Spivey's always comes to my rescue when I need a tow. They are fast, efficient, and affordable. Spivey's will get my service every single time. I have used Spivey's 5 or 6 times in the past few years (unfortunately, I have bad luck with cars).

We broke down on the side of the interstate on Labor Day. We called multiple towing services prior to finding Spivey. Which all companies told us they ll be glad to help, but the next day. Due to the holiday. We found Spivey on Google. They were able to find our exact location, and arrived within 60 minutes. Our driver was unique but very nice, easy to talk with on our 116 mile trip home @ 9pm. Our invoice was not ridiculously expensive. I would definitely use Spivey again hope not to.

Good people. My semi truck broke down and ended up having to spending memorial day weekend there. Towed me back to the shop and ended up staying in the truck to save some money and they fed me and let me take a shower at their house. Even went so far to offer me a car to get food if I needed (which I didn't). Good people to get along with. Would use them again if needed. Broke the gears in the rear end of my truck and had them put a new one on. Just about bent over backwards to help ya.

How do you buy a whole new engine to get put in your vehicle for around 3 grand and not completely put the engine back in. Missing bolts to the engine no nuts on the bolts that are their and not put on a relay switch. I'm thankful for all the towing out of situations but no thanks on trying to get as much as you can outta people assuming I'm not the only one to have been done bad.

James was a tremendous help to me!! He was so courteous and even checked under the hood of my car to figure out why it wouldn t crank before towing it in to a shop where I would ve had to pay a diagnostic fee. Definitely recommend 10/10Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

As always Jasper and his crew were there to help. Something that really resonated with me was the words spoken by his driver when he dropped my truck off. Really cool people to work with! My semi needed some codes cleared which unfortunately had to be done by the dealership, but they spent about an hour trying to work on it. When it didn't work, they towed the truck about 90 miles and let us park our trailer in their lot because the dealership didn't have room. Their prices are very reasonable and honest and there's definitely a family vibe here. Highly recommend!

Someone recommended Spivey s Garge & Wrecker service. We called up there and see how much it would cost to put brakes on if we already had our own. He told us the price and to come on up. I didn t know if I needed front or back so I had bought both. He quoted me one price but since I only needed the front he said it was a different price. While we were up there I got my car inspected too. He was very professional and very nice. He did a great job on the car. I would definitely be coming back to him for oil changes and whatever else my car needs. I recommend him to anyone that needs to get an oil change or brakes or whatever your car needs. Thanks again Spivey for putting my brakes on.

Awesome service!! We were stuck deep in the mud and we called and the driver/technician came right away and got us out in a matter of minutes. Made the job look easy!! Definitely will refer them to all who need towing service. The price was extremely affordable!!!! Our car battery died on the Fourth of July. Needless to say, we couldn't jump start our car two days later when business were opened up again. We googled and called Spivey's. They came to our house and changed out our car battery for us in a timely and efficient manner. We are so grateful that they could come to us and do all the work in our driveway. Had just had my brakes worked on when they locked up. Mr Spivey himself came and picked me up pronto at dinner time in the evening. He was very cheerful and helpful getting my truck moved to the shop! Great people

Just a big shout out to KIM from Spivey's Garage who came and picked up my truck that just quit running right on 690. We got the rig pulled off the road and Kim was very busy that day. But she came at almost dark and picked up my truck for me and hauled it to the diesel mechanic. I was on and off with having her pick it up and she never got upset with me one bit. I had the HID bulbs changed in my Acura by Spivey's Garage & Wrecker Service. I was very impressed that Mr. Spivey made time on short notice to work on my car. He and the mechanics that work for him are professional and knowledgeable about a wide range of mechanics. I would definitely recommend Spivey's Garage & Wrecker Service to anyone needing repairs. Not only are they friendly, hard-working people, but the cost of repairs at Spiveys was half of the quoted price of other local repair shops. 10/10

There are several people that work there very knowledgeable about the vehicle they work on. Jesse Cockman works there as well a diesel head mechanic and when no one else can fix it bring your vehicle to Jasper's wrecker service they will fix it. Kim works in the office and she will tow. Mr. And Mrs Jasper Spivey works together building this shop since he's grandpa isn't able to work anymore. They are open for wreckers 24/7

I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the two employees that assisted me when my car broke down at work. They were quick to arrive and extremely helpful. I didn't even have to leave the office parking lot! I recommend the services of Spivey's Garage.

OUTSTANDING service today by Mr. Jasper "Roscoe" Spivey. From the time I notified USAA and the time my vehicle was picked up took less than 70min total. That included follow-up phone call from the dispatcher and Roscoe notifying me. They were very courteous and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend them if you need prompt and friendly service.

Got my SUV stuck in about 2 feet of watery mud. Another 4x4 couldn't get me out and almost got stuck themselves. Spiveys sent out a driver and had me out in less than an hour. This was after being told by multiple tow companies that they were unavailable to provide any assistance. Quick, reliable, and affordable service, will recommend and use again. Thanks

Vehicle broke down tonight called AAA they said someone would be there between now and 2 hours. I called at the 2 hour mark and was told gonna be another 25 minutes. Although it was 2.5 hours at the 2.5 hour mark I got a call from the driver stating where he was and he would be there in a few minutes. Dalton got to us he was VERY VERY apologetic he had a few incidents out of his control prior to getting to us. He was very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU DALTON for being so kind and helpful and not rude and cranky tonight.

Dalton was great. I was worried because we need to get back to Ohio by the following day. He helped me with my Ford Escape when it wouldn't start. He was friendly, sense of humor and gave me great advice for the future. I would highly recommend Spivey's and Dalton.

They towed my disabled vehicle today for AAA and I was very pleased with the service. A young man named Dalton came out and was kind, courteous and competent. He even put out a small fire at the business where my vehicle was.

Great company and great attitudes. I would definitely suggest people to go here. They don't just do tractor trailers they also do vehicles as well. And great hospitality with these guys I love to enjoying every minute possible with them.

I called AAA for a tow at 1:32 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. AAA told me the tow truck would arrive at 2:45 pm. At 3:30 pm, I called again and was told that the truck would arrive at 3:52 pm. At 4:00 pm, I called and was told they would arrive at 4:05 pm. At 4:30 pm, I called and was told the truck would arrive at 5:10 pm. I called AAA at 4:30 pm and told them to cancel Spivey's towing and reassign me to another company even though I would have to wait longer. At one point I was told that the driver had been involved in picking up the detritus of a bad accident, which I understand but Spivey's should have notified AAA about any delays and allowed me the opportunity to change towing companies.Spivve's never notified AAA they were running late. I had hoped to have my car looked at this afternoon so the auto repair place would have time to order the part. Now, they won't get to look at it until tomorrow and it probably won't get repaired until late Thursday or Friday.As I write this, Spivey's just showed up, I told the driver I cancelled his call and asked AAA for another company since this lazy, inconsiderate company who has wasted my time doesn't deserve to either be paid for a tow or deserve to represent AAA.
