I left with the mindset of if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. I purchased the Diamond Service Package which for my size vehicle is $50. I decided to inspect the vehicle and the servicemen s work before leaving the business just to make sure everything looked good. While inspecting my vehicle I noticed that underneath the seats hadn t been vacuumed and there were spots they missed while cleaning the interior. These are services that were included in my package. When I bought it to the attention of the servicemen working they did say they would fix it but seemed irritated about it. While this correction was being done, one of the servicemen came over and stated that they did the best they could with the vacuum but it was just too messy. Granted, I do own huskies so I understand there was hair in my car. I m use to a little dog hair being left over after vacuuming. If you own long hair, double coated dogs, you would totally understand. However, there was clear evidence that no vacuuming under the seats had been done, which I explained. They spent another 10ish minutes, correcting the issue. Upon my second inspection the seats had been vacuumed underneath but there were still signs that the job had been rushed and spots were neglected. I have added photos to share some of what I am talking about. After still seeing this I just decided I should have just spent the $50 and done the job myself and that I would still have to spend time correcting the issue at home myself.

Honest staff! I went in today to get my daughter's car washed. Selected the basic wash ($22). I wasn't aware that before handing the car over, I had accidentally dumped half the contents of my purse on the floor of the backseat. When I got the car back, it was all in a pile on the seat, including my phone! The car came out great too!

First time customer, I asked for full interior and exterior cleaning and paid $32. It took them less than 15 minutes to finish . In the end, fingerprints still on center console and windows, floor dirty and center console not wiped down. Exterior was a simple automated car wash. Staff all very nice but I have a van. The front & back window on the inside were not given the attention necessary for a clean view. I noticed the back and asked them to reclean and politely with a smile she did attempt to wash it but once done I wiped the outer 6 of the windshield. Once I drove away I noticed the front inside glass my rear view mirror and outer mirrors were streaked and again outer 6 perimeter of inside windshield was wiped possibly once causing filth and streaks.

Not worth the money!! And thays sad because Bunkey's USED TO BE the best car wash around.I paid for a Supreme Wash after getting back from the beach. They didnt thoroughly vacuum the sand out of the front or back seats. I do give them credit for thoroughly vacuuming the trunk of my SUV.However, they also didn't cloth wipe the dash and the interior windshield wasnt thoroughly wiped down. When I got home, I used my own dustbuster, windex wipes and armor all wipes to finish the job I paid them to do. My rework only took 5-10 minutes. But what a waste of $50.

Visited this location today and purchased the specialI $32 rush job very disappointed 2 people working on your car done in 10 mins look at the tires!! Do better!

I have been to this location a few times. Due to it being so close to my house. But, I now only go when it isn t too busy. That s when my vehicle seems to get the best service!!! The exterior wash works very well. The inside isn t always cleaned as well as I would like. They seem to do a quick wipe down. They do vacuum all the interior plus the trunk. In the past when it s busy, I usually notice some water that hasn t been dried off the exterior, my tire shine not as perfect as I like and dust/dirt that s been missed. I have checked my vehicle before driving off and asked them to wipe down an area they have missed. And, they have done it with no argument. If you get a car wash, they do offer a decent discount on gas.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I have been using this location for the last four years.Previouly it was good but now a days bad experience with this car wash.Today I went here and I did express car wash but not fully washed in my back side of car.Once again I did myself with water bottle for full clean. So waste of money and time.I will not recommend this place for clean car wash.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. (09/23/2023)Paid $30 for interior and exterior cleaning, it seems like they didn t vacuum the inside. Ask them nicely to vacuum properly but they didn t.The guys out there are lazy and the vacuum don t have good suction.

They usually do a good job but one day while vacuuming the back of my car they opened the gallon bottle of windshield wiper fluid (some how) and the whole bottle spilled instead of them telling me they sprayed my car with a scented fragrance, I get home and the back of my car is soaked if I didn t find it I would have left my car for days damp like that it could have caused damage and mold. I kept the windows cracked so it could dry, I told the gentleman I assume to be the owner who is always by the register he appeared to not be concerned never even offered an apology

They did a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I got the $15 quick clean, but my car looked much better after they were done. Good deal for a low price!

