend this business for your car repair needs.

My car got hit by rocks falling out of the back of a dump truck. They are super busy so it did take some time to get the car in line for repair but they did a great job and communicated well. The car looks great and I would use them again.

Caliber Collision was the best repair shop.Customer service is excellent. The shop manager, Zak was extremely well to work with.They were able to repair nt car and match a older paint perfectly. They cleaned my car.Was repaired and painted in a week.I will continue to recommend Caliber Collision. Great job. My 11 year old was really impressed "Mom it looks awesome almost like new!" It took almost three weeks to repair but no complaints their work is amazing....end to end service ...both body work and handling /alignment done #happy

Where do I begin... Let's start with how TERRIBLE THE COMMUNICATION WAS.HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND MISLEADING INFORMATION.After throughly inspecting my car, there are several things that need attention.� Not only was my car filthy inside and out there are black smudges on the headliner, I assume from fingerprints of whomever worked on my vehicle. The entire inside is dusty, it's like the windows and doors were left down and open the entire time it was in your possession. I have severe allergies, the dust was so horrible I had to pull over and wipe it out before going home.�Obviously my car wasn't cleaned/detailed after the repairs. Although it was stated that my vehicle had been cleaned inside out, there's no way possible it was ever cleaned as filthy as it was.The seatbeat was filthy and wasn't functioning properly. It pulled out fine however it wouldn't go back in place. The paint has an orange peel finish. So many scratches that the car had to be buffed. I had to take my car back more than once and there's still issues that have yet to be addressed. I sent emails, no response.My car was buffed to remove scratches and the seat belt was fixed. The orange peel affects in the paint haven't been fixed. There's other issues as well. It's frustrating I have included a picture of what my car looked like on the inside when I picked it up and was told it had been fully detailed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t speak on their auto body work, but from a service perspective, I was very disappointed. They were difficult to contact, and once I finally did get an answer, the receptionist was very curt. Not only was she unwilling to help find a reasonable time for an estimate, but her annoyance regarding the conversation was very apparent.

My hood and front bumper are darker than the rest of my car and the new front bumper is falling apart already. I told my representative that the bumper and hood were a different color and he said no it looks perfect.!!!! I had to have the passenger side light & bumper replace. The Caliber Team did a excellent job repairing my vehicle. It was completed in a timely manner Scott kept me informed of my repairs. My Vehicle looks great. Very satisfied. Recommend Caliber. The customer service was great (Repair Team, Administrative assistance). Great Cary Caliber Team. Thank you Team for a job well done.

Very fast turnaround for my minor repair. Everything was ready when I arrived and drop off was reasonably fast. Parking for drop off was crowded though.Communication was great and car was ready much sooner than expected. Repair seems perfect. Pickup went without a hitch. No unpleasant surprises.Very nice employees. Good work. A little hard to find the office at the bottom of the hill to the right.

Having one s vehicle in the shop is a stressful inconvenience no matter how you slice it. Having a shop that communicates consistently to keep you informed on the status of your repairs, whether the news is good or bad, makes the process 1000 times better. Zach did exactly that he communicated multiple times a week, taking the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, to include snags and difficulties they were running into and the plan to address and overcome those obstacles. It wasn t lip service, it was genuine and specific dialogue that addressed my concerns and provided the answers and peace of mind that any person would want and greatly appreciate. Between the ladies up front, the representatives with Enterprise, and Zach, who managed my vehicle s repairs, it was one of the best customer service experiences I ve had, and my experiences span a majority of the northern half of the globe. The repairs took longer than anyone anticipated or expected due to parts and the shop was kind enough to cover a couple days of my rental due to the inconvenience. This a great staff that cares, understands and empathizes with their clientele. Be open, patient, and maintain an open channel of communication with this shop once your car is in their hands, and you won t be disappointed. Don t forget about how many outside factors affect their job as well, be it foreign parts, the make and mode of car you drive, worker strikes, etc. If you give them a chance, they WILL take care of you!!!
