First, let me start off by saying my father was an auto body mechanic for over 30 years. If there was a problem that I needed to take my vehicle in for something that would have been too time consuming for him at the moment, I would take it to H&S Tire and Auto in Carthage. Never have I ever felt they've taken advantage or cheated me. My dad usually would have already diagnosed the problem before even going. I've always felt appreciated as a customer. They are a good Christian local business. They are honest, I've had them to tell me that I can get better prices at other locations versus them taking advantage of me. They have done small things without even charging.I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle for any maintenance and Care to this company.

Everyone there is so kind and helpful! They get the job done quickly- I had rotors and break pads replaced, and they were done in about an hour. They are excellent with their communication and very fair and competitive with their prices!

Absolutely amazing! If you need ANYTHING I highly recommend H&S Tire! They not only did my tires but I had a multitude of other issues with my vehicle. They not only checked to see if what the dealership was telling me was accurate, but to verify if it was actually severe enough to fix. All repairs were done and at a fraction of the price. Saving money is always nice, but what I think was probably the best experience were the employees!! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Melissa. She was quick, knowledgeable, and sooo incredibly kind and helpful. I had MULTIPLE things wrong with my car and I had it back the next day, all ready to go! I just can not say enough good things about this place. Do yourself the favor and get your automotive work done here!

They turned me away twice and I just wanted my rear brakes done. Also they didn't secure my center cap and it fell off now I have a missing center cap. I will not come back. Jeff is awesome, Mike is confused and the old man, the owner Roy is a jackass!

Had flat. Very quick plugging. But he did not gage tire same as others and he put 10 extra pounds in that tire. Also left mini tire leaning against post and I had to lift the tire after I told him I had a pinched nerve in my neck.

Owner is very unfriendly. Took my car to get a brake job and they ended up messing my back brakes up putting the hardware in wrong. Had to take my car to another shop to get fixed and the owner of H&S named Roy said he would cover the cost of the repair. He gave me half of what it cost to get fixed and told me for now on take my business elsewhere. I will never recommend or use this business for any of my car needs again.

Terrible service came in for an alignment and couldn t even do that right then out of no where told me my water pump was going out. I had not had any problem with it leaking or going out before I got there.

He. Even. Showed. Me. A. New. One. And. Also. Told. Me. I. Could. Fix. It. With. Straight. Pipe. Have. Me. Both. Prices. And. Super. Reason able. Then. He. Told. Me. I. Should. Probally. Have. My.
