Had a strange noise coming from my rear right wheel area. So I left my car there overnight. They called in the morning and said they spun the tires on the lift and there was a vibration. They then said that I had a warped rotor. They are brand new rotors with less then 10,000 miles on them. They said I would probably need two rear rotors. They said they didn t know if I had put new rotors on or what. Shouldn t the techs know if the rotors are new or not? I said that s okay I ll come pick the car up and take it somewhere else. When I got there they changed it from being a warped rotor to being a bent wheel. I have no bends in the wheels the car just was in Clark Cadillac for new tires balance and alignment. They would ve said something. I said yeah thats okay I d like to check out please. I was expecting maybe a 25 dollar max charge for inspecting the vehicle for a problem. They ring me up and the total was $57 dollars. I asked $57 for what. They said they test drove the vehicle and put it on the lift. I wasn t going to argue so I paid the $57. I proceeded to drive the car all the way home with no grinding or vibration. My guess is a rock popped up in the inner of the wheel and was maybe giving me the impression of a grinding noise. I m still going to have it looked at by an actual professional. Worst auto shop experience I ve ever had. Complete scam.

This is a wonderful place to do business! The people that work there are super nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. I also found the prices to be affordable and fair. At another place in town it costs $30 more to have an oil and filter change, fluids topped off \checked and tire rotation. Definitely recommend!!

I went to this business because my turn signals weren't working and I needed a inspection. The lady and two I believe worked there were nice to me. Once I got there I was greeted which is always nice and asked how they can help. Told my signals weren't working anymore and wanted to know if they did inspection. One of gentleman went to check under the hood came back said your flasher is the issue so if you came back with a new one today we can do everything without a appointment. To say the least I couldn't find a new flasher in the area but my husband did in Aberdeen and replaced it for me himself. I went back to the shop the next day to do the inspection and they took me right away, it was around $13. Overall friendly service and I recommend the shop.

I have a bit of a different review! I stopped in this shop last Friday because I was lost. I spoke to the sweetest woman (didn t get her name) who helped me with directions. She even Googled the directions and printed out a copy for me. I made it home safe and sound. Thanks!

I took my vehicle in to have headers put on, in which I provided all the parts. I asked Tina (front desk) to go ahead and have them replace the universal joints since they were going to be working on the vehicle anyway, in which I also had parts for. Some time goes by and Tina calls saying that the vehicle is done and advised me that they broke a heater valve tightening up a leak they found, and also had to provide additional universals because I only provided one correct one of the three it requires, no big deal. I go the following day or so to pick it up. I walk in and Tina says the price is $500 and some change. I pay the bill and go out to my truck to find the headers and parts still sitting in the floor board. I was pretty much boiling at this point. I went back inside and told Tina that we had a huge misunderstanding. I told her that the chief reason I came to their shop was to have the headers done. She apologized and said she thought I wanted exhaust hangers checked. So I'm out $500, didn't get the issue remedied I initially came for, got a piece broken, and only received an, "I'm sorry". I would have expected some type of conversation to try and mutually walk away satisfied, but no, just an in I'm sorry. I will not do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone. The only reason they even received two stars is because Tina was actually a pleasure to deal with initially. I just wished there would have been a better resolution.

Had a great experience with this Team at Bibey's Automotive... knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing "shady" at all going on there.... always made me aware of what was going on with my truck. I felt confident in the things done with my truck there were done correctly.

Great service and people. While getting your car worked on there is always good conversation with the manager and owner. Mr. Bibey, Tina, Clay and everyone at Bibey's LLC are very kind, professional and honest. It is rare today to find a company that cares more about customer satisfaction than money. But I can unequivocally state that Mr. Bibey is in the business of providing the best auto care at reasonable prices and he will NOT try to sell you something or repair something that is not necessary. I am new to this area from Washington DC and it is refreshing to find a trustworthy mechanic who is honest and fair. My entire family take all of their vehicles to Bibey's and have done so for several years! Keep doing a great job!!! By the way they have the cutest kitty named Piston. Stop by to meet her and all of the Bibey family...they rock!!!

Needed air correction in tires but they did it and did it right. Someone else in Carthage did tire gaging wrong by 10 lbs in one tire.
