Where do I start?!?!? Shawn the so called store manager refused to refund color match paint #383 that did not match cap color and told me I couldn t return because it was 3/4 used trying to match it, Has one of the worst attitudes for being in management. Also informed me that they now have proper management now!! Which is a insult to former management team. Which I was part of the store opening management team Last time to Autozone.

Felt like I won the jackpot. Called ahead to make sure they had the parts needed to tune up on my ole VW. They did. Walked in the store and the fellas actually were smiling, helpful and acted like they appreciated my business. Worth the drive from Sanford. It's refreshing to find people who enjoy what they do. Every single person in the store was on target. Thanks a bunch! Visited on 6/28/2022 around 1 PM. Great crew wish I'd took down your names. Customer service is EVERYTHING!

As a woman I felt super insecure to walk into Auto Zone. Immediately I was greeted by two of the most respectful fellas. They helped me find exactly what I needed. They even offered advice on the best money friendly options. They didn t make me feel stupid when I asked questions they gave me answers that I could understand. Ladies they have clean women s restrooms! :) Thanks Guys for your amazing customer service experience I ll definitely be back!

I was missing a vehicle headlight fixed. It had become very difficult to see at night so I really needed to get it fixed. It was so late in the day and most businesses in that area were already closed that would do any repairs to vehicles. So, I stopped in Auto Zone to see if they sold it and would put it in. I knew stores like that did some small services but didn't know if they would. On a chance, I thought I would ask. When I entered the store, I did ask the question and the store clerk said that he would check and see if they had it in stock and if it was easy enough, they could possibly install it. Another person came in to pick up a product so he waited on her since she was just picking up something. While that was happening, Shawn Warfield, another store clerk proceeded to assist me. He located the part and checked to see if it was fairly easy to put it and it was. He installed it in a matter of minutes and I was soooooo grateful. He was very pleasant and I paid for the part and was on my way in a short time. My light was fixed and I felt safe in traveling that evening and was happy for the pleasant experience. The customer service of Mr. Warfield and the others was exceptional. Thank you.

Assuming it was the manager that addressed me as if I were a child who didn't know anything about cars. If I didn't need the part asap I would not have spent a penny at this store. Disrespectful of women customers... was not greeted but 2 men who walked in after us were greeted and asked if they needed help....I will drive to another location from now on or go to a competitor

Me: go to the counter to buy a socket and ratchet.Employee: do you want to sign up for the rewards program?Me: noEmployee: but you can save...Me: I said no.*Scans my items*Employee: what's your telephone number?Me: you don't need my telephone number.Employee: I do need it, for the warranty.Me: I don't want the warranty. Do you want my money or not?Apparently he didn't really need my number.I don't care if companies want to try to collect all the data they want, but if a customer doesn't want to give it then that should be the end of it.Exchanges like this happen because moronic MBAs in corporate marketing lean on regional managers, who lean on district managers, who lean on store managers, who lean on employees and then you get this kind of aggressive solicitation.And then you end up with these kind of reviews. Good job marketing!If autozone can't run a profitable business without turning themselves into a data collection company, then they need to wind down.

I went to buy A/C Pro for my Jeep. The sales accoiate told me that he was a A/C Pro professional, he told me he would show me how to use it so I bought it. We go outside and he attached the coupler and said your system is over pressured. I ask about a refund and was told there is no refund on it... I feel like he should have told me there is no refunds on that product. He was a nice guy till that point. I will never shop there again.

Walked in to autozone in Carthage nc today an received great customer satisfaction from frank and the store manager Darrel I came in a few times this past week an it s been a way better and friendly faster service and the new CSM there is freaking awesome can definitely tell he s there for more then just a paycheck goes above an beyond to help customers

Very helpful, and great service and advice, helped us find the best coupons and deals so our total checkout price could be within our price range, loved how friendly they were, also have public restrooms, stocked and very clean considering where we were a lot cleaner than any other auto parts store restroom I've seen

This place saved the day for us, they waited a matter of a few minutes from closing, and we were traveling and had car issue, needed parts....we were able to fix in their parking lot and back on the road an hour or so later, thanks for waiting for us!!
