I actually enjoy coming to Firestone to get my vehicle service. When it comes to brakes, tires and fluids replacement- there is none better than my team at Camp Lejeune Firestone place. 2 Paul has always provided me with the best advice and repairs/ services. Very professional and friendly. When I get a quote for something- the final price doesn t change much. While waiting for my vehicle, I listen the managers talk to folks on the phone or walk in customers requesting help and the answers are pretty courteously provided. Believe me, I drive over 65 miles to have these guys take care of me and my vehicle. I like the messages I receive on my phone informing me of the progress.

They were so efficient and kind to work with! I walked in with a dead battery and didn t have any of the information from it. They found where and when I got it and did a simple exchange even without all the information, so thankful for everyone in there!

Pretty quick turn around especially during the spring months. The clerks are chill; got my tires, oil changes and state inspection done here. Of the two Firestones near here, definitely picking this one.

I I was greeted when I walked in the door in a courteous and professional manner. In less than 15 minutes I saw my truck go into a bay for maintenance. What a way to start the day Many thanks to Andy,Paul & the entire Firestone crew Bravo Zulu gang !

I m very pleased with the service I received the last couple of times I ve been here, we have two cars and both now are going to be serviced at this Firestone from now on. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. I want to personally thank Paul, Harry and Andy for their professionalism, knowledge and great customer service.

I am appalled by what they tried to do to my daughter who is a Marine! Her car overheated and they told me specifically she needed a radiator, thermostat, and water pump for $3300. What?! We took her car to another repair shop and the only thing wrong was the water pump which cost around $500. They LIED and then charged her $163 for a fake diagnosis. She did get a refund but how dare they treat our Marines with such disgrace. They spit in her face and tried to steal money from her pockets. DO NOT take your car there!

Took my car in for an alignment but couldn t get one right now because I have quite a few front end issues I have to address.Every employee I came in contact with was very polite.They gave me a call telling me exactly what needs to be fixed before the alignment can be done and included the payment for each part of the maintenance.I work on my own vehicles however so I declined and they weren t upset in the slightest, they just told me to be careful when driving it and bring it back in once all the repairs are done. Overall a great experience and I wasn t pressured at all.

Awesome service! They fixed my heater and it went out again about a month later and they replaced it for free! The woman at the front desk is incredibly sweet! Will be using this location for all auto repairs from now on! Thank you!

Went there paid almost $300 for them to look at the problems in my car. They give it back saying that there weren't those problems and that they changed all the fluids. The problems with the car still exist despite them saying otherwise, and none of the fluids were changed.

Paul, Carlos, Roxanne, and their many colleagues at CLNC Firestone absolutely crush. I dont even question their input, recommendations, and pricing anymore because of the trust & rapport they ve built w/my family and me. I will keep bringing my cars back and I will keep recommending this Firestone and every Firestone to my colleagues, friends, and family until I m give a reason not to. Keep the culture the same and don t change a thing. This Firestone is blessed with a particularly excellent & high-performing team.

Took way too long to diagnose and overcharged quote $400-$500 for everything. Bought a new part for $61 and did the work myself in less than half an hour compared to the 2-3 I was waiting for just the diagnostic. I had a cable snap in my drivers side window wasn t hard to diagnose. At least they taped my window up cause it was raining

I highly encourage people to not use this place. They are timely and some of the staff there are pretty friendly, which is why they get an extra star; however, those are their only redeeming qualities. The other staff will actually lie and/or make false promises directly to you. In addition, they damaged a piece of my vehicle during a $10 inspection. The piece was almost brand new, and then they had the audacity to act like they were hooking me up by replacing it with a scratched up piece while avoiding taking responsibility. Looks like they took a key to it as they were installing it. Not to mention one of the staff insinuating that I was a liar to another just as I walked around the corner out of view. All of this despite me having numerous eye witnesses that could confirm the piece was not broken prior to me bringing it in and then it having been damaged after an inspection they did-including a non-biased manager of an AutoZone branch. I won t be returning to this branch in the future.

I took my car here a while back to get an emissions test done on my car and when they returned my car to me it didn't start. And they kept telling me that it was something completely different from what I know is wrong with the car they fixed that and over charged me on the part to replace it. Also even though I constantly pushed for them to fix it they would not and told me that was not the issue. Acting like I had no clue what I was talking about and now I am having the same issue with the same thing I was telling them to fix. I will never trust this location with my car in the future.

