Very easy experience getting our Maverick. After ordering the truck, we received status updates regularly. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and helpful. Brought my vehicle in for repair here a few times and can say I was pleasantly surprised by the service I recieved. They are further away but each time I've been here, they were so kind and quick to look into my issues. I've had issue after issue with my Ford fiesta (not their fault, bought it from a different dealer) and swore I'd never drive a Ford again but with service like this, I would definitely consider making a purchase in the future

So excited to drive my new Bronco Sport!! I was just looking for options this week so went to see the team at Cooper Ford and ended up in a new ride. Very happy with my experience with Cooper Ford. Drove an hour away when I have 3+ local dealers and couldn t be happier. Debbie and the entire staff were knowledgeable and personable. There was zero pressure or deception. The conversations were honest and transparent. Competitive pricing. The support has been great in the weeks after purchase as there have been a couple of things that I needed addressed. The customer service and support doesn t end when the papers have been signed. Would highly recommend giving Cooper a shot next time you are considering a new Ford.

Cooper ford is by far the best I have ever done business with. That have taken wonderful care of my family and helped us in our time of need, thank you Vic for helping us be able to have a vehicle for vacation while making sure my own vehicle was serviced, Kass thank you for getting us in a new Bronco Sport, second car he has sold us, thank you Jonathan for the quick and easy paperwork. Walked in and told them what I wanted in a truck and they found one at another dealership. They went and got it and brought it back the same day!! They even went above and delivered the truck to my workplace due to my busy work schedule!!!! Easy to work with and great communication with the Sales Rep. Debbie!! Cooper Ford is the best dealership in Moore county! From ordering my bronco to purchase, they were fair and helpful. Edit: over the past year Cooper Ford has improved their service with me and it was noticed. I've brought my business back and appreciate the improved performance.Recently Cooper Ford's service is terrible. I called for an oil change appointment. They said they would 'take a message' and I never received a return call back. Cooper Ford must have enough money even though there's barely any inventory, I went to Jason's tire and seen the same day with no runaround or being told 'they're too busy' like Cooper Ford.

Kass Folkman and the rest of the Cooper Ford staff were exceptional and professional throughout my car buying experience. While some dealers are resorting to heavy markups, Cooper Ford is about earning and maintaining your business, even in these tough times. While I did have to wait a few months for my 2022 Raptor, Kass and the owner stuck to their word and sold it to me at MSRP. I couldn t be happier with my new truck and I have Cooper Ford and especially Kass to thank for that.

Mike, our sales associate, was pleasant, professional, and informative without being pushy. With our vehicle available on the lot, we were on our way home in our new vehicle within 2 hours. There were no dealer markups, which was a huge selling point for this dealership. I would definitely recommend buying from them and will myself in the future.

Between Mike Thompson (Sales associate) and Chris (Sales Manager) you cannot find a more professional and dedicated team to ensure you receive a fair and honest buying experience anywhere else. I have purchased vehicles at various dealerships throughout North Carolina for the last 25 years, they by far provided the best experience I have ever had, from picking out the vehicle, negotiating the price and completing the deal. This was the best and easiest car purchasing experience of my life. I would highly recommend Cooper Ford. From my sales representative Kass Folkman, to Jonathan in finance, the entire process went as smoothly as possible. Kass did an incredible job during the entire sales process. Kas and the entire staff at Cooper Ford were amazing to work with. I ordered a Bronco back in 2020 and Kas was super helpful the entire time. I read horror stories about other dealers being shady and adding on insane dealer markups to Bronco orders. This was not the case at Cooper Ford. I got a great price and the process was super fast with no issues at all. I drove three hours to the dealership instead of going ten minutes down the road because of the amazing customer service and extremely competitive prices here. My next Ford will definitely come from Cooper Ford.

We recently bought a second car from Cooper Ford. I have had service and warranty work done there this past year. Everyone in the entire organization is helpful and friendly, even when they just saw me walk through. Mike Thomas was very helpful in all aspects of the buying process and unsnarling a title issue with the state that could have been a problem for us. Pricing/trade-in has seemed fair. I'm not sure if you will save any money going up or down the road--go to Cooper--you can't get better customer service!!

Attended the Brandon Heath concert, Benefiting Teen & Adult Challenge of Sandhills. The vocals and lyrics were amazing and the sound quality was great. The owners seemed friendly and community oriented. I drove in from Greensboro but was so impressed I would be willing to come out this way for my next vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a new Mustang Mach-E from Cooper Ford and I could not have had a better experience amidst the crazy world of new vehicle markups, especially rampant at most nearby dealers. I travelled two hours, passing multiple Ford stores along the way that all gave the same run-around with inflated "market-adjusted" prices. Though Cooper may be sacrificing immediate income, consumers have good memory of who took advantage during this time. Kudos to the entire Cooper team, these folks are helping take away the negative stigma around dealers.Do NOT hesitate to stop in to Cooper Ford for your next Ford!
