Biady is the most honest auto service place I ve ever been to. Mr. Dong is very friendly and attentive. He suggested that I hold off on doing some unnecessary maintenances. And he had those crucial services finished quickly and charged a reasonable price. From now on, I m not going anywhere else for my car maintenance/repair.

Brought in my 2014 wrx for rotors, brakes and a cylinder 2 misfire. Issac fixed it up no problem. Very knowledgeable set of guys and friendly too!

Mr Dong is a very honest and experienced technician.At first, I fixed my car in other place and after a week, the car is broken again and the other shop quote me $1100 for the second fix. Mr Dong only charge me $450 and totally fixed it.I highly recommend Biady and Mr Dong!

Why I give five stars? Because I saved lot of money only because of the good suggestions from Mr. Dong. Some other auto repair stores asked for 1000 dollars and still keep saying they are honest . Mr. Dong, however, answered my phone call and questions promptly, patiently, and correctly (based on the final outcome). A good man! Thanks a lot! We did several repairs for our old car there, save a lot!

Best oil change! Marcos is genuine and very helpful. I provided the filter and he gave us a discount. He also cleaned up the oil pan! Good stuff. Open saturdays!

Mr.Don runs a honest business. When diagnosing my car he managed to find the source problem and avoided performing unnecessary repairs. Price is reasonable.

My 2015 CRV's starter died prematurely. Called several dealerships for any recall info, but no recall and they were quoting ridiculous pricing. Mr. Dong answered all of my questions and replaced the starter. Autozone part with 5 yr warranty and 1 yr workmanship warranty from Biady. No dealership I talked to had that kind of promise.
