These guys are awesome! We were traveling across country and I needed new tires from an incident while traveling. They got us in and out quickly and professionally. They took my truck for a drive and made sure everything was good for us. If we were local they would be my go to tire guys

We had a wonderful experience at Pisgah Tire. We were in the area for a wedding when our car axle broke. Pisgah fixed us up quickly and we haven't had any trouble since. We live in Wake County and if we weren't so far away we would go to Pisgah Tire for all our car work.

Fantastic experience getting my tire repaired here today. They were able to get my car in quickly and I was out with everything replaced for a super reasonable price in less than an hour. Highly recommend and will be back the next time I need anything tire related!

Made an appointment and waited an hour for them to finnally get my car in. When they got it in the tech didn't know how to handle center bolts and told me it would be another hour. I had to leave for a long trip and so I just had to leave with a bad balance. Drive it 6 hours without a good balance thanks to these guys. Just wonderful. Will not be back. Terrible customer service.

Don't recall the guys name who answered the phone, but I called for some new tires, which he told me he didn't have any but could have them in the next day. Tires came in he gave me a call and was very helpful the whole way threw. Would recommend.

Despite being kind of pricey they always have the tires that I need no matter what vehicle I have and they always have anything else that might be needed for my vehicle's needs when it comes to my tires alignment and brakes. Overall the crew is very nice. They're always polite and even neatly put everything back in my trunk when they were done, Great job as always!

New to the area and called in for tires to replace my fronts that were showing their guts they were so worn. They got both tires ordered and in the next day for a very good price and changed my oil. I did shop around for my tires beforehand, and this place had an impressive price tag and great/friendly service. The interminable construction on I-40 resulted in a bolt stuck in my front tire and 4 hours of driving left in front of me. We got off at the first exit and googled a tire shop and ended up at Pisgah. They could not have been nicer - had us patched up and on the road in no time. Luck was on our side that day, considering how remote that part of the state is. But the real luck was how quickly they took care of us (I'm sure we jumped the line that day). Had a tire that had a slow leak that got worse the morning I had to be at an out of town appointment. Stopped by here first thing in the morning hoping they could fix it. Not an issue an 20 minutes later I was on my way. Great guys and even asked how I liked the tires I was running. Would highly recommend these folks and clean show room and shop!

Pretty much told me it would be three hours to change out 4 tires. And yet there were empty car bays and wasn't able and ready to help me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They are not trying to help anyone do anything.

I was essentially stranded at the halfway point of my trip. These terrific guys took my car right in and started looking for the problem. They ordered the parts and they were quickly delivered. A short time later I was on my way again! AWESOME service! Friendly and polite! True Southern Gentleman!

My wife's minivan tire had a nail in it while we were traveling up here causing it to lose air to the point of being flat. Being away from our house made this more of a hassle than it normally would be. I called Pisgah tire shortly before they were set to close for the day. They told me to come over anyway and fixed it right away. I really appreciate them taking care of us on such short notice at the end of their workday.Service: Tires

Went in with a unverified bad water pump. Tested it for me (Did not tell me and replaced it without confirming with the customer) and replaced it at a cheaper price than anyone else and way faster too. Only reason for one star missing is I had to take it back again as the engine started overheating once more. After taking it though and he tested it, no logical reason was found as to why it did again and stopped doing it so at least we didn't spend more on it. Overall I would go here again and recommend this place to anyone.UPDATE: Took it back again for a 3rd time after the car did the exact same sequence of breaking down by overheating...water pump replaced again. After the guy who takes the calls occasionally told me he washes his hands of this car if it breaks down again I will not be recommending this place. Everyone else I took it to said the pump looked like it went bad again. So after a defective pump and them replacing it again they refuse to do any more repairs on my car. Great place they run here. At this point I would take a back yard mechanic that knows his stuff than this place.

I've stopped in at Pisgah Tire for general car-care on several occasions in the last few years. The staff has always been pleasant with me, gotten the job done well and at a very fair price. Often the best price when I call other locations for comparison price quotes.There is a large lobby with seating area and customer bathrooms for use while waiting. It's common for me to have my two well-behaved rescue dogs with me when I stop by this shop for repairs. The staff here are very friendly to my pooches and welcoming of dogs in general!My most recent visit was due to a dying car battery in need of replacement, which I initially thought might be dead and the car in need of being towed into the shop to be examined and the issue resolved. I called in advance to see if I could have my car dropped off by a tow truck if needed, and brought to me as I live locally and wouldn't have had the option to get to the shop to pickup my car after service was complete.In that situation I may have been able to line up a taxi/Uber, etc. But the owner of this shop was very understanding and willing to make that work out as needed. Thankfully my car was able to get a jumpstart and I could just drive it in to Pisgah Tire the same day to be looked at. They did have to replace the battery and topped off fluids and checked tire pressure during the visit as well.Thanks so much guys, as always I appreciate your help!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a hole in tire.. I gone to the same place to get air and said it's been losing air for a while no one checked Iwas even at the dealership for car ck up told them again no one ck. I pull in here told what's going the nice young man found the hole could not be fixed but found me another tire to put on car in great shape.. I will be back for services they were the bomb

Just want to thank the service manager for for his support. We needed a,tire.We had a blow out on I40by hitting a huge pothole near Canton. The manager called around to find the right tire. Came in late in the day with emergency air conditioning problem... On a road trip, and these guys went all out to try and get our problem diagnosed and fixed. Two hours and staying past closing for us to be able to survive our trip home when the temperature is in the mid 90s earns our undying gratitude. Highly recommend them.

I bought tires from them three years ago. Went back for an inspection after my regular place was busy. Very adamant about me needing new tires. Three years old and less than 25,000 miles on them. So either they are running an inspection scam or a tire scam. I think they forgot they sold them to me. Won't ever be back.

Was in town for vacation and lost a lug nut. These guys got a matching one ordered, delivered and had me on my way in 30 mins. Fair and honest owner and staff. Highly recommend!

They are great they always take great care of me and it's fun to go there i would hang out if they didn't think it was weird lol they treat you like family and that is important for me. Thanks for all the great service.
