Been coming here for years. Better quality and better prices than the other stores out in town. They have a great selection of parts and whatever they don t have is usually shipped to their store for pickup within a few days.In general very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, but especially Scott. Scott has been a huge reason why I keep coming back. He knows a TON about anything with an engine in it and is very helpful explaining solutions to issues when you ask him.

First of all the employees acted like I was dumb for asking for a code reader because every other location I have ever been to had one to help customers. Second of all the male employee decided to try and sell me a code reader that clearly would not work for a VW and I already knew that so being lied to was not okay. Employees should really learn that just because a woman walks in doesn't mean you can sell her anything. I'll be definitely avoiding this location.

Super friendly and helpful, they were willing to go out of their way to help me find what i was looking for. It's nice to not have to change out of uniform to grab parts at lunchtime. Great idea to have them located on base.

These guys and gals are always very helpful and patient when I come in. If they don t know an answer to one of my questions they find someone that does. They take there time and make sure that I have everything I need before sending me out the door.

Went in for a part, one of the clerks just glared at me several times as he walked back n forth behind the counter and didn t say anything with a mean look on his face. The clerk that was working the register quoted me at price 20x higher than what the part was actually worth. Then he proceeded to tell me what aisle the pet was on without telling me the part number. He comes over to the aisle after 5 min and says oh here it is, the part he supposedly found was 20x less that what he looked up in the computer. If I had not told him I was going to get the part somewhere else for a cheaper price I bet he would have extorted me. I guess because my skin color wasn t the same as theirs they didn t really care to help me or treat me with a little courtesy. Welcome to MAGA land on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune...people of color you have been warned.

auto parts stores are one in the same, what makes a difference is the staff. I do alot of work to my car and swing by napa on base often for the last minute stuff i forget or for general maintenance parts. the staff here is always friendly and helpful.

Always great service and great parts. Never have an issue with these guys and girls. Get the right part for me every time and you pay the price when you are shopping a place with the highest quality parts.

I walked in to ask a question only to have an employee cut me off and ask me if i googled it. I went to Autozone that same day and got an answer, a part and tips and guidance on installing the part.