Pretty underwhelming. With the last 2 washes, my car is still dirty in the spots the automatic brushes don't reach -- the front and the rear. The staff go through the motions of wiping these areas but they seem to not really care. It's sad, because I remember when Bunkey's was THE best carwash in the Triangle.

I got inside/outside cleaning with tire gloss. The outside of my car was still dirty, which I understand because if the auto-wash doesn't clean it, then it just doesn't get cleaned. Windows were still dirty and streaked. They left off the tire gloss. I had to go back to have it done....and they still missed half the tire.

Paid 32 dollars for full service but received just exterior wash. Interior was untouched with dust over console, doors, steering wheel, seats and radio. It wasn t even touched inside. I tried this place three times to give them a fair judgement. Since the outside is not a manned service, it does a very decent job. The internal cleaning service is abysmal. They did the bare minimun. When I asked why my car was still dirty inside, I was told I had to get another, more expensive service. I'm not coming back.

Fair price for a basic car wash and includes vacuums. Removed one star because: of the two vacuums accesible to where I parked, only one had good suction. The person working where you have to select a wash was helpful, though, and it got all of the pollen off of my car

First time visit, the people at desk very friendly. When we left I Was disappointed the front window was still very dirty. Being it was a Saturday we might give it another chance during the week.

Very bad service..we took internal vaccum cleaning and external car wash..we have chosen deluxe car wash..but it's not at all good both external and internal..Internal vaccum cleaning is very bad..

I took my car to Bunkey's to get the interior cleaned because I'm trying to take better care of my things. I bought the Diamond Wash package. They also have gas pumps and offer 15cents/gallon off which you can also combine with your Harris Teeter VIC rewards discount. I left my car and went on some errands and came back an hour and a half later. I saw my car in the parking lot and got excited because it was super shiny. I went in to see if they had my keys inside and a gentleman with an ownerly presence approached me and said they were only able to do the car wash and he couldn't touch the interior because it was too disgusting (my words not his--I think it was really something like the ArmorAll won't be effective without detailing first). My initial reaction was NOOOO because I wanted to be rid of those cheezit crumbs and to be able to see out of my windows. He gave me a refund for the interior stuff and I completely forgot about my keys. I went outside and conferred with my companion about the news I just got. Then I went back in to ask for my keys and asked if they had vacuumed and he said yes, they had vacuumed, dusted as much as they could, and done the windows and I was relieved. I went and looked and it was just what I had wanted it to be, and they had downplayed the work they had done on it. If you have higher standards than me you can schedule detailing with them, but I was just trying to feel like a human again, don't need to be a fancy human. I thought the way he approached me about "not being able to touch the inside" just means he greatly overestimated MY expectations and the fact that he offered a refund means that he does what he feels is right by the customer. Wasting time. I did not even get the service. The greeter was not a pleasant to talk to explain nothing about their services. The review do not lie. Find a better car wash to go to.

Prices are high & they do a half azz job...I got the Diamond package, paid over $50 & I had to go back inside to tell management the whole dashboard was not wiped, backseat widow still had fingerprints & the center cupholder area was not even wiped...

Bunkers ysed to be great but they ve gone downhill the past couple years. Last three times they barely wiped the inside of my truck. Didn t even do the radio touchscreen, all past theee times it sStill had dust and pollen on it. I do not recommend going here

Nope. Cup holders, etc not even wiped down. I don't understand why they would just leave such obvious spot dirty

Trash do not come to this car wash. I have had multiple bad experiences with the car not being cleaned properly. Very rude manager! Went in for a car wash today one of the machines was not working, so my car was still pretty dirty. Asked for a refund and the manager said he would give it to me but would ban me afterwards.
