Run, don't walk, away from this service center. Two stars due to the service being performed, however route taken was the laziest & most disrespectful to our property.We had our AC Condenser & Evaporator replaced through Autopark in Aug '22, and initially were upset about the pricing, but was told what we got told was incorrect and the pricing was for a predetermined time already (quoted 12 hours, only took them 9) something understandable for an oil change, not so much a 3k AC replacement. Upon questioning this charge we were given a $100 discount, when we pressed further about the charge in general, we were told that they "employed some of the best techs on the east coast" and were strong armed and told that "they weren't authorized to give that discount anyways" and that, "they would take that off and we could come argue with the GM tomorrow". We paid the charge feeling disgusted, but joyed that process was behind us. Or so we thought A few days pass by and we realize that not only did they incorrectly reinstall the dashboard & cracked the screen protector on the head unit (pictures included, this means they weren't careful with the parts to our vehicle), they did not reconnect the hazard lights either. Thankfully we took it back, and they fixed these issues free of charge (or at least, we still paid for the 3 extra hours it took them to redo the work in the original invoice). Unfortunately this is not where our story ends Several months pass by with the vehicle being used mostly as a to-and-from work car, not used hauling people, so the puddle under the rear weathertech seats goes unnoticed. Until one day a friend rides in the back and complains about the wet floor - hold on, what wet floor?Well it turns out in the techs infinite wisdom, they decided to reconnect the AC drain line with duct tape instead of reinstalling it all the way onto the barbed end of the condenser housing (photo attached, you can see where it's disconnected right next to where it should be attached), leaking water into the passenger side front & rear floorboards, undetected for almost a year. We asked Autopark to relook at the car hoping it was still under install warranty and were told that if we wanted them to look at it, it would cost the diagnostic fee, and that we were out of luck.Removing the carpet showed the disconnected hose, and puddles of standing water underneath the carpet from a botched reinstall, all near carpet padding threatening mold growth, and near sensitive electronics for the PEV.Please, need my experience and find another shop willing to do the work. It's just not worth it.Service: A/C installation & repair

Always friendly, courteous, helpful and willing to explain the work needed. Facility is clean, comfortable and bright. Preventative maintenance is recommended, leading to fewer issues, longer vehicle life and lower total cost of ownership.

The drivers side seatbelt on a new Honda CRV i purchased from Leith Honda is broken. Not only could i not get an appointment without having to try several Honda dealers in the area... Absolutely no one saw this as a major safety issue.Only after i spoke with a manger did they fit me in, only to tell me after 90 minutes of waiting that "it's broken" and "they will have to order the parts."(It's a 2023 model i bought months ago)Finally, the parts come on and guess who the service department calls? My wife's EMPLOYER, informing them they will only keep "the parts" in stock for 20 days, and they'd better make an appointment. Where did they pull that phone number from?Can you be anymore disconnected from your customer base? Could they show any less concern for my safety? They don't seem to have a grip on reality. All i want is a working seat belt. Who knew it was near impossible to fix?

First time at Cary Autopark Honda service dealership. Everything was great from check in to the service advisor keeping me informed and updated about all the things with my car. To the waiting area that was clean, quiet, cool and good Wi-Fi. Tons of water available and clean bathrooms as you wait. Thank you for such a great experience.

Very frustrated. I made an appointment to get an oil change for my leased car. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked for an update and was told it was still not ready and would be another hour. What is the point of making an appointment if you cannot honor it? Taking the car back to the dealership is almost an hour round trip for me already.

I do not know what happened to the service department. This is my 3 rd vehicle from this dealership and we have had such terrible experience with their service department. We went for service appointment and they ordered the wrong tire . We had to drive back again the next day for appointment and the service department did not have us in the system for that day. The service guy got us in because my husband was very upset . I called today because I have a red light flashing and called because we just had them do a complete check up on our car for a trip. I left a voicemail with three different people to ask about it and even asked for Todd Stephens who is Service Manager not in today did not even ask if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I have to drive there again from Lillington tomorrow to talk to someone since no one answers the phone and do not return calls. It s sad that a business we really loved the dealership professionalism has treated us so badly and has gone downhill so badly.Service: Tires

We arrived on time for our appointment and were immediately greeted by our service agent, Omar A.. Our car was quickly taken back for service. Omar gave us an update on our vehicle and explained options for additional services we needed. He was very friendly and polite. The service was very quick, thorough, and budget friendly. I am very impressed with their terrific service. Their appointment offer for 2 days from my phone call was very welcoming. My wife's Odyssey was well cared for and fixed. Mr. Matt, service tech, did a great job. I recommend this dealership.

The service in this place is nice and easy. The service appointment can be booked easily with a phone call. There are two doors to separate the express service from the regular services. Waiting in the counter is like staying in a bar. I can plug my laptop and continue my work without any interruption. The mechanics are professional and helpful. Ayecha explained the different items and the individual costs clearly before letting me to make the final decision. Many details are sent through text messages. Quite satisfied for the service over there.

I took my vehicle to the service center for an oil change and was informed that it would take an hour and twenty minutes. I waited there for the entire time and then find out that the process had not even begun yet, the service was extremely poor and status is not communicated during the wait, resulting in a complete waste of my time.Service: Oil change

They run like a well-oiled machine, quick and efficient at a fair price. Scheduled online, and wasn't sure what was wrong with the car. They were able to diagnose the issue rather quickly. They were able to provide a loaner during the repair. It was definitely alot more expensive than other shops but I was in a pinch. The actual work seems to be done well (hard to tell)However. When I received the vehicle back it was filthy. The steering wheel had grease on it. The back seats were folded down for some reason crushing the things in the back seat. The vehicle hadn't been rinsed down or vacuumed out at all. When you spend this amount of money to get work done It would be nice if they did what other shops did and went the extra mile. It takes 5 minutes to rinse a vehicle and quickly vacuum it out.Other than that the work was done quickly.Not a bad place if you are in a pinch

I purchased my Accord here and had it serviced on 3 separate occasions. However, trying to schedule service has become increasingly challenging in the past year. The service desk person insisted that I tell her what service I needed and was not at all helpful, even argumentative when I wasn't sure. Also, she was not helpful in setting up an appointment for a safety recall from last November. I have taken my business elsewhere and the customer service was exceptional as expected from Honda.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

(06-23-23) I have bought five cars from this dealership and had the intention to buy the 6th when the '24's come in. I brought my newest one in today to be serviced and the check-in tech decided it was time to argue with me even though I had thoroughly researched the problem and tried to offer feedback. Apparently, as the owner you have no insight even though you're in the vehicle everyday. This guy was rude, belligerent and, apparently, he really didn't like the fact that I might know more than him. I don't think I'm going to come back to this dealership. I'll give someone else my loyalty because my loyalty is never reciprocated by Auto Park Honda. Sorry, Auto Park, you can thank your service department for the loss of any future purchases.Today's visit was a service visit, Oil Change, always a pleasant experience but, as anywhere else, bring something, besides your watch, that passes time. You will wait at least an hour or two. They will, of course, try to upsell services so, be prepared.The coffee is back; bonus.It was a wonderful experience a few years ago when we bought our first vehicle. Today's purchase was just as easy to find and made agreeable in price thanks to Jackson and his professional approach towards such a major purchase.

Worst service center ever, the technician was rude for no reason. They charged me $500+ for something didn t fix the issue. Then charged me again for the sensor that fixed the issue.

I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Typically see Stephanie but she has been promoted. Lorin was great professional, friendly and courteous. In the three years I've had my car I've never had an issue with Cary Auto.
