Great guys at Tank Auto! Carl made an easy buying experience for us without a hassle and had no interest in trying to upsell us on anything. Just genuinely wanted us to get the vehicle we needed and Jesse gave us peace of mind when making a minor repair to make sure our vehicle was road ready and safe. They're terrific guys to work with and delivered quick communication when they said they would! They value keeping a good name and reputation and I'll recommend them to anyone

I would not re- recommend anyone to this car lot. I referred three people to tanks and all three returned cars due to horrible service, bad conditions of cars and tanks scamming people out of their money. Including myself, transmission went out after only five months of having the car invested over a thousand dollars worth of maintenance repairs on car only for tanks to take the car back after I had the car towed and a estimation on repairs. Tanks made a verbal agreement that once the car was fixed I could pay remaining balance and buy car out. Only that was a lie he refused to put me in a loaner car and they repoed car without my knowledge from being fixed turned in my tag and never reached out or returned any of my calls as I continued to pay on the car and pay insurance on the car only for him to take the car back and refused to allow me to get belongings out of car or refund me my money on car payments which I continued to pay on the car. Tanks is bad for business and does not sell good cars and gets over on women whole business is a scam and the cars he sells are not worth the price. Tanks is a SCAM!!! And deserves no stars.. Go to Appalachian motors great service and business, newer cars for better prices.

Great business! Carl made sure there was no issues with my car before I left fixed the small problem I did have before I even drove off the lot super nice people friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT BUY HERE. My children's mom bought a car cash from here, transmission went out less then 3 weeks later. When I came to check it out there was clearly some kind of additive in the trans to cover up the coming problem. THEY ARE A SCAM THAT WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET IN YOUR POCKET!!! BUYER BEWARE!!Thesis a response to you . That car was purchased 3 weeks before the transmission went out. You put her in a vehicle with clear electrical issues. You got the wrong info I'm not the person who took insurance off the car i attempted to put it in my name before the car was picked up. The attempt to come at me about how I care for my children speaks volumes to your character.

They were honest right from the beginning easy to work with. And helped my daughter buy her first car with cash they negotiated with her and didn t make it a huge production of it. Would definitely buy from them again

Great people!! I have already paid one car off with no issues. And went back for a second car that I love!! When it broke down (to no fault of thier own or mine) they went above and beyond to help me!! Will defiantly always go to them and send people there!!

Was, going to purchase my next vehicle from here but they're on some sketchy stuff posting low prices on Craigslist, but on their website, they almost doubled,the prices of their vehicles within a week's time. Do not buy from with Sketch stuff like that. A $2,000 vehicle is now $6,000, and they only do 16-month terms which would make it $500 a month and you can get a brand new vehicle for that much. Shop elsewhere.

I drove all over 3 counties to find a decent car under 5k and found the best deals here by far. Very good buying experience without pressure and felt very fairly treated by everyone here. Even able to get a warranty on an older used car. Highly recommend!

Just bought a Pathfinder here earlier today. They took a fair all cash offer and had us out the door driving the car home in no time!Shout out to Carl Dean, the awesome salesman that helped us with the whole process!We were given great references for other needs and they were very adamant that we give them a call first for any unforeseen issues in the near future.The vehicle seems to be in very good condition and I do not expect to have to call them back any time soon!Overall they seem to be a very fair and reasonable used car dealer!Thanks to everyone involved in this purchase and I plan to come back for another vehicle in the future!