Do NOT go here for any type of service. Mechanic and service advisor extremely rude, quality of service is rock bottom. Replaced unnecessary parts that failed then claimed that said parts were never replaced. They will damage your car and try to upsell you. Go literally anywhere else.

I've never been to a more incapable autoshop in my life. They sabotage my car by removing my valve cover, leaving my filter open, and other items loose. They will rip you off and scam you big time. Why pay $240 for a new sparkplug that's a cheap knock off when you can get better elsewhere and ALOT cheaper. Don't cone here!

I recently took my car here for new tires and I was thoroughly impressed. They provided a fast and friendly experience from start to finish. I was in and out within an hour, plus they even checked that the alignment was correct after installation. The staff here were knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for automotive work done quickly and correctly

If I could I would rate this place with 0 stars they will completely rip you off with prices and damage your car even more. Go to a place called C-Service off base and they will give you GREAT prices and fix it fast aswell

0/10 tore up the transmission test driving ( for 15 miles ) went in for a oil change/ tires and got the car back with over 4,000 in damages.they won t take responsibility because we signed that they can drive it. the manager is a huge disrespectful piece of work. the manager for the area couldn t help us at all and was useless. insurance won t cover it. so fair warning to stay as far away as you can unless you have a couple grand incase of damages.Service: Oil change

Paul is a great service manager. He was very knowledgeable and explains in layman's terms the auto service repairs that are necessary. The other young service reps went above and beyond to make sure to contact me when there was a delay in service. I have used Firestone for the last 10 years and have always been satisfied with the products, service and customer support.Update: had to go in again for another problem.Excellent phone customer service. Walked in and luckily they got my van in immediately. Did Diagnostic and my Forever Alignment. Was happy to get my vehicle back within 2 hours. As usual excellent service and excellent customer service. The whole staff are great people.

Tried charging my husband over $800 to change breaks. We had no other choice but to go with them because we needed the breaks to the car changed ASAP. After sitting a 24 hour duty, my husband then brings in his car for the appointment then goes back to work. These people promised him the car would be ready by 2 and now it s 5 and the car is still not done. My husband had to physically go in just to find out that they ordered the wrong parts for the car and someone else was supposed to be bringing the correct ones. My husband asks them when that person is coming and their only response was we don t know. That s completely unacceptable and there was no intention of letting us know this information. They should have called to communicate this beforehand. This is our only car and my husband is stuck there absolutely EXHAUSTED. This service is totally not worth the $800 he paid.

I have been throughly impressed with the service, quality and professionalism at Firestone on Camp Lejeune. I took my truck in for on oil change, tune up and a new set of tires. I got the best deal on the tires and the price "out the door" was very affordable. I would definitely recommend them and plan on bringing my other vehicles there as well. Returning Customer

I ve been bringing my cars here for over 10 years. Paul Gaffney had always been the epitome of a professional. I bring high performance cars here as well as my wife s Mercedes. Paul always gets me in quickly and is truthful with any issues. I recently bought tires here for my truck and his recommendation was spot on for what I needed. I will not go anywhere else. Trust is big with me and I can always count on Paul and the whole crew at Firestone Camp Lejeune.

If I could give a lower review I would. I brought my car in for AC issues and was notified of my condenser was needed to be replaced. It was there the whole day and they replaced that, the expansion valve, and the drier assembly. AC still didn t work after a few days of running. I take it to a Firestone in Texas since I m on vacay and they tell me the compressor and condenser are bad, and there is metal inside the system somehow. If you need a simple task done this Firestone could possibly do it but for more advanced tasks I would not trust their ability and service

Made an appt yesterday. They answered their phone promptly & was polite. Got in 10 min late for my appt, but called on way at appt time (had physical therapy before this) & again answered phone right away. They got me in & did tire rotation & alignment (free as I got my tires here) & had me ready to go in an hour, which was less time than they quoted. They did try to get me to get other things done such as air filter, cabin filter, & fuel system flush & clean out, but I declined. They email your receipt now rather than providing a paper copy, but he did make copy of alignment sheet for me & even gave me the one in color.
